The man that runs the place seems to be a really good guy, but his son, who is often running the place alone knows nothing about customer service. Once he has your money you are on your own with your purchase. I purchased a defective item and returned to the store immediately. He offered no refund or exchange. This was $200 optic.

I personally love this family that runs this store. I have never had a bad experience in here and I felt like I was treated like family. If you are looking to make a purchase I highly reccomend them.

Nice store with great products, theyre just a little bit more expensive than others. Their Smith and Wesson MP15s sale new for $1k. I drove up the roadto shamrock and purchased the EXACT same weapon for $800...and it was new as well.

Very expensive I don’t think these people know what deals are but don’t lose hope yet right down the road shamrock pawn will get what u need and you don’t feel ripped off shamrock prices are very good

Quit buying guns from big box stores. Seriously! QUIT DOING IT! Find a local shop and build a relationship. If you’re in the Dublin, GA area, build that relationship with these guys. You’ll be glad you did. They’re gun folks that know their stuff.

Picked up a new gun here a few weeks ago. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful owner/staff. They ordered the ammo I wanted when they didnt have it in stock. Showed me options (including ones they didnt have in stock) for attachments that I was interested in and helped me pick out what was right for me and my gun. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a new gun.

Went into the store looking for a holster and to see what was on the shelf. I was inside for a total of about 15 minutes and not once was asked if I could be helped by anyone. The woman and some customer were carrying on a conversation about how noone under 21 needs anything there anyways. I would advise anyone to look elsewhere for anything.

Have bought 2 guns in the last month went to look at one after talking with staff bought another better for my needs. Always looking for a reason to visit and check things out David Jones p.s. if u need it they will get it.
