Pretty decent items there. Its a hit or miss for whatever you are looking for. But I got almost brand new throw pillows for 6.99 each and they were the perfect colors. I usually go twice a month for random decor.

I’ve been in this store many times and every time the manger whose name i believe was Mandy, was yelling at employees for unreasonable situations which could have been handled differently. Employees need to be treated with respect and i’ve never seen the manger show that towards any of them. She needs to be taught how to treat human beings. Other than that the service there is great and the register people are very kind and willing to help and go beyond limits to make my experience enjoyable.

Love this store! Great selection of clothing, decor, furniture, antiques, toys, baby gear, household items, crafts, books, movies, and more. I almost always leave with something. I consign here as well and my items always sell well, so I get to use that money toward my purchases. Thats always kind of nice surprise to get your items for free when you get to the checkout. They do a good job of getting your items on the floor quickly and notifying you that theyre available as well. My only small complaint about this store is that they sell everything individually and often place the same items in different areas of the store. So if theres a pair of matching art pieces or vases or something like that, you likely wont know it unless you go through the whole store and happen to find the second one.

What a fun store! You never know what youll find but there are great treasures throughout! You just have to search and its fun to do! Love the prices too! Nice staff is helpful as well. A fav place to visit in Dubuque.

Good selection and friendly staff but lots of the items are in rough shape and they want new prices for them. I found a pie dish and it actually had a mark on it saying retails for $30. Asking $25. Yall. The lid was cracked lets be reasonable $5 because it was cute and a Keebler dish.

It was a cute antique/thrift store. They mostly have everything youd need from clothes to appliances. The two reasons Im giving it a 4 is because when I looked for staff they were chit chatting together. When I walked up and asked where something was, the one lady scoffed and rolled her eyes at me and pointed where it was. The other Is that its very untidy, some stuff is just randomly thrown.

We found some nice stuff with a nice price.

Alex and his helper were totally awesome in helping us load a very heavy dresser into our car! They both deserve a big raise! It is great seeing young people willing to help out!!!!

Good place to find low price name brand clothing.

I usually don’t have an issue with this store and can occasionally find good deals for things for my kids, but on multiple occasions Alex, one of their employees, bullies me every time I come in the store. I have medical issues and cannot wear a mask. I brought in a kid’s toy to consign today and he was behind the consignment counter and ignored me for 8 minutes while my toddler was freaking out because we were standing there for so long waiting to be greeted. After he was done with his task (that was more important and greeting a customer), he told me I cannot be in here without a mask and they don’t care about my disability. All the other employees are friendly and accepting of my disability, but Alex will escalate to the point where I would rather spend my money elsewhere. There are plenty of other local consignment stores to visit around Dubuque that have great customer service and are accepting of people with disabilities.

Discriminatory- I walked into the store and overheard the staff behind the counter say who wants to get her? One of them came running after me. I stopped and turned around and the young worker said maam you have to wear a mask in here. I told her I have an exemption. She said Im sorry. This is a private business. You are going to have to put a mask on or leave.

Always find unique item

Good pricing, helpful staff. Its a little crowded, hard to sift through the racks. The discounted dates are hard to keep up with for customers and the staff. If you used colors, stamps, anything to determine the time frame itll help alot.

I visit the store once a week. It is a consignment store so it has a little bit of everything. Some of the prices are a little too high. You dont need to be a consighner to shop here. The products that they carry are usually high end. They are in the process of rearranging items around, so there were a lot of products in baskets around the store. That is the only reason I graded them four stars instead of five stars.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I consigned a few items there but didn’t get what I thought I should have for those items. Plenty of items to choose from and decent prices. I go there to shop a lot, not consign but shop.

I absolutely love this store. I go at least one a week and I love that every time I go I find something new. There is a very large variety of items there. This evening I had the wrist experience ever. The manager Mandy followed me around the store and a very disrespectful manner. I felt that she thought I was trying to shoplift so I went and put my purse away in the car and only brought in my money. I had many items to purchase this evening and Mandy stood at least 6 ft away from me the entire time watching me while making personal phone calls to her family members the entire time. I was trying to pick out items for my bathroom and every time I looked over she was staring at me so it made me uncomfortable and I didnt purchase any of the things I wanted. when she got paged to the front of the store she had other employees follow me around so closely it was embarrassing. I had a friend that was coming to meet me to shop and when he got there I went outside and ask them not to come in and told him I was leaving because I was embarrassed and I didnt want him to see her doing this to me. The store lost out on at least $200 worth of sales this evening.Many times I wanted to stop and ask her what her issue was or if there is anything I can help her with and I was afraid that she would abuse her store power and try to you get me kicked out. I felt harassed embarrassed and self conscious the entire time.I really regret not recording this on my cell phone. In the future I will never workshop there alone again because it made me very uncomfortable.I am very upset.

We had a great experience at this store. We brought some large pieces of furniture to be sold and the staff was super accommodating. Mandy in particular was very helpful. Will definitely be back!

Huge place. Very organized in almost all departments. Holiday stuff all over the store however. Some places the cart wouldnt fit. Friendly associates. Not too much in the furniture department and very crowded. Plenty of pictures. As I said Huge. Never got to every department and we were there over an hour. So much stuff. Prices fair. Special discount days. Discounts on merchandise in store after 30 and 60 and 90 days. Nice idea. Will go back.

Overpriced and they tried to overcharge me both times i went.

“Take risks” is on their store columns and yet they won’t allow people in who can’t wear masks. We will never spend a penny there...you responded about safety, but masks have nothing to do with safety. If you do your research, you will see that it’s about compliance, fear, and ignorance on your part. Research! Turning away a customer for not wearing a mask, but was willing to keep a social distance, is discrimination, ECSPECIALLY if it’s for health reasons. Shame on you.

If I feel like rolling my eyes at some of the prices, you’re prices are too high. Amazon, Walmart, and other places have lower prices on most items in this store. I say most but honestly there were more eye roller prices than ones I was happy with.

Great place to browse and buy. Also upcycle the items you no longer want. Much better than most resale shops!

This place is a complete waste of time. Today was my third trip to the store, and I havent ever actually gotten to consign anything. Each time the wait time for drop off of items is longer than 1 hour. I thought maybe the first couple were a fluke, but it seems this is common practice for them. They could take some tips from some of the other consignment stores in town to make this process far more efficient. On my first trip, I did browse the store for 40 minutes thinking there was no way it would actually take the 1 hour wait time. In that amount of time, I easily made it around the whole store and it is largely filled with over priced junk. Seriously, an obviously used clutch wallet, NOT name brand priced at $30?! You could get a brand new one at Target for $15. I wont be buying or selling anything here when there are far better options in town, or you could drive an hour and consign in another town and still be quicker than waiting it out here!

I love Stuff Etc! I have consigned at this store in other cities and was so happy it opened in Dubuque. Ive made some good cash so far & use it to make my purchases on other items in the store. For those with low-star reviews, I urge you to go back in & try again. It may take a bit to get their groove on prices as this location just opened. I feel and have seen that they only choose quality items & if you think something is priced too high, wait until the discount days or after a certain date, the items begin to reduce in price to sell better. You can find really excellent deals just looking at the dates on items.Keep up the good work- our family shops there often!

The workers are irresponsible there attitude towards customers is wrong t there rude they have no sense of responsibility they are tyrants and there full of hate and someone needs to do something about there hate !!

UPDATE: 1 Star. Merchandise price and dated February 2020., I have been given 5 different excuses why some people stuff is dated far in advance. (Cheating for friends and family) I see you guys are losing customers for this reason.November: I love the place, but lately, I am seeing things thats priced dated late December and January on them, thats cheating and its not fair to the customers

The store HAS A LOT of stuff. Some better than others, but thats the point. Their consignment is a joke. I found identical items that throughout the store that I brought it and they turned them down cuz They arent in the package...but yet someone else brought those same pens WITHOUT the package and you put them in Ziploc and put them on the floor? A lot of dysfunction. I cant imagine where there wasnt anything I suddenly needed every time I enter! Good store! Great prices...even if some are unbelievable for what is from USED store.

Theres needs to be more places like this. Few things could come down in price, but enjoyed it.

I wasnt impressed. I was expecting to find more curated items, but so much of what was on the shelves was low quality. Maybe they had to take what they could get to fill the shelve initially, but I was not expecting to see cheap plastic cups, old furniture, low quality toys, etc. The one item we would have considered was an American Girl bed. It was priced at $50. Perhaps a little high for a store like this, but on top of that it also had a bunch of extra markings on the headboard. Unfortunately, this wont be a regular stop for us.

Tried to bring in some stuff to sell and the staff was very rude. I expressed that I was new and didnt know how exactly the selling and payment process worked. They spoke to me as if I was dumb and I found it very insulting. I ended up not bothering to open an account because of this and ended up leaving with everything that I came in with. 1 star!

I agree that some of the merchandise seems a bit overpriced, but overall very clean, organized and nice! I got a pair of brand new Prada shoes for $15! The only time I’ll ever wear Prada I’m pretty sure! Also I’ve brought items 2x for consignment and only had to wait 5 minutes each time. Go during the week is my advice!!

This is the most disappointing Stuff Etc. that Ive experienced. I went in to consign when they first opened and the process was easy and enjoyable. As I was doing some shopping I tried a pair of pants on and found a used tissue in them which was nasty but the dressing room associate was nice and took care of the issue right away. While I had that small bump in the road I shrugged the issue off. But, Ive recently returned to consign and to give it another try. It was the worst experience ever. There was only one gal working receiving, they didnt have any open totes, and you had to write your name down on a piece of paper and wait in line approximately an hour or more to get your stuff individual looked at right on the spot or to get your consignment money. At that point its not worth it to consign here. Ended up walking out and donating my items to the Goodwill next door.

Ive been to a few of these and was happy to see a new one but this one is priced a little high for non-clothing, in my opinion.

Stuff is a great place to find cheap stuff but it has HORRIBLE customer service. Been waiting for 20 minutes at recieving and the employee Rylie didnt have the respect to tell each customer in line that theres a tote weight she only told one person. 3 ppl left because the wait is horrible and they work sooooo slow. If youre in retail you need to be quick. I work in retail. Also the manager is rude. She saw the line and didnt even apologize. So terrible work ethic here but cheap stuff.
