If you are looking to rent equipment I would only reccomend Altorfer CAT. Joe is a class act guy that wants nothing but the best for the people renting his equipment. You wont find better service and better guys to work with. I wish I could give this review more than 5 stars because these guys made the rental experience great. I will never rent equipment from anyone else!!

First time using this business and found the staff to be friendly and very professional. Rented a lift and the equipment was well maintained and had no issues with it. Only reason I didnt give a 5 star rating is when I had an operating issue I call the business and the person who answered the phone stated there was a switch on the panel I needed to push to resolve my issue. When I asked which switch he told to me to read the manual. I lost time trying to figure it out. Having said this, dealing with the staff, delivery person and others I will use this business again.

Great Service!I had problem after problem during my rental, and throughout the week, Mitch continued to do everything possible to help me. Weather made the work area slick and I managed to get the machine stuck, they had someone on site within 30 minutes to get it working. The work area wasnt drying and the machine I had wasnt going to work for the week I had it, within and hour they had a machine on site that would handle the conditions. The most impressive part, during the whole process Mitch continued to tell me not to worry about cost and focused on helping me getting the job done. In the end, he charged me exactly what he quoted me at the start of the week, despite all the additional work on their part. Great Service, Great equipment, would absolutely rent from here again.
