Amazing selection of motorcycles for sale in this place. And if it just want to look theres some really cool customs in their museum that arent really for sale.
I love their custom motorcycle museum upstairs! Sad to say the dealership has changed. Its all powersport bikes for sale. I didnt see any cruiser motorcycles for sale.😞
Very informative auto shop on top floor. Hope to do more business with them...
Awesome place to visit and remember a man that had a dream and made it come true by building his owe motorcycles line for the everyone to enjoy. Trusted and respected. May you rest in peace where ever you are Mr. Arlen Ness!!!!
I purchased a Stage 2 Big Sucker through J n P. Wrong breather bolts were put in the box. Rather than send everything back, I called Arlen Ness directly. I spoke with Rich who was extremely helpful finding the right bolts. He put them in priority mail and I had them in under a week(had to come from CA to PA) great company, great customer service!
I am really disappointed that they stopped selling Indian motorcycles. Now they sell Triumph and Aprilia motorcycles. As long as they continue making custom parts Im good with that.
Pretty awesome. But now they only sell imported European bikes. Ducati, tramps, MV agusta, etc.
Wow what an incredible place to go to love the show Room loved all the museum type stuff and people were so professional
The staff was great, but I wanted to see some Arlen Ness bikes
Lots of expensive European motorcycles.
Not what it was. Still some custom bikes upstairs.
Besides arlen ness custom motorcycles on display, THEY are NOW a Ducati/ Triumph place. & handling Can Am.Too
Very nice people here. Always willing to go the extra mile for service regardless of how busy they are. They are very straight forward and I trust them.
Awesome people there showed us around give us a complete tour and told us all the history of the bikes
These guys are amazing and Susie :-) shes in parts. Customer service is second to none and you have to come check out the bikes and a museum upstairs. This is a great place to do motorcycle business.
Regarding service on phone. From OC just as expected, Bay snobbery. Asking to install a tire that I provide on my Kawasaki. We dont work on Kawi. Me thinking: Its a 32mm bolt a shaft and 17 tire. Ok Ill take the wheel off and bring it to you. She: We are slammed. Ok Im done get hanged up on.I worked in the business for 10 years working and selling services never said no to a customers tire repairs changes off car or oil changes would be done in 15min or less. Thats 4 bays 4 employees and generated 85k a month sales with $95 an hour labor by book and 20% to 50% mark up on all parts. So this isnt exactly matter of CANT its dont want to. Its ok expected.
Showroom is closed do to Covid-19 but GOOD SERVICE 👍 is still available by apt. Only
This place is very clean and the staff was very helpful! 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
Always live seeing the bikes
I always enjoy visiting and shopping at Arlen Ness Motorcycles. I still have my 2003 mesh jacket from their shop. I hope to purchase a Victory or other bike from them soon, since I had to sell my 2003 Dyna. My son bought his 2006 Victory and other goodies from their shop and still gives raves reviews.
Just bought a bike there and the sales team, Doug/Stephen was awesome. I also had it serviced and they were very accommodating and helpful explaining technical features of my bike. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone considering a new scooter
Welcoming sales team. Lots of Indian factory apparel on display. Parts and accessories can be installed on site at the service center. Good deals can be made here but research is key. There are a good number of bikes for sale.
My forty year wait to buy a new and real Indian motorcycle came to an end this week at Arlen Ness Motorcycles in Dublin, CA. Arnie and all of the staff were kind, professional and knowledgeable. They made the process of signing away my hard earned allowance and the prospect of going home and watching my kind and loving wife turn into an alien predator almost bearable. I have bought many new and used bikes in my 50+ years of riding and rebuilding bikes of all brands and sizes but the new Indian Chieftain has surpassed all of my expectations. Kings Mtn. and Polaris have at last given us not just a real Indian, but one that is of the highest quality. This is not a small bike by any means, but it is exceptionally well mannered both in low speed handling in tight parking lots and out on the highway. It presents what feels like almost unending torque throughout the range, coupled with heart pounding horsepower. All of this is wrapped up in an exquisite finish with pretty much everything you need. A quite comfortable overall riding position and considerable storage capacity. To sum up: If your looking for a cruiser/touring, great looking bike, you want to low ride around town or head out across the U.S. from border to border in the finest style: Buy a new Indian!!! and any model will get you there. Oh yes; make sure you buy it at Arlen Ness Motorcycles in Dublin, CA. and make sure you take a walk through Arlens personal museum of great custom bikes upstairs. I dont think anyone with a reasonably warped sense of humor, good financial mind and loves bikes would be anything other than totally impressed, and quite satisfied with the overall experience. Arnie and I spent quite a bit of time reminiscing about the old days and old friends and acquaintances. It really was an experience I will remember all the days I have left.
Been visiting here since he first opened. Always a relaxing, unpressured experience. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, and the museum upstairs is beyond cool
No longer an Indian dealer. They should have told me this before bringing in my bike for a recall and service. Not cool
I am absolutely new to motorcycles had the best bike purchase experience I could hope for. Danny and Steven were very helpful, welcoming, walked me through everything I had to know and gave me no BS deal (no questionable sales techniques, no upsale, etc). And yes, this place is legendary too, checkout a museum upstairs. Highly recommended.
Great place to buy a bike or to look at the many custom motorcycles in the upstairs museum
Great service, people were extremely helpful and courteous. My Victory Cross Country is amazing, I love it. Icing on the cake was meeting the legend Mr. Arlen Ness. Also had the opportunity to walk by a filming of the show. Im hoping to watch more or find a way to keep up with the amazing builds coming out of the shop.
“I have been over Numerous times to test ride Bikes some dealerships Frown on that. Not here free Barbecues, friendly people.... Always enjoy visiting the shop!! I am a Triumph man But Tempted! I always Recommend Arlen Ness.... thanks Vic ”
Finally stopped while passing thru. Nice museum style display of v twins.
Beyond the level of professionalism and top notch mechanics they always ensure you know what they found, what is best for you and your ride. Feels more like seeing friends and family with no up selling. Customer satisfaction is clear and they treat us well and never fail to impress.
Now California Speed Sports @ Arlen Ness
Arlen is a biker legend, larger than life, even after his passing. Ride easy...
I quite enjoy going to this dealership, friendly people and the mesuem upstairs is amazing.
Their product knowledge was a five star. Very polite and professional every employee I had to work with. Highly recommend sales and service to all new and existing customers.
Amazing dealership! I love going there just to look at all the custom motorcycles but they have a great variety of Indian Motorcycles too.
Great friendly crowd with excellent customer service. They were forthcoming in showing me the bikes and also offered her no pressure test ride. Look out for Doug hes the man. A sales guy and a true bike lovee
Great Service. Every thing U Need
Havent visited the store but trying to contact them through their website to buy parts is a waste of time. Which is unfortunate because Im told they have great products but Im never going to get the chance to find out for myself...
Had a horrible experience with the sales manager, Danny Perez. He called me about consigning my motorcycle with them. He was very rude and unprofessional. He had a flippant and cocky attitude, and basically said he wasnt going to consign my bike there since I didnt buy it there in the first place. What the...? When I told him he was being rude, he hung up on me. Wow! If he didnt want to consign my bike, why did he even call me? I can tell this guy is a real a...hole, and I would highly recommend not doing business with him and this business. If he is this volatile over a simply phone conversation, I can only imagine how difficult he would be to work with when trying to negotiate a purchase. There are much more professional people and businesses that sell motorcycles in the area. Mr. Perez does not deserve your business. Everyone has bad days, but this was simply inexcusable for a sales manager. Horrible customer service!
Its a one of a kind place! The museum upstairs is amazing. You may even see Arlen.
AMAZING!! And such great people. Kevin was so cool.
Always friendly service! And amazing bikes all over the shop. The museum is a must see!
Malcolm made purchasing a new Dark Horse effortless and exciting. He is very friendly and knowledgeable about the bikes, and he is willing to work with you on making the best deal and giving you a fair market value on a trade in. I was a loyal Harley rider for nearly 20 years, but I have switched over to Indian all the way!
This is an amazing place to view some of the Legendary motorcycles built by Arlen Ness
Amazing customer service, great museum:)
Purchased some Indian parts here and experience was good as expected. Some cool mc history here as well
Awesome place. I came here one afternoon to throw a leg over an Indian Bobber. Didnt plan on riding, didnt plan on buying. I read online they had one but when I got there, it was sold. Regardless, a gentleman by the name of Doug took me out back to the service department and showed me the one that was sold, he let me sit on it and get a feel for it. He then asked if i wanted to ride a Scout. I was completely blown away but told him I wasnt ready since I only rode at the MSF course and that was months ago. He told me I got this and gave me that extra boost in confidence I needed that I didnt even have for myself to actually go out and ride. During this whole time I saw that he was busy doing other things but regardless, still made time for me. When I am ready to get my own Indian I will be proud to go through the process with an individual who represents an organization that shows that much commitment and passion.
“My experience with the Arlen Ness sales and service teams has been excellent. I bought a Victory Kingpin and the sales team was extremely helpful in wanting to find the right bike for me. They even encouraged a test ride against the HD Softail I was looking at. Victory Kingpin won, but the takeaway here is they wanted a happy customer on the right bike. Not pushy / no pressure. The Service Team, especially Susie and Steve, are great at communicating with customers. I was always kept in the loop as to when my bike would be ready and what needed to be done. They stand by their work and again strive to make their customers happy. Very happy to be an Arlen Ness customer! Highly recommend. ”
Legendary business. Killer free museum upstairs.Bay Area Icon Arlen Ness never forget
Great place, always very friendly and helpful. Building a custom roadking with everything from wheels, trim, bags and exhaust and I am happy with all the products I picked up. Thanks Ness
“When I came in, I needed some questions I needed answered to make a decision with my 2007 Road Glide. Dan took the time to explain what would be helpful for me to consider. If I have a problem, others cannot fix, Ill drive the 30 miles from where I live to talk, seek advice and repairs. Having this business as a resource near me makes owning a expensive motorcycle a pleasure. Bryan Mortenson”
Greatest like selection I have ever seen
Nice bikes I was looking at the new Indian 😁
That there was a great man Rip
My son and I bought Indian motorcycles from them very good service and polite
Nice and clean place with some riding gear such shirts, pants, and helmets. Check out the bikes on the second floor.
Great service always, Kevin helped us today, very nice, knowledgeable.
“After shopping at the other brand I am happy I went to Ness Victory. We could barely get a hello at those other dealerships, but Arnie was extremely helpful, and even showed me some of the bikes that were being customized (which is what gearheads like me LOVE). That was my 2nd bike from Ness...not my last though.”
Get family owned business, A+++
Not a single person approached me to see if I needed any help or had any questions? Nice motorcycles though
Its Arlen Ness!
Great staff and excellent collection of motorcycle
Arnie is very knowledgeable and great to work with! My new Victory Magnum is an awesome bike!
Impressive! And I am not easily impressed.
Going to miss Mr. Ness, ride in peace man!
I am not a big fan of his modern stuff. But his museum is nice.
My wife and I have purchased 2 new bikes from Arlen Ness in the past year. There is no other place wed buy from, ever again. We were in recently, to purchase the blacked out Indian air cleaner for her Chieftan and were treated like royalty. We always try and support the local businesses, but its very refreshing to know well be treated like family whenever we patronize them. Thats exactly how were made to feel at Arlen Ness!We always recommend them to anyone in the market for a new (or used) bike. Malcolm, Dyna Don, Arlen and the gang are great people! Stop by and check them out.
I really love this place there are so many motorcycles there and upstairs is a really nice Museum of all of custom built bikes.
Paradise for us, the ones who loves real bikes!
Great selection of parts and bikes. The museum is amazing.
Customer Service Still Excellent !!
Many years ago when I was working in California, I stopped by a place in San Leandro CA called Arlens Ness-cessities, as it was the business of the world famous Arlen Ness. I believe Cory Ness was there that day, as he was very friendly and showed me around the place, then took me upstairs to show me more of the super custom bikes Arlen had built, which just blew my mind! Such detail was done on all of them, the little things that most people would never think of. I met Arlen briefly once at the Hardman House Inn in Carson City Nevada, at the Northern California and Nevada Harley Dealers Run to Carson City around the late 80s, as my 82 FXR was in the shop, so JS Story, the owner of Merced HD loaned me a scooter, as a guy who had come in to the dealership one day who introduced himself as H-A George, as he had just traded it in on a new scooter, as George had thought I worked there, so I showed him around then introduced he and JS, and told JS that George was interested in trading in his scooter for a new ride. So JS said that I could ride that trade in while mine was being worked on, so Mike Busser (one of the Techs at Merced HD), his ole lady and myself set out for Carson City running the speed limit, and the scooter I was riding only knew 2 speeds, stop and WFO ! It ran like a slug going there, but on the way back, I rode with another friend who lived in Sacramento (whose name I wont mention), as he rode at least 110 mph and the scooter I was riding was wanting to pass him all the way back, as it was a fast shovelhead ! But Arlens place there in San Leandro was really a nice place. JS Story had told me that he and Arlen grew up together, when the style was a bobbed rear fender, apes so high that you had to reach for them, a mouse-trap clutch, a jockey shifter and NO front brake, and you had to be able to ride in the streets and on the hills of Frisco, then to know the friction point of the clutch while balancing on your right foot, press in too far and roll back, let off too much and the bikes clutch would snap and engage and youre in the middle of traffic! I havent been to the new shop, but would someday like to go back out to see it again, as it looks a lot bigger than the last one, back in the late 80s.
Nice place to visit didnt have what I was looking for. Staff was friendly
Awesome place!Rest in Peace Arlen!
Great museum of motorcycles made by Arlen Ness. Lots of bikes to enjoy the history of or consider buying Victory motorcycles and accessories. Staff was friendly, clean bathrooms, easy to see from the main road.
The museum is free and fun!
The quality of their product has turned to junk and the Customer Service is so back and forth it is ridiculous. Over a week of communication with them and they go back and forth on what they say they will do. Ultimately I feel they do NOT stand behind their product and are not true to their word. This was by far the worst experience I have had with any dealer.
We just walked into Arlen Ness, the mousy brunette working behind the customer service counter was far from servicing. She, while on the phone, managed to call my brother and I out asking what we needed. Was this because we were under the age of 30 compared to the 60+ that usually walk in? She continued to yell through the show room asking us what we were doing there. We were looking for nice jacket for our fathers birthday, hoping to spend $500 on a good jacket. She proceed to shout that the jackets were $300-$600 and we were in the wrong store...It didnt phase us, people sometimes dont think before they talk. My brother asked to see the new Indians, out of curiosity, and her response was what you gonna buy your DAD a Indian in a very degrating and ill manner tone. So we looked at her and said thank you for your friendly service and walked out. Thanks a lot Arlen Ness that old lady will put you out of business...We look forward to spending our money elsewhere.
A cool placeCheck the museum upstairs-a must
