My problem was solved but he is difficult to contact. I have called many times during office hours with no answer. I leave a message but it’s not answered.

The audiologist, James Hanerhoff, is truly a caring professional. I purchased my Audibel hearing aids from a different dealer who retired and closed up shop. I visited James and he has been taking care of my hearing needs ever since. He adjusts the software when my hearing changes; he cleans my hearing aids and replaces the ear tips, wax guards, dust screens and anything else that needs attention whenever I see him. All this and he has never charged me a penny! I do buy my batteries from him because of the great service he gives me. The 312 batteries are very reasonably priced and last me six to seven days and I use them approximately 16 hours a day.

Had trouble from day one of course with the original man leaving and the new one in my 30 day return was gone he simply said and I quote ( I don’t have to honor this contract) I am now wearing one old one and one newer one NOT GOOD
