He was great over phone and text, promptly answering my questions.I really recommend asking for him if you ever need assistance. One of the best sale rep there, very patient, helpful, super friendly person! The team here made the car buying experience a great one and I will definitely be paying them a visit again in the future & recommend all my friends & family to pay them a visit.

I want to be clear, I am not a big fan of car dealers. However, my experience with buying my new car at Dublin Kia was an exception to that rule. My contact was with Erwin Bitonio. He did a stellar job. I called him on the phone, explained I had a couple of bad experiences with some Kia dealers in my area and conveyed to him that I want an honest interaction if I was going to drive from Sacramento to his dealership. He gave me assurances and when I got to the dealership he had the car I was interested in waiting.I bought the car, the paperwork was done quickly and I felt everyone was professional. For once in my life, a dealer who let me make my own decisions, did not push and I drove off with a new car because I wanted to.Finance guy was great. I bought the car a little over a week ago as I wanted to make sure there was no hiccups. To be honest, it was a great experience. A rarity for me.
These guys have 0 customer service and will sass, clap back, and belittle you as soon as a sale is going wrong. If youre not ready to buy that day dont even waste your time. If you tell them Ill be back with x person in a couple days theyll tell you ohh ok if thats who has to make all your decisions for you thats fine. And then today my brother tells them hell be there to buy a specific car, he shows up and theyre like oh ya sorry were sold out but heres a lower grade car that well charge you the same price for.
I called for an appointment to update the knock system. Brought the car in to be told that there is no recall on my specific car. Is it that hard to check before telling car owner to come in? wasting people time to get business!So, car needs oil change and check the break light. 200 dollars and two hours later, still waiting....
The dealership owner decided to put a $10000 markup on Telluride all of a sudden once I told them I was ready to buy. Pathetic!!Salesperson Amir was a nice guy and was very sympathetic.

Dealer wants to mark up a telluride above MSRP by $8k. What a rip off.There are other dealers that will sell you at MSRP. Search Facebook group for telluride and u can find them.Avoid this dealer.

Service check in was great. Adrian was nice and helpful. However, since I did not buy my tires there, I requested they not rotate the tires. They did it anyway.Also, there was something on the check list for the battery saying to do a diagonal check on the battery. The Soon box was checked. When I asked about this, I was told the machine to do that was not available.This left me concerned about my battery.
COST OF SERVICES AT TIME OF SCHEDULING IS NOT TRANSPARENT TO CUSTOMER!Scheduled an appointment to address a safety recall on my vehicle. Decided to include an oil change as well and asked for the cost. Received an appointment confirmation for appointment with the oil change at around $48.Discovered later after services done that the $48 is not inclusive of materials. Total cost to change my oil was $90 without taxes and fees. My complaint is most oil change places include the cost of oil and filter in the price quoted, and if you want to upgrade the oil then theres another quoted price for the entire service. As a consumer this was a surprise that it was quoted out this way. It may of been in the fine print but I did not read it, so I guess my bad. Bottom line to keep customers satisfied, be better transparent with the cost of routine maintenance. It would also be nice if tire rotation services were included with other paid services. Nice perk and customer service to keep us coming back.Service received in general was very good. Just not so happy with the upfront costs shared.
Peter, the service representative is awesome . His service is exceptional and the best there is at Winn Kia Dublin. His service is what kept me as a Kia customer. He deserve to be a service supervisor or service lead. He deserve recognition for is exceptional customer service. Kia, do not lose him or you will lose alot of your customers. I never write reviews but the man that helped me deserves an awesome review. I can’t remember his name but he was a younger gentleman working Saturday morning and he was fantastic. He was very accommodating with my schedule and extremely polite! He went over and beyond. I wish we could have more people in the world like him! Great job!
The appointment process was quick, efficient and professional. The early bird drop off and service is easy and quick. The service attendant called me first thing in the morning and detailed the process and cost. The service was done hours before I anticipated and they came to pick me up to get my car. The check out process was quick and personable. They even washed my car and cleaned the interior. Fantastic job from start to finish.
I really cant say enough about how amazing my experience this past week was at Winn Kia. From the second I walked in there I felt like I was welcomed by actual friends and family. I came to trade in my beloved Optima which was very sentimental to me and these guys completely understood and wanted to work with my situation but were also very patient and made me feel like my best interests were all they cared about. The service is great at Winn Kia. They always deliver in the time promised. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.The only complaint I have is that when you call, the service desk immediately says “can I put you on a brief hold” and it has never failed to be over 5 minutes. I have seen them do it repeatedly when I am standing in front of them also. It is obviously a standard practice. A “brief hold” is less than 2 minutes.
Mickey was so fine he blew my mind. Really good customer service and so far so good with the car hopefully everything got done. But it was so painless visit to the Kia dealer this time and it was our 90000 mile service. He worked with us on the price and helped us fix a piece of chrome with some adhesive so wouldnt fall off the car. Good experience. Thank you!
Good deal and quick turnaround on a used F150. Very pleased with the selection and the staff (Jay and Frank) seemed knowledgeable on their selection of used vehicles. There were a few back and forth questions about pricing and my trade in but nothing out of the ordinary. I was very surprised to find this vehicle at their dealership, and I’m glad we closed the deal.
Victor Hansen was great. My check engine light came on so I stopped at the closest Kia dealer on my way to work. He fit me into the schedule that day which was fantastic since it needed all 4 ignition coils replaced due to a recall. Thanks Winn Kia for everything. Great service and employees.
Fastest car sale experience ever. I worked with Trent and Luis. I was in the dealership for less than an hour and a half combined. I left for a few hours while they did the paperwork so it was ready when I got back. Amazing job guys thanks very much

Exceptional customer service! AJ the customer service rep was very responsive. I had to get my car towed into service due to a flat tire. They patched up the tire as quickly as a service rep was available and I was good to go with half an hour. Very satisfied with my service at Winn Kia at Dublin.
Service was excellent as always. Job was completed as ordered in a reasonable amount of time. The amenities strongly show that they value customer satisfaction all around. Always have a smile on their faces despite the loud pet bird.
We just got our first Kia from here and wow what a great experience. They are really nice and friendly, always asking if you want snacks or coffee. My daughter loved playing on there small basketball game. Luis cornejo was great, I really advise you to go to him. We are really happy with our car, I would recommend this place to buy your next KIA!!
Very poor experience. Scheduled a service call online. Received confirmation, then the day of the appointment I was almost there (live about 1hr away) and they called and cancelled the apt. I told them I was almost there and on time. They said well OK then. I showed up and the service advisor said I’m sorry we don’t have you scheduled. I was upset and told them it was not my problem and I can show them my appointmen and confirmation. Then the service manager came out and said “that was rude”. When he said that I got upset and let them know I made an appointment, showed up on time and now was told it’s cancelled and I’m rude. They took my car in which was scheduled for 2 recalls and a rattle in the sun roof. After taking off work that day and waiting several hrs. They informed me they only updated the computer software (which takes all of about 10 min. And didn’t have the recall part and didn’t have time to check the rattle in the sunroof. Wow. Worst service ever. They then said they would have the part in 4 days and they would call me as soon as they received it. They never did. So 6 days later I called them. They said yes they have the part. Now I can schedule to come back. I would not take my car to them for service again. I’ve bought 2 cars from their dealership brand new, and that’s how I get treated.
5 stars for Rob. I got exactly what I asked for quicker than I thought possible. He also got me an even better deal by offering a lease which ended up saving a surprising amount. He also made sure I got 4 tickets to the Warriors which I didn’t even know about.Just today Kyle the lease expert called me to sign a changed lease which lowered lease payment by$30 per month even though I bought prior to newer better deal.Honesty and integrity are how these guys operate. Oh yeah love the stinger too!
I just bought my fourth Kia. Quality improves year over year as Kia, I feel, has gained in the pre-luxury segment. I’m proud of how my Kia looks. After walking out on two other dealerships because of sales tactics I settled on Dublin Kia.It was a good experience and I was in and out of the dealership quickly.The only Negative was the EV battery was dead when picking it up. They could have plugged it in the night before. It’s really no big deal. Not enough to lower to a 4 star rating.Also the service plans were pretty expensive. Again not A big deal. It’s my choice to take it or not. I know that’s a big revenue source for the dealership.Overall I’d highly recommend Kia of Dublin.
We ended up buying a Kia Soul EV from Winn Kia. From the moment we placed the call inquiring about the car to leaving the facility with our new toy, experience was fabulous.By the time we got there, the car was detailed and ready to show. I bought my car from another dealer who promised me a free oil change. I couldn’t go back there for service and wanted to take to Dublin. Although they didn’t have to, they honored the free oil change. Their customer service was great and service was fast and efficient. They had a shuttle to take me to and from work also. I’d definitely use them again.
I bought a lot of cars from a lot of dealers and I would have to say Kia in Dublin has the best customer service I have ever seen very smart I also would like to thank the mechanic he actually put fix my lights so they’re both look white and I really appreciate that that was not he didn’t have to do that saw and smartly fixed it instead of putting tape so I’d like five stars for the mechanic and your host
Drove a hour and half for a specific car. It was not ready. They got it ready and fixed up for us. Super easy and everyone was nice. No pressure or irritating sales gimmicks. Loved the dog Nico. Would buy from them again for sure.
I dropped off car in the morning for standard maintenance and oil change. Car was completed by the afternoon. Shuttle service got me to and from work. The tech in charge of my job was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.
I had a very positive experience. Parts for service were ordered and on time, work was also performed on first attempt in the time estimated. As a bonus they also offered to wash my car which was a nice surprise. Cant say enough about my Kia Niro Touring Hybrid ownership experience so far, its been great.

The service department is amazing, the people on that side are always so understanding. But the sales rep who sold me on the car didn’t put what I actually asked for, so now I have to pay for the maintenance when specified that we want that connected to our car payment. So just being that said I have had plenty of issues dealing with this place, and I’m over it and will not be recommending.
First visit to the service department and it was great! Very professional, outlined everything recommended, quick turnaround and fast check out. Highly recommend them!
Monday thru Friday are very difficult days for.me to be without a car and Kia of Dublin offers Saturday service. I dropped my car off late Friday, got a phone call early the next morning letting me know they got my car and will be taken care of as soon as possible.I chose to pick up my car late. Told them to take their time, but they called me a few hours later to tell me my two service issues had been resolved and that my car was in great shape.I picked up after hours as well, and when I got there, to my surprise my car was washed, looked like it belonged on the sales lot.Thank you service team!

My car had a recall on it and my transmission was starting to slip. I knew I was upside down on my loan and wasnt very optimistic about the possibility of a trade in. The guy at the service desk was more than helpful. I told him my situation and he set me up with Dominic who went over some numbers with me and assured me hed be able to get me into a new car. I bought a Kia over at Winn Kia 9 months ago and I am very happy with this Soul. The part that I am really impress with is the Service dept. Ive been taking the Soul in for service since. The oil change can be done anywhere, but the personal service that Mark the service MGR extends has been exceptional. And that is what brings me back Theres nothing like GREAT services. Winn Kia is the most unprofessional dealership I’ve dealt with leasing a car.1. Arranged pricing including detailed price breakdown of lease via email.2. When I arrived at dealership every piece of paperwork they had me sign had different numbers with different terms. I expected this so I had a copy of the terms on my phone and would compare the contract with the numbers on my phone. They tried to sneak in small differences multiple times. They ended up having to redo the contract about 5 times due to differences. This was exhausting but most dealerships do this. I turned in a Honda that was at lease maturity and they said they would turn it in for me or buy it.3. I finally got a contract that matched original terms that were negotiated via email. I signed the contract and left.4. 1 week later Honda Financial asked me where my old leased car was. Apparently Winn Kia never returned it or bought it.5. I reached out to them and they said they made some mistakes in the contract and will have to send me a new contract at a higher price before they can return/buy the Honda.6. I asked them what would happen if I returned the Kia to them and came to pick up the Honda. They said I couldn’t do that because I already drove the car off the lot.
I had a limited time to schedule service during weekdays and the only time I had is Saturday. They were very accomodating my request to have service my car on Saturday. I was happy with their service. Not to mention their courtesy of free shuttle service was excellent.
My car broke down while going through Dublin. Luckily there was a kia dealership. It was after ours. But someone was still around and got me checked in a rental car in under 45min. I couldn’t believe how he made sure I was good and on my way so quickly. Never a good thing when a car brakes down, but the experience truly changed my day by getting taken care of like this.
Everyone at Winn Kia was friendly, professional and awesome. I felt like they were working for me when buying my cars. Thank you Winn Kia, Id recommend you anytime!
Avoid this dealership! The people are nice, but their service is a complete waste of money. They will add way more things than you actually need, forcing you to go line by line to make sure youre not getting ripped off. They are all sales people, they will lie to you to sell these extras.From now on Im not going to use the dealership for anything other than a recall.
As long time Kia customer, I was so disappointed with the service here. I came to get a new lease, and unlike any other Kia center I have visited in the past, where sellers went above and beyond to get me the best deal, the sales people in this location couldnt care less about me or my needs. The service was so bad, the sales people changed in the middle of our conversation, and they were not well trained, for sure! I left the place without getting the car I wanted, and with a very bad experience. Next time, I will sure go to a different dealer, who care about their customer satisfaction.
Its hit and miss whether you will get good service or brushed off. We used to go to Concord Kia, however, we moved to Dublin, so this is more convenient, just not as friendly. The guys in Concord knew us by name. We miss feeling like we were going to our friends house to get our car serviced. There is always someone new there too, so I tells me theres internal issues....
I was happy with most things, but my malfunctioning USB port. It just stopped working without any precipitating events, but I was told they would have to diagnose it and if it wasn’t determined to fall under warranty, I’d be responsible for the diagnosis at $180 an hour....so needless to say, I still don’t have it fixed. My van was also not ready on time either time, which put me in a crunch getting my kids from school, but it wasn’t super late.
Came in after work after the service desk closed to drop my vehicle off. AJ came out and made sure my vehicles keys were secure and apt was booked. This gentlemen went over and above and took the time out even though it was after hours for him. Made me feel very good and like I was a family member. The next morning Kia called and completed the service washed the car and I was on my way. AJ made my experience with Kia better than I could have ever expected. I will always go back to Kia Dublin just because of the service I have received on that given date.
Adam and Darvesh have been exceptional in their approach and recommendations. I was scouting for a good car to buy. Though there were quite a few options I was looking at but what made me seal the deal was the personalized approach Adam and Darvesh had and level of support, understanding and help they provided at every step of the deal. I had a flawless car buying experience at Winn Kia. I started out doing a test drive with Chris, who was friendly, professional and not at all high pressure throughout the first meeting. I hadnt intended on getting the car until later in the year, but Chris and his staff worked with me to get the price to down to the level that I needed it to be. I spoke with the gentleman from finance and he was just as courteous and, again, not at all high pressure. I ended up coming back the next weekend and made the purchase, my new Kia Niro and I could not have been happier. I have never had a more satisfying experience at a car dealership and even in the past week alone I have told several people asking about my car about Winn Kia. I told them If you are going to get a Kia, go to Winn because the service is second to none. Other dealerships should take notice of the way that the entire staff operates at Winn, it is a model for excellent customer service, efficiency, and quality.
I am very please with the service at Winn Kia. I am also loving the 2017 Sorrento so far --about 3 weeks since purchase. The dealer did not know if a full size tire would fit underneath the car. I does. As anyone knows, a compact tire is not a full size, by definition.

Set an appointment to get rear glass fixed on my car. Came in and was told the part wasnt there and it would take 3 days to order. Asked why they set an appointment if they didnt have the part and was told sorry, I dont know who set your appointment. This is the second time this has happened with other parts. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!Update: 1 star to 3 stars: manager did call me to apologise and make things right. While he did offer to help, I chose to do my glass somewhere else.
I will day this- very Nice people.It was just Sad they charged us to install a taillight bulb that their service department sold me the wrong bulb for- which I discovered after dissembling twilight at home myself and then reinstalling it to drive back ? $40- - we had spent another 400$ that day for key and programming. . Seems petty they wouldn’t waive something that took 2 mins
Worst car buying experience of my lifeTried to buy a car here. Got financed through Kia motors finance and a decent rate and monthly payment. I was ready to buy the car but then the sales manager comes out last minute saying he made a mistake and entered in the wrong numbers on the credit application, so tried to cancel the saleOf course I wasn’t okay with that since they already offered me a rate on paper. Manager apologized and gave me his word he would find a better rate. (Which caused my credit score to go down 100 points with all the inquiries) He even let me drive off the lot with the car. Cool, no big deal. Actually appreciated the gesture.Next day I’m walking to my college graduation and receive a call from him saying that he wasn’t able to lock down a rate and was coming to repossess the car.I told them I was graduating and that I would need to call them laterEnded up having to pay more to keep the car I already drove off the lot with. Pretty unsatisfiedIn an act of good favor, they offer me a free oil change. Day comes for my oil change and i schedule an appointment. I’m transferred and disconnected three times. They finally stopped picking up my number. So I called with a different number and then they decide to pick up the phone.Terrible service. Terrible management. Worst car buying experience of my life. Only redeeming quality was Chris in the car repair/services department. He was a super nice guy and very professional and understanding.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Explained my options and was respectful of my decision. I waited a reasonable amount of time in a nice comfortable area with WiFi.
From the time I drove in, my experience was awesome. Mikki met me, walked out to my car and explained the process. He was able to find an appointment time the next day and suggested I arrive early so the diagnosis could be completed early. The shuttle driver Caleb was very friendly and made my ride home enjoyable also. My car was cleaned when I picked it up. I am waiting on parts to complete the repair, but expect the final visit will be a similar experience. They got me an appointment quickly, set up transportation for me, and had my car fixed and cleaned the next day. One of my best experiences yet with a dealer.
Had 8:30am appointment and vehicle was not done til 6pm. What a joke. Service manager Chris was nice. Thats the only reason they get 2 stars
I had a great experience at Dublin Kia. The salesman Nick was very informative and worked diligently to make my purchase as smooth as possible. The sales manager Sam did everything within his means to get prices and rates that worked for me. I had shopped around to several Kia dealerships and Dublin Kia offered the best trade in value and the best deal on the Kia Optima SX-L. I have two young kids, so much of the negotiating and approval happened via e-mail/phone calls. They were prompt with correspondence and answered all of questions thoroughly. When I arrived at the dealership they were extremely accommodating of my family. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone searching for a car and would definitely purchase from them in the future.

I go because they’re MUCH BETTER than FREMONT currently but rapidly changing the ORIGINAL management when I bought my car. WINN is NEW so unfortunately I had to follow the technicians at first! We’ll see!

If you buy a car from them...dont let it out of your sight before getting the keys! Stuff will be missing. Also, pay attention to front license plate holder it may not actually fit a license plate yet they make you sign something saying its there due to CA state law. Just crooked.
I called them up, and they were pretty patient with me. The man I was talking to gave me the exact price. Even though it was a little jumpy, it was still a pretty good experience. I was trying to buy a Kia Sportage for my Grandma

Last time I got a recall they told me the part on the recall needed to be replaced plus another part needed to be replaced! Even though I told him the car was not making any noises and had no issues. Only lost my Turbo! I was charged $998. for parts and labor! I don’t believe I needed the additional part they charged me for!Last week I took my car in for two additional recalls - every time I get these recalls I go ahead and get my oil changed.They told me I got a free car wash.I picked up the car that was still a bit wet, drove to Livermore Costco gas and while gassing up my car I could see that my car had definetly NOT been washed! Just hosed off to appear they had washed it. As I slid my hand across the drivers side door where I could see the layer of dirt the dirt came off on my hand.Then I went to straighten out all of my floor mats that had not been replaced correctly and I noticed that they did not snap the piece of carpet material that goes under my drivers seat back together. It was just hanging there!I took it back yesterday and got some attitude about it!I wish I did not have to take my car into a KIA dealership for all these recalls or anything for that matter!!
I took my car in to fix a squeak. They were the very friendly, accommodating, professional and courteous. Fixed the problem and found other problems that they fix. Even gave me ride to BART. Very well run place.

Absolutely the most positive experience I have ever had at any Kia service center, I took my car in to have an inspection done because it was making a strange noice, from the moment I walked in I was greeted by the service advisor victor, he was very nice and courteous and explained to me the process of the inspection they would do. They were extremely accommodating as well they even gave me a ride to a restaurant I wanted to go eat at as I waited for my car and even came and picked me back up after I was done!The service manager Jim was especially helpful he went above and beyond to make sure my car was takin care and that I felt %100 comfortable, he was very patient and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns about my car and assured me that everything will be taking care of, he also educated and gave me great advice about my car. After a few hours my car was fixed and ready to go! The service team at Win Kia Dublin is amazing and definitely custom service focused they deserve more than 5 stars! I highly recommend coming here for any of your car service needs.
Does not honor their promises, had a deep scratch on top my my hood when I purchase the car, they promise to fix it. Keep delaying it and ignore it. Despite multiple phone calls and email messages, their sales manager and GM ignored it. No wonder they have such high turnover rate. I bought the car back last Sept and sales guy, sales manager,fiancing guy and their service manager all gone already in such a time frame. While waiting for my oil change I talk to another Kia owner and he experienced similiar experience, the folks he work with all gone. And the maintenance contract he purchased also was disappointing, as they tell him he have to paid all sort of out of pocket stuff which he was not previously told. Stay away from dishonest people and dealer. Their one service guy I met during my oil change is nice and fair though.
Salesman was responsive and courteous, however the buying experience was terrible at best. From optional add-ons, as indicated in the contract, that I was told are not optional right down to non-existent communication from the finance manager. She failed to acknowledge receipt of any documents shared with her that could have technically led to them cancelling the purchase. She also refused to return multiple phone calls, voicemails and emails. Would not respond to time sensitive requests to pay off the full purchase price of the car and failed to indicate the original company name that was financing the car making it nearly impossible to pay the vehicle off. This place was helpful until they had my money after which they didnt care to help. Would not recommend buying a car here.

Terrible customer service....once we decided to pay cash in full for the vehicle instead of financing it attitude changed and even tho I am spending 24k on the car they give it to me with a quarter tank of gas....not even a full tank of gas!!!!! They treated me like I was getting new tires not a new car!!!!!
