What sets this place apart from others is an outstanding customer service. I called in to get a part for 10+ year old TOTO toilet and Tim made sure he got me the right part (replacement one since original is no longer available) before sending me to Union City location. He also gave me invoice number, so the part was waiting for me there. I highly recommend WHCI.
