We moved to The Territory exactly 1 year ago, we know when we moved that a hot tub was in the cards but we knew nothing about owning one. The research addicts side of me went into full motion. We did several searches online and in the surrounding areas in IL and IA and also spent a lot of time going into retail locations. We visited different locations multiple times to get a feel for the customer service and J&J was the most consistent of all in the surrounding areas both in variety, service, product knowledge, and maintenance. We felt very confident enough with them to buy a salt-water one - and they gave us great practical advise on the pros and cons of a saltwater tub. The most impressive part of our entire experience was the post purchase level of service. Rose and team are just superb! Item was delivered and placed as I had initially thought I wanted, a week later we changed our mind about the position and we called them to come rotate it, I felt guilty by this ask because they had to bring the crew back out again but they made me feel like I was important and will do anything, I was extremely happy. We were out of town after the delivery and the repositioning and they came out to fill the tub and get it started. Rose came out a few times to teach my husband how to maintain it and they have always been on hand to answer questions or come out when needed. Hot tubs need care, more than I thought and so it is REALLY important to buy from someone or a company who know what they are doing. Okay so we were so impressed, we bought a Sauna too which was also delivered and set up with zero mishap. Very helpful people. Since I am a novice at this pool thing, I take water samples there a couple times per week. They test it in about 1 minutes, and tell me exactly what I need to do. All free of charge. Of course I buy my chemicals there. I have had 3 or 4 people help me, and all were very friendly and helpful.

We had a great experience with J&J ! They listened to what we were looking for and made sure we tried the hot tubs for the right fit! We just love our Freeflo spa. The color fits our decor and the pebbly texture feels like being at the beach. The price was great and the service was out of this world! Installation was effortless (because they took care of it), chemicals provided and made easy. We highly recommend them!

Crissy and the staff at J and J Pool were so helpful in the purchase of our pool 8 years ago and our hot tub a few years ago. I can always call and they have the answers for me since I live an hour away. The chemicals they sell are by far cheaper than other suppliers! They are super friendly and easy to work with there! They actually treat me like family and I feel so welcomed when I head into to their beautiful store!

Upon opening our pool this year, we had a Sand Filter that ruptured which led to us having to rush to purchase a sand filter as fast as we could so that we did not lose the water we just had our pool topped off with. Unfortunately, the connections to the sand filter head that we purchased did not match up with our current pump so following a day of trying to get answers and assistance matching them up elsewhere and becoming extremely frustrated, I decided to visit J & J Pools to see if they had what I needed to make it happen. While waiting in line, I ran into a friend and was telling him what I was dealing with and little did I know that Crissy was listening in to the conversation. By the time she was available to help and I began to explain my issue, she was already collecting materials and explain to me that she was going to recommend that she build me a new pressure hose that would be compatible with any filter or pump that I may have in the future! I liked the sound of that and after about 10 to 15 minutes, she came back out with that new hose ready to roll. Got back out to the house and in about 5 minutes, system was up and running! J & J earned my business going forward! Thanks Crissy and J & J!

I have an old pool filter and I wanted to replum the water lines with pvc pipe. We identified the parts required to fix interference issues and was informed the parts would be in tomorrow. Fantastic service.
