Wonderful staff. Convenient hours for the facility. Clean and climate controlled storage areas. As a college student, I have used them twice and I plan on using them again when I go home for the summer. Makayla was very thorough and helpful.

This place is excellent to store sensitive items. Free of bugs, rodents, and odors. Humidity and temp controlled, and secure. They have various sizes and shapes of units. I have an 10x8 (or something close to that) wide unit, so I could access my things better.As a trucker, I pretty much lived out of this storage for over a year. All of my personal documents, belongings, and sensitive books stayed here. This includes very old family bibles from my grandparents and great grandma. All my items were always kept at a proper temp with few fluctuations, so I felt comfortable leaving them here. Zero mold, warping, or any other issues.This is definitely the place to go to keep your things secure and with oeace of mind.

I cannot give this place and the manager, John, enough credit!! They have worked with my family so much!!! The facility is very clean, well lit, and under video surveillance. We felt completely safe there. The storage units were indoors and are climate controlled. We are going to be going a week over the grace period for the bill and instead of charging us for a full month they simply asked we do a google review!! They work with you in any way they can!! Very appreciated!!THANK YOU JOHN!!! Highly recommend!

Our second time at this location. In December we dropped a truck and the assistant was courteous and timely. This week we picked up a truck, Bradley was friendly and went out of his way to ensure we were ready to roll. Penske is first class and so is this location!

This is the best storage facility I have ever used. Staff is very friendly & helpful. I love all the security featurers. Very clean. They even have several types of carts for you to use to help with moving your items in and out. I will definitely be using Green Acres Storage in the future!

Helping a friend, we loaded her belongings at Green Acres storage unit in Dubuque, IA.The facility is impeccably clean and very secure, I am comfortable going any time during business hours by myself.John helped me set up her account and patiently answered all my questions. John helped me on many occasions, always the same, I received excellent care as a client.Bradley has been helpful also. Covid limits my store experiences so I bought packaging supplies there and guess what? The supplies cost less than anywhere else in town!When I make a quick trip to the unit, I never see John or Bradly sitting still.My 5 star rating doesn’t do justice to this clean facility and these dedicated employees.Thanks for helping me feel like a valued client!

We rented three storage units for three months while we waited for our house to be finished. Green Acres was the perfect place for our items. First a full size 53 truck fit into their unloading bay. This allowed the moving company to unload the truck even if the weather was bad. They also had plenty of flat bed carts available for free use which greatly sped up the process.The facility is very clean, well lit, and under video surveillance. We felt completely safe there. The storage units were indoors and obviously climate controlled.The staff was extremely helpful. Hannah was great to work with as she explained all of our options and pricing.Finally the prices were excellent. We would highly recommend Green Acres.

This place is double the cost of the average storage lockers in this area but is worth EVERY PENNY.Indoor, climate controlled, super clean, and security thats as tight as a drum.

We have utilized the storage solution of Green Acres in Dubuque to store office furnishings and supplies for our business. Their location is convenient, clean, easy to access and secure. A great solution and very easy to work with.

Great service and such a clean facility! It is so convenient to drive in, put your stuff on a provided cart and take it to the clean storage unit.

Only reason it gets 2 stars instead of 1 is due to the cleanliness but outside its a temporary suggestion as this place has more rules then the post office and a PO box. Disappointed with a member of staff who choose to argue with customers instead of trying to defuse the situation. Cant access the units between 10pm and 6am, your expected to use their locks but even when you buy that lock for $6 bucks your required to return it with all 3 keys or else lose your deposit.

I love the fact that you can pull your car into the garage, use one of Green Acres carts, and unload in a warm and clean area. Also, its important to know about the security aspect of knowing people there are also renters!

My family and I have rented a total of three storage bays, often simultaneously, from Green Acres - Dubuque. In addition, we have rented Penske trucks from Green Acres- Dubuque six different times, with a seventh time looming on the horizon. Whether trucks or storage units, they are consistently spotless and superbly maintained. What a convenience to be able to go to a storage unit that is secure, well lit, and clean, and one is able to utilize the facilities from 6am until 10pm, daily!We have found John Sweeney and his able assistant, Hannah, to be extremely efficient and professional. From initial rental to ultimate pickup of the vehicle or storage unit, they have consistently been people of their word...a rare occurrence in todays world. If they say that a truck will be on site on a given day, the truck is there, unlike my numerous experiences with the competition. They explain usages in detail and in ways that are easily understood, even going to the truck or storage unit to personally demonstrate. They are patient and calm.In short, we would not consider the competition as Green Acres - Dubuque has been a modern-day blessing!!
