This place was like a hobby/games shop met a Barnes & Noble - two of my favorites in one place. Lots of great books but looks of great unique items as well! The prices were pretty on-par with a B&N, but they did have a buy-back program and a wall of discounted pre-read (used) books!

I love this book store. I could spend hours there. Very clean & comfort. Has a little place to get a cup of coffee right inside. Quiet.

They dont understand how to have proper internet. As an entrepreneur I could have brought in 3-5 customers a day for meetings. Massive failure on the managers end. Fire him and get the internet working, entrepreneurs will skyrocket their business

I just love a good book, so a book store is like over the top. My kids know that, so I had gotten 2 copies of a favorite author as gifts. Was surprised that even with a receipt, I was not given an option of cash or gift card. As a VORACIOUS reader, the gift card is a mute issue, but from a customer service standpoint options or at least an explanation goes a Long, LONG way.

A very cool store and so much more than books. A perfect place for gift shopping for that person who is tough to shop for.

No more music Cds, not much DVD movies. But still has everything else that they normally have

What I like about BAM is they sell so many books that are from every genre you could think of! Also they arent more interested in pushing an agenda! They have a book to sale and thats it, youre sure to find it!

They are not good with 2-4 mailing on time. Ive had 2 magazines add another 2-4 weeks on top of the regular 2-4 weeks. Its going on 8.5 weeks for one of them. Cant tell me anything. But other book stores sell the same magazines. They dont seem to have a problem with getting that magazine right out. Whys that Book A Million. Dont tell me its publishers fault. If you cant keep them in stock. Dont sell them.

Great place to get what u want or need

I love this store ❤️ Just walking in puts me in a good mood. The staff is always really friendly and I rarely have to wait long in a line. Also they have a great selection, and I always find what Im looking for.

You won’t be getting our money anytime soon. We used to love going there and we spent a good amount of money there. But now that you are requiring masks, we’ve decided to save our money and give it to a company that doesn’t fall into the scamdemic fear antics. Shame on you.

Love wasting time here. Nice Anime and TTRPG Selection. Impossible to find an employee. No idea if theyre actually inforcing the MASK POLICY, but somehow i doubt it.

I love this store, alot of books to choose from

Books, magazines, book marks, stationary, record albums, novelty items, playing cards, tee shirts, board games, coffee mugs, lots of Harry Potter merchandise from books to a funko pop collection, and even a castle. Many different funko pop themed items. Toys both stuffed others like pokemon. They also have a mixture of small toy collectables that would make good Christmas stocking stuffers. And a small coffee cafe. The employees are friendly and will help you find anythiny you need without sales pressure. I highly recommend Bam. (Books-a-Million)

Great store, BUT YOU NEED TO STOP CONSTANTLY ASKING PEOPLE TO SIGN UP FOR STUFF. Seriously, I don’t want to get magazines or become a member. Take no for an answer. Makes people not even want to go there. I have my girlfriend buy books for me because I get so annoyed and no-one can understand “no thank you”

I love this bookstore. Im sad there isnt a closer one. The fiction section is so big! There are single issue comics and used books too.They were having register issues and hopefully that doesnt mean corporate is cutting corners.

I come here a lot. Lots of book choices, lots of comic choices, action figures, toys, records, CDs, magazines. Nice employees that will help you if needed. Its also clean and organized.

Good prices for good books

This is the only store in the mall for books, movies, LPs, and other related things. The variety here is great to see, and the staff is helpful and friendly when asked for anything. A highlight here is the childrens book area, which is set up well to get kids in there and encourage them to find books theyd enjoy.

Loads of books. Have clearance priced books. Lots of games and also educational toys for kids. Also has coffee store inside with tables and chairs. Very helpful associates.

Books-a-Million seems to have a major gap between where they are and where they could be. The store layout is massively frustrating, the categorization seems to be one step above throwing darts, and the narrowness of the aisles is conducive neither to searching or sampling. Wish they would get rid of some of the knock off toys and focus on their core product. Also, discounted best-sellers seem to be haphazard - only fiction applies.

SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE very good store and kept me looking for a long time. Not a book person but I picked up a couple books and was very interested.

It is a lovely book shop to spend time in when youre at the mall. They sell books of all kinds along with book themed merchandise and record players. There is also a coffee shop located inside. Whenever I need some time to relax at the mall I just buy a book or magazine and read it while waiting for family or friends to finish their shopping.

Nice selection of merchandise. Can sit down & have a cup of coffee while you read, use your laptop or anything else you want while you take a break. Theyll even by back used books

The staff is amazing. Very friendly and extra polite. Looking for something specific look no further they have that and then some.. You will not be let down there!

Pretty nice book store. Not very different from other big box type stores, but I enjoyed my ramble here and found a great book Ive been wanting. I do really like how they include used books too.

I like going here just to check out all the cool things they got, but what I bought from their was broken and the staff badgered me for about 30 minutes trying to get to me to get sign up for magazines, for their promotions whatever you can think of they tried to talk me into it. When I told them I was not interested I am there out of town they then said you can use it online. I had to basically get mad for them to stop. Did not like that all. Then what I bought was broken, but I can say I contacted the company online and they gave me a gift card immediately to my email to replace it and didnt even ask me to return the item. So needles to say if I want to shop there it will be online!!

We always start our shopping trips here. Stop in for a cup of coffee to start the day and then start out shopping. There is a large variety of options here. When shopping for my nieces and nephews, I usually find something here. If not shopping for them I can always find a new book and a comfy chair where I can sip my coffee and start the book.

Nice that they have some discounted books and a coffee place. Also they have a memberahip to help save you money.

I got a coffee and I was so excited to have a barista that put extra effort into creating my specialty drink. He said he will be calling it the 911 from here on out. Thats six shots of expresso with coffee.

This place has terrible customer service. My daughter got a gift card for $20 for her birthday. When we went to go check out we were told the card has zero balance on it. I told them that was incorrect as she just received it as a gift from her grandparents. The salesperson was rude and said they had no way of confirming whether the card was properly filled and activated. So we left without making any purchase. Really? Its 20 dollars for a kid. Were not trying to scam you and youre refusal to do anything to make it right is ridiculous. I refuse to buy anything from them now. Ill go browse and simply purchase the stuff from Amazon instead. If you want to buy local go down to River Lights downtown instad.

Very clean and interesting store. Not as many reference books as Id like but always full of good reads and entertaining items from music/video to coffee.
