Wonderful experience! The young lady that greeted us allowed us to browse at our pace. She kept enough distance to feel we had privacy, yet was available when we had questions. Mark is the Best he kept me informed when because of COVID my order got delayed had to waits a few months for my coffee table but it was worth the wait they delivered at the time that was set up. When I notified Mark there was a problem with one of drawers he sent someone out to fix within a few days they had to order new parts and Mark said if that did not fix problem they would replace unit. Staff cam out and they were very efficient and nice the table was fixed correctly drawer works great! Thanks to Mark and his crew! Best customer service ever!

I needed to buy a new mattress but knew nothing about what I was doing. I was extremely impressed with our salesman David Z. Not only was he funny and kind but he helped me every step of the way, determining which bed was the best fit for me and made sure I was in my price range. I never felt rushed or scammed (which can be common practice in a lot of furniture stores). I had a great experience today.

I had been looking for dining table chairs for a couple of weeks & needed them desperately. They had a set in stock versus having to order & it would have been the first of the year before I would receive them. There staff were very personable & helpful to make sure I had the perfect chairs I wanted. I will refer my friends, family, & coworkers to Slumberland!

Went in for a couch. Alex helped me look at a few models and didnt try to just sell me a couch, but rather helped me find what i was looking for. Made the whole process easy, will definitely be going back in the future. The 40% off sale was a nice plus as well.

The wife and I dislike when we enter a store and have the sales person pounce on us the whole time we are looking, we stated we are looking for a new mattress and wanted to take a lot of time laying on them and would come to get him if we had any questions, he left us alone to try out the mattress’s the wife finally found one that hopefully will work out for her bad back. Sales person seemed very knowledgeable on the different mattress and was very pleasant to work with.

Slumberland was my last visit of the day, combing through 4 other locations before landing here; it should have been my first choice. Chris Boot welcomed my wife and me upon entering and explained the workings of the facility and what to look for regarding any special deals being offered. The selection was exceptional. I was very pleased with what I saw and purchased what I needed. Great place!

Took advantage of the July sale. Expected to get the Grand Opening discount off of the regular price, and pleasantly surprised to get the discount off of the discounted price.Sales staff friendly, helpful, & courteous. Put up with me. Great products and experience during the buying process. Unfortunately, I was sold a line of BS on a sofa that was “available” through their distribution center. Sold. Months later… still no order confirmation at the sofa factory and no estimated delivery date. Broken promises are not too comfortable to sit on.Luckily, the La-Z-Boy recliner arrived in the stated timeframe, hence 2 stars.

The staff was very helpful in my search for a adjustable bed frame. Everyone I interacted with was professional, knowledge, and friendly.I’ve previous bought a living room and bed room furniture and I continue to be very pleased with the quality.Slumberland is and will continue to be my go to place for furniture.

We found great furniture there - however I cannot leave a review of the furniture itself because it has yet to arrive. When we looked online it said it would be 16-18 weeks (a salesman at another store confirmed this). So when we went into the Dubuque Slumberland and the store manager told us to ignore those dates and that it would actually be here in SIX weeks, I should have trusted my gut.However, I foolishly trusted the salesman and now here we are going on month #2 without a couch. We are officially a month past when the store manager told us it would arrive, and all of the order updates are consistent with the 16-18 week timeline. Very disappointed, as I feel that we were lied to, and by the store manager no less. Our order was transferred to a different store since we do not live in the Dubuque area, and I did receive a small discount from that store manager. However, I’m not sure the small discount covers the incredible inconvenience of not having furniture in our living room for what will likely be 3-4 months. That is also not to mention that the matching chair we ordered will likely not be here until 6 months from the order date, and again, we were told 6 weeks. I get that furniture is backordered right now due to the pandemic, but being lied to or misled for a sale is never acceptable for a business, much less the manager.

The sales person that waited on me was very professional and made sure he was around to help me find what I needed but still giving me my space to look around. He was very curious and made sure I was comfortable with the sale.I will recommend your company in the future because of your awesome sales person.

I do not recommend this store. I purchased a TempurPedic mattress from them. According to the manufacturer an adjustable platform is provided at no additional cost Sumberland charged me over $200 for the platform. On delivery the delivery person dragged the old box spring down the hall creating a scratch down the middle of my hardwood floor.

Love the new store. I went in for a table and chair set with bench seating. Benjamin McClintock showed us different choices and discussed different wood stains choices. I went home with pictures and information to discuss it with my husband. Came back and purchased the set. Ben was very professional and listened to what I was asking for. Very pleased with the whole experience.

We purchased a dining table and chairs. We just LOVE it. When the set was delivered one corner of the table was damaged in transit. After speaking with the manager, Mark, and showinghim a picture of thedamage, he ordered us a new table top! I wouldhighly recommend Slumberland to anyone looking for new furniture and bedding. Also, the new store in Dubuque is beautiful!

What can I say? Slumberland upgraded their space. Still seems pricy to me, but then again I dont own my own home yet, so no point in seriously considering their products yet.

We came in knowing what we wanted but wasn’t sure where to look. David was there within seconds to help us find exactly what we were looking for! He was very friendly and knowledgeable!

When ordering the dresser I was not asked if I wanted the mirror.... It was an extra charge that was not displayed correctly on the display. I still bought it but was not informed that the mirror was sperate at the time of purchase.

Bought new pillow that is supposed to stay cool, will know tonight.

Unfortunately I decided to give Slumberland another chance after seeing an amazing deal on a sectional. It was a Labor Day sale. I ordered the item, was charged and than 3 days later told that the item was not available until next year. WHAT? Bait and Switch!! I tried to speak with someone about this and was told to go into the store and they would make it right. When I arrived at the store, I saw the exact sectional was marked down to a clearance price and marked sold. When I inquired I was LIED to. So I decided to leave and go to Ashley. When I explained to Brad at Ashley what happened, he offered to match the price and also work on getting something for me as soon as possible. This is the 2nd time this year that Slumberland has left a bad taste, but Ashley has come through each time! I am so happy Ashley is here in Dubuque! Never again will I trust Slumberland......steer clear! Go to Ashley!

I ended up choosing Slumberland for the price, the versatility of the couch and the comfiness.Today I went in to purchase and the manager was there again and took (what I thought) was going to be a 1 hour buying process and only made it 15-20 minutes. The whole process today was wonderful and positive! I recommend!
