Worst customer service ever. Store is too crammed, racks to close to each other, not handicap accessible,. I hurt my foot running into a rack. No employees say hello or help you. When you are trying to decide if a shirt will fit or not because their sizes are inconsistent, The male worker at Tuttle Mall Crossing, Columbus Ohio will yell and talk down to you. Then act like you are the problem, get very agitated and sassy then tell you to leave because you tell him there is no problem, just not sure if a shirt will fit or not. He doesn’t offer to help, just lays into you and berates you. We shop at plenty of places, many years, spend lots of money and never get treated this way. Clearly this man is in the wrong line of work, overwhelmed, unstable and needs help.

Asked to try on 2 dresses 20 mins before store was closing. Told by store staff that we couldn’t try them on because the store was closing in 20 minutes!

I called to check if they have a certain dress i was looking for, the lady that answered said she can help but put me on a hold, a few minutes later the phone hung up, I called 5 more times and no one picks up

This review is for their websites customer service but since there is no option to rate them there Im posting my review here.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I ordered a dress online, everything was fine up till delivery. Then I tried the dress on an noticed that the lace detailing on the neckline is completely asymmetric. I double checked on their website and looked at the pictures and on the model the neckline is symmetrical as it should be. I reached out to customer service, sent pictures of the dress I received, highlighted the issue, they sent a return label and told me that they would check with the warehouse if the item is indeed defective. They call me 2 days later and tell me that the warehouse confirmed thats how the dress is and its not a defect. Im looking at the website and my dress side by side which confirms that Im right and the one I received is indeed defective. They said that I can return it for free. Mind you that by now the dress is sold out. I paid almost $50 for the dress and now I either keep it as is or return it. Unbelievable! $50 for a defective dress and they offered no extra discount or anything but instead made it seem like I made the whole thing up. I wish if I could post pictures on here. I love the dress but for the price its POORLY made. This company does not stand by their products so just BEWARE!

My 15yr old daughter loves this store. She could spend a small fortune here.They have really cute clothes, I just have to watch what she gets carefully, because 80% of the store is made up of clothes I refuse to let her wear, no matter how bad she wants to wear them. 😂They have cute dresses too, for homecoming, ect.

So bad experience.... I bought on a sale bodysuit it was closing time and didn’t check ... at home I find out that was cut on backside, next day I bring it back and they never took it back !! I talked with one young manager girl she said I’m sorry we can’t .... I gave her as gift this bodysuit and left.....never again disgusting crevice !!!!!

I ordered something online and 2 days after I received the item in the mail I brought it to the store because I wanted to return it. They told me they couldn’t return it because it was after 14 days and I ordered it online 2/6 and received it on 2/20. I went to the store in Tuttle on 2/22 to return the item and was told this. I could understand the return policy in store if it was after I received the item in the mail but to. E told this 2 days after I received is ridiculous! Hesitant to order/but again and make sure you are aware of this scammy policy of Windsor!

Every time I’m in the store and waiting for a fitting room, I get ignored.Idk if waiting by a door is that obvious. Maybe train these people better.

I love this store and their dresses I got my first homecoming dress from there and the works were a great help

I always find at least 2 outfits. Love this store and employees are very helpful.

This is my favorite store back home in Florida. I was highly disappointed when I moved and there was none near me. But found this one and made the trip. It was worth it.

I had a really bad experience here! Smh my first time here and they were so racist towards my daughter and I... plus they were assuming i stole a lot of stuff because there were a lot of sensors on the floor next to the dressing room I was in, i showed them my purse because i could hear everything they were saying so disrespectful and racist...I would never be back to this place...
