Every time I am there it’s always a pleasure. The employees are always really cool toward me and I really appreciate that. Anyone that’s either new to Dubuque or hasn’t been in a Kwik Star before should absolutely visit this one. They will not be disappointed.

A great place for produce gas a s lunch

Bought a chicken wrap and some cheese stuffed spuds. There were only 7 single cheesey spud tater tots, and they were hard and were barely warm. Caseys usually has about 12 or more and they are cheaper. And they are the same exact kind of cheesy potatoes. And the ranch container was empty. There were only a so many of each different food items to choose from. Tonight is the first time I have been bummed out by my visit to KwikStar.

A good place to get fuel, cappuccino, coffee, food and snacks. Bathrooms were clean also. Staff was friendly.

Love this place just wish one was by where I live. Great selection of everything and the staff are very polite.

Prices are more affordable than a grocery store. Eggs, bread, butter and milk are always cheaper.

Always busy great gas stop. Store has a little bit of everything. Always fresh, and always at a good price. Coffee, donuts, milk, bread, bananas, pies, meats, are just some of the things I regularly buy there. Also I have to mention the staff. I dont know what they give them, but they are easily one of the most consistently pleasant, upbeat and positive groups of people you could ever want to meet. Hats off to the management. One happy nice person is just that, but an entire group of them isnt an accident. The whole chain seems somewhat that way, but this store is exceptional.

This is one of the cleanest stores Ive seen in three states. For this I thank each and everyone of you for your hard work and your dedication. The employees are always ready and willing to go out of their way to help you in any way they can. In this day in age that is an outstanding job well done. Its a gas station guys. If you subscribe to their texts you get regular $0.07 discount offers. They run lots of specials on food particularly eggs butter and bananas. And usually have a donut special going on. The donuts are kind of routine but always reasonable quality and even without the special reasonable price. They have coffee and pizza and other food items. The staff is always been friendly and helpful.

Love these gas stations. They offer the best food options. Lots of fresh items and fresh made things to choose from. And sometimes have really good deals. Of course everyone is always friendly and helpful.

I prefer this chain to any other. Unfortunately was waited on by a rude individual named Kevin. He talked right over me when I was trying to tell him which pump I would like to prepay. I had to raise my voice. He may be very hard of hearing. I suggest watching the customers lips, if they moving and you cant hear them, dont speak over them, just ask them to talk louder.

Great Kwik Star. The Fresh Blends machine broke on me and gave water instead of a smoothie, but the manager tried to fix it, but it wasnt working and just got repaired, but he gave me a free smoothie coupon.

My wife and I dont normally shop at this location, but the last two times we have visited this location to grab gas and milk, their customer service has just been awful. Their cashier Penny has seriously ruined my family shopping at this location. She literally raised her voice and was practically yelling at my wife. We will never shop at this location again. The Kwik Star on JFK is amazing though, and they have the best customer service ever!

Great place to stop and grab a sandwich. I work late shifts and its nice to have a food option other than McDonalds. Sometimes the cashier isnt always attentive, but is busy doing other work!

I love this place. Easy access from Rt. 20. Usually best gas prices. Fresh produce, baked goods, low $ on milk, eggs, bread. Clean & very friendly, helpful staff. Wide variety of options to grab a quick bite on the road, from hot egg rolls to salads, soups, yogert parfait, fix up your fancy coffee just how you want it, even a small selection of fresh meat, and take and bake fresh pizza.

The BEST!! Clean, has plenty of help most times... dont have to wait as they quickly open another register. Good specials/coupons!

This chain, Kwik star/Kwik Trip are fantastic.Great employees, great food, low prices on everything. Great convenience store and great truck stop. No drivers lounge.

Very convenient and easy to access. They have more food items than most gas stations. You could almost consider it a miniature grocery store.

I am from out of town and when I stopped here to use the restroom, I was pleasantly surprised to see all of the food and grocery items available for sale. It was a nice little bonus!!!
