Messed up my $69 Bobby Jones golf shirts.She tailored 1/2 inch shorter than what I wanted. Damaged other area.Never said sorry.Slow return !Dont go this place !She must be sick....A week later, she tailored my 2nd shirts, and cut 1 inch with scissors in the trunk. She must be sick with Corona Virus !

This place is the best dry cleaners I have ever being to. I came in town for an event so I called because I needed to see if they can do alterations on a dress and have it ready the next day. They said yes. And I must confess my alterations was not an easy fix. They worked super hard and extra to make sure the dress was ready. When I got the dress, i was so pleased with their service. The quality of service is A+. Customer service A+, honest and integrity A+. Plus they helped me fixed another pants real quick for little to no charge.

Martha and her staff are amazing! I brought over a formal gown to have a large stain removed after a nearby alterations shop got sewing machine oil on it. They removed the stain with ease while keeping the integrity of the top chiffon layer. Highly recommend Sunny Cleaners and will be back for my dry cleaning and alterations needs!! Thank you!

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. I WISH I CAN GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STAR. They have ruined mine and other customers clothing and said they can’t do anything about it and asked us to PAY for the dry cleaning. So funny. We had to argue to have their owner call us and the owner got mad at us. She said it was the cashier’s fault and because she fired her she can’t do anything about it. After long fights and them being irresponsible, the owner said she’ll fix the clothing if we buy and bring in our own material to fix our clothing THEY RUINED. The only good thing about this place is the lady that does alterations. She was nice.

I love this cleaners. They are quick in delivering excellent services. Martha is very hard working and she made me so happy after giving her my clothes to clean for me. Am very impressed. If you need fast and excellent services at this cleaners ask for Martha.

They are so great.I got the sticky oil on my top, and I did not expected they will take this out of shirt. But they did great job on that. Also it costs less then expected. So great!!

Ive never had a tailor/dry cleaner I refer to as my tailor before Sunnys. Sweet family owners with quick turnarounds, even when I say Im in no rush. Im a regular so they round down the sum of alterations costs. Recognize me and my dad and oftentimes remember the last four digits of our phone number to look us up. Highly recommend to all my friends in the area. :)

Worst cleaners I’ve been to in a long time...should be able to give a zero but it won’t let me...if you ask for services they say ok no problem and you think you are gonna get that service which you don’t...then they still try and charge you for that so called service...gave them a new pair of pants with a coffee stain and got my pants back with the same stain and a iron burn mark...the whole iron burn mark...then told me this is what you get when u try to clean a stain...WOW!!! If you spend money here check every item every time!!! Don’t get cheated out of your money...they are horrible...never referring or returning!!!

I just left and am mortified. If I could give zero stars I would. I brought in four uniform shirts to have patches put on and pressed on Tuesday 11/20/18 around 1pm. I asked for pickup to be on Friday. Before leaving I asked the price per shirt. I was told that they would be $5 for the patch and press per shirt. Upon returning Friday afternoon, the shirts were NOT pressed and still had the wrinkles from coming out of the bag and the woman in the back was hurriedly trying to steam on the patches. I told them that was unacceptable and they were supposed to be pressed. The same woman who had given me prices was now saying the press was down (mind you we are watching a woman with an industrial iron press on the patches). She is now saying that if we want it pressed it will be another $3.95 a shirt... at this point I’m not worried about price, I need the shirts to be crisp... She asked to keep until today (11/24/18) at 4. I just went in and the shirts have NO CREASES, and were just barely steamed.... She said she could add creases if I wanted to wait... I had given her another day to press the shirts and it still hadn’t been done. I paid my thirty dollars for them to iron patches on... I will never go to this place again. Anyone looking for a professional dry cleaner or alteration, look elsewhere.

This is the worst. I had a sweater cleaned there and returned 3 times to pick it up and still do not have the item. All they could tell me was that it was not in yet. They have lost my business and telling everyone I know about this place.

Ruined shirts, buttons, etc. I kept giving them chances but they are horrible. Never again.

Sunny Cleaners right i off Satellite Blvd (2 blocks from Pleasant Hill) is a very professional, timely and courteous business as well as being in a very convenient location for the Duluth/Norcross area. They are one of the few professional dry cleaners in the area who not only have weekend cleaning availability but are also very friendly and they make you want to do business with them.

One short-sleeved T-shirt is 4 by 50. Polyester is expensive. Does that make sense?
