The staff was fantastic and super helpful. I spent a few hours in here and felt completely welcome and knowledgeable when I left. Will definitely come back.

Unbelievably terrible customer service. Lack of product knowledge, rude responses and no willingness to find answers. I was told I should look at T-Mobiles website for an answer, so I asked if he looks at their website and he responded I dont have time for that. That was on 1/19/2020 around 5 pm.A few days before an employee there told me that the they did not have any of the new Samsung Galaxy S21 phones to look at, while there was a display with them about 10 ft away. She also dismissed her lack of knowledge about Android products with I use an I-phone.

I have been with Sprint for almost 20 years. There have been some ups and downs with cell coverage and data access over the years but it has always been resolved.It is the people that make Sprint as awesome as it is! They are always friendly, helpful and professional.I highly recommend the Dubuque store for your cellular needs.

Chris is the guy! All of the employees were VERY informed. They were exceptionally skilled in getting what I said I wanted. I got a better phone & plan than I expected for a lot less change than I was already committed to spending.
I was in this location yesterday 12/3/19 .I have NEVER been treated as rudely as the gentleman who I am assuming is the manager came across to meI upgraded my wifes tablet and was having difficulty transferring the information from her old one. I took it and her old Sprint phone into the store.After some discussion it became heated when I was informed the the only did retail and support was Not their responsibility. From this gentleman, eventually I would need to learn to do it myself and they returned the Sprint products to me. The conversation became heated. . I am amazed that a customer for several years spending $300 @ month would be treated this way. I havent been able to breech the wall of indifference at Sprint yet but I am on a mission.

Service is excellent. Always go there to stop in and say hi and get my phones looked at. Number 1 place to get a phone. They will help u as best as they can. They have ways to get a new phone if u ask them how to. They love to help u any time u go in and ask for help. Sprint knows more about phones then any other wireless store. They will try to fix ur phone on the spot if needed.
Their customer service skills are awesome, but unfortunately their service isn’t very good at all in my new area. With that being said, I still will not leave Sprint because they work with you anytime you need them to, and I personally still feel like they have the most fair and affordable plans for a contract.
This Sprint store is AMAZING!! sales Rep Abby caught a mistake In my bundle package.. 3 phones 3 tablets, each under a different plan. She corrected it and saved me $100.00 / mo!.!!! When I had trouble with the corporate help desk (very annoying foreigners) she helped me there as well! Told mgr. She needs a raise!! He said she got one! I said Give her another one, if nothing else, she NEEDS TO train the help desk! I will buy all my cellular stuff here from Abby!

I switched from Verizon to sprint and the sales reps really helped me pick a data plan that would work perfectly for me. I was paying well over 200 a month for 2 phones and 6 gb of data. These guys got me 2 phones and an iPad 2 with 12 gb of data for UNDER 200. Plus, if your phone breaks, they have a tech center open 6 days a week. I havent had to call Sprint once, I stop by the store with my questions and they take care of it. Great people, great prices. Thanks, Chris, Emily, Abby, and Denise for all of your help!

I wish i could give 0/5. Their service gets worst and worst and they refuse to do anything about it. My phone says I have service, but I cant text, make calls or even google anything. I contact them and they refuse to do anything about it.
Havana Sprint Customer for over 10 years and when I need to ask some questions or help with a decision this is the place I go.

Staff was fairly helpful, cell service was terrible so I returned the phone. In June. Its not January and they still owe me over $300. Somehow the returned phone got lost somewhere between the main managers hands and the warehouse.
If you need help with your phone see Chris. Very friendly.
