Not sure about this store? Lots of options to look at and touch but a lot of odd looking lamps and mirrors. Maybe just not my style?

Our experience was exceptional with Rachelle. She was able to answer all questions, make recommendations, and demonstrate various options. We purchased six items--all with awesome service.

The consultant I worked with was very helpful and patient in finding replacement lampshades. One of the lampshades was out of stock and the store shipped it via FedEx at no additional charge! :)

This Lamps Plus branch location have great and beautiful selections of light fixtures! But the main reason we end-up buying all the light fixtures for our new home was because of the exemplary customer service that we received from Rachelle Bringham! Thanks to her great taste and expert professional tips/advice, we have a grand and beautiful looking Schonbek Century Chandelier that our visitors adore! And because we saw Rachelles passion, care, and the sincerity that she put in work, we end up buying total of 11 light fixtures, 2 Chandeliers, 3 kitchen pendants, 2 bedside lamps, and more than 30 pcs of Led bulbs! We only want to give our business to Rachelle because she earned and truly deserved it. Stay sweet, kind, and continue being a blessing to others. Ive shopped 30+ yrs with company starting in their SF store on Geary street. Always a good selection n decent service. Not at this store, no one came to answer questions n blatantly ignored eye contact. Never again, I will spend my money elsewhere n will let friends n family 2 avoid this store. Service is nonexistent.

This store rocks and the lighting specialist who helped me was very astute and professional. Her name is Mary and she really knows her store and its merchandise. Furthermore, she is a great listener and only showed me lamps that were within my budget, and I really appreciated that. We ended up making the perfect selection for the room I was lighting and the price was right too. I will definitely shop here again.

There are so many lamps in this store that u can window shop from the parking lot...light it up! Itsme itsme

I wish I could leave 0 stars for this location. I bought 3 lights from this store. I was missing parts I called them so many times and email them the missing parts. I call them again to follow up this morning the lady that works there Mary wants to give me another email address to send the missing items. unpleasant experience and really disappointed. I will never go here ever again!!

This place has a lot more then lighting, went looking for a lamp for my pool table and found some great chairs as well. My wife also found a lot of little accesories to decorate the house.

Lots of lights to choose from - we were looking for a dining room chandelier and there was plenty to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful, but gave me plenty of space to debate with my family on the right choice. There were plenty of comfy chairs to try out, too, which my kids appreciated during my indecision. When we were ready, I easily found a salesperson and she quickly found my fixture and helped me order alternate bulbs for home shipping. Id definitely shop here again!
