Im absolutely disgusted by the customer service of this company. I purchased a washer/dryer unit from them on July 11. The unit was delivered on July 27 and during the delivery, the driver drove through my fence. Because FJS contracts their delivery services for out-of-state amazon deliveries, they are placing all the responsibility on the delivery company who refuses to respond to me. I have sent Amazon and FJS (Appliance Supply) the estimate for repair, pictures, and the signed note by the delivery driver with no avail. Im simply asking for them to cover the $280 to fix the fence or provide a partial refund to remedy the damage caused by the driver.
