Great quality hats. Little pricey, but definitely worth it. The guy that helped me did a great job. I showed him a few pictures of what I wanted and he was pretty spot on to replicate the picture. I just had embroidered texts...no pictures. If you want a custom picture it can be a bit more costly, but nevertheless I am satisfied with my hat.

Went in looking for a hat and the two guys were on their phones. Took them 5 minutes to even see I was there. Hello get off your phone and get to work. Not getting any of my money Ill order it.

FYI do not order hats from Lids​ because they only steal from you. I ordered hats through the store at our mall. The shipment never came. Called store said they were on their way. No hats. Called 1800 # said they were unfillable...so no hats, said i was going to get a refund...no refund...called and said its going to be mailed to me for some odd reason b/c purchased on debit card....no check in mail... called and got some lame answer that they are going to put in a request...i am beyond pissed at this company...do not shop here... Lids is never getting my buisness and hopefully none of yours. Thanks!!
