I mean, its GameStop. Its aight. They are basically the Wal-Mart of the gaming world. Convenient, but you dont want to go in one after dark. Kind of sketch, yknow? Anyways, they dont completely suck, do I have them 4/5 stars.

Absolutely horrible customer service! We ordered an Xbox console on Dec 20th, was told it was in stock, and paid for it. We were told if we didnt have it by the 4th to call the store. We called the store on the 4th only to be informed that our order was not fulfilled because it was out of stock. No one bothered to call and tell us. Store manager blamed the warehouse/shipping company and took no responsibility on Gamestop. Then had to wait on hold for almost 30 minutes to get the refund processed. Their prices are high and their trade ins are low. Do not waste your money in this store!

It is a small shop with a lot of merchandise. They offer video games and systems. They carry socks, wallets, book bags, collectable characters, trading cards, and much more. The employees are friendly. They have a store discount program that saves a lot of money.

This store usually has great service and a lot of different games to choose from. They got three stars because we bought a GameStop membership so that we could get games cheaper. Since we joined, corporate has decided to make two levels of membership and we are at the lower level and therefore do not get the best deals on games. We should have been grandfathered into the program. we paid it good money expecting discount on games and now that discount is much less. Its not right. That said, when we got a game that didnt work they did a great job of exchanging it for us. Unfortunately that one did not work either so we got a refund. Great service with that!

Honestly just go to Video Games etc. it’s right down the road and they have better deals. They also give you more $$$ for your games and consoles. GameStop’s Employees were really pushy to get me to buy stuff even though I told them I was just looking to trade in my ps4 and games.

Customer service depends on whose working. Had a short attitude with my friend but was nice to me and they didnt realize we knew each other. All he did was return a game. Should have gone to Video Games Etc across the street, they give more.

Its rare to find any deals worth while I would be happy if used games were a decent price.

Ive been going there for some time sure the franchise has a good amount of controversy and some issues with their business model but its the staff than can turn a transaction into an experience. The staff are cool if you know your stuff but helpful if you are an average consumer.

I was buying gifts and felt overwhelmed. I do not play video games and was unsure of what to get but the staff was super helpful and knowledgeable.

One of the worst games stops i’ve ever been to. Don’t go here, there are many other places in dubuque to get your consoles and if you want merch goto the book store next to them. You’ll find some awesome stuff there. Or goto any retail store they practically have the same stuff, and cheeper too!

Horrible customer service - on the first Day of Mortal Kombat 11 they only have one person working. And six or seven people in line. And when I finally got up to the register they told me I needed an ID for my pre-order. Complete waste of time.
