Bought a vehicle and it drives great, Mike and Heather were great to work with. My daughter is also looking at a car there

I wanted to help my oldest granddaughter out and get her a nice reliable vehicle to get to and from school in. I visited Central Auto as people said such good things about them but we were so disappointed. None of the cars seemed road worthy and the prices they were asking were ridiculous. For those prices you may as well go to a dealership -- at least you know they have an actual maintenance department.

I got a Taurus here a while back. It ended up being one of the best vehicles I ever owned. Buying it was an easy experience and the price was fine. I was more than happy with my experience there

My girlfriend bought a car from here a few weeks ago and we still havent received the permanent plates and stuff. These jokers dont seem to know how to actually handle car sales. She better not get in trouble because they dont know how to do there jobs. Dont ever buy from here. Its a joke.

Ive had some unexpected circumstances happen in my life so I had been borrowing someones car and it broke over the weekend. I filled out the online application yesterday so I could have an idea if I was approved or not when I got done with work today. I applied here because I know my credit isnt very well and they say they have guaranteed approval with a $500 down payment. I hadnt heard anything from there all day so I went there with my mom and son today to try to get a car. When I showed up there was no one there and there was a sign on the door stating that they were gone with a client and would be back shortly. I was fine with waiting and just looked at the car I had been looking at online. When the guy who was working showed up he asked if he could help me. I said that I was looking for a car I could afford and that I had submitted my application online. He asked my name (M. Gaede) and I gave it to him and he said that it didnt sound familiar, but maybe the day lady hadnt passed it to him yet. When he walked in my application was on his desk and he said he was sorry he wasnt sure why it wasnt processed yet. He said he would process it and give me a call when it was done and that would be about an hour. I was there around 4:15pm today and I never received a follow-up call. I told him I was interested in the Pontiac Vibe and he had said even if I wasnt approved for a loan I could do the buy here pay here option with $1500 down. I said that was fine. I am now left walking to work again tomorrow because no one ever contacted me. I didnt look anywhere else because I was waiting to here from there. I have the email under my Yahoo email address proving they got my application and I saw my application on his desk. I have had a rough couple of years and was hoping that this was finally going to be something good that was going to happen to me. I was totally wrong. Dont go here they arent willing to help.

Yikes. Steer clear of this place. First of all lets not ignore all of the obviously fake positive posts. Whomever is making fake accounts lacks creativity. Secondly, the gentleman that owns this place - Alex, I believe, according to the business responses -- just comes across as sleazy. Bad cars, bad service, rude employees. Go elsewhere for sure.

They dont answer the phone they dont explain what an auto damage statement is instead they rather sell a truck that breaks down everytime u get in it he took it back two or three days after he bought it and they did nothing to fix it they are justbworried about making money and not how safe the vehicle is n are not honest there is a thing called a lemon law and it would be decent to have honesty thats what makes a great salesman not be liars and cheats

Dont go here at! They sold me a car, so I did the whole buy here and pay here and got the car did not even have it for more than 12 hours. It overheated and found out had a bad head gasket fighting with them to get my deposit back and go some where else. Im a single mom and needed a car badly after I totalled mine. I cant believe they sold me a bad car that they never cleaned out either cuz who ever had it before me had their stuff in it. When it overheated, I called them and told them I was having the car coming back on a tralior and I told them I was on my way. Then, when I got here they left but left a note on the door for me they could not qait 2hy could they not call me! Now, Im fighting with them to get my money back! DONT BUY FROM HERE!

Came in at 7pm and by 7:30 I was driving away, did bring my paystubs tho which They did push for. I dealt with Mike and Alex, easy to buy.

This place is bad. Dont go here. There cars are all really junky and the guys working just obviously want to sell you cars and dont really care if they work or not. I wont ever come here again.

Horrible service, the lady that runs the place is very rude. Sold me a car that was rusted and very unsafe to drive. Not to mention i paid 3x the price for this car. Nothing but problems since i bought it.

Walked around in the cold tonight looking at cars, two guys inside were having too much fun laughing with eachother to give a rip about me pulling on door handles.
