Weve used them a lot over the last few years, everything from water heaters to furnace & AC stuff. Great technicians & competent office manager. Well definitely continue to use them.

Molo Plumbing Came out on Saturday around 4 ish stayed an hour to do some plumbing during this time his cell phone was going off he said it was his wife and he didnt tell her that he had another job to do. so with him feeling rushed i do not believe in his heart he wanted to stay and do the work needed instead he said well we are an hour into this and if you want i can continue or we can schedule you on Monday or Tuesday. well considering the only work done was he had cut a pipe i thought lets get this guy out of here he does not want to work and i do not want him here no longer increasing the bill. So i was charged 150.00 for this guy to cut out a pipe and tell me what he would do to fix the pipe.. so the next day i went out and purchased the supplies he said i needed and attempted to do it myself. well it leaked. So I called Top Notch Out of Galena, Illinois on Monday and they sent out a plumber at 8 am on Tuesday. he looked at what i did and said well if that did work it wouldnt last as long as if you were to do it like this... So he got the job done and so far no leaks. Thanks Again Top notch

Terrible business practices! They charged me $80.00 for an estimate on a water heater! I called 2 other companies and they did not charge me anything to do the same. I tried to reason with the office manager Melissa -who was extremely rude and she just wouldnt listen at all and kept repeating the $80 stands-and that she would put the $80.00 towards purchase of a new water heater from them-- They were also the highest estimate out of all 3 companies I called!!! Stay away from this company!! $80 for an estimate =robbery!

Actually went there once to set something up for a project and never heard a anything back even after we set up something.
