I like the selection they have for Holiday decorations. The hours are usually later than other arts and craft stores. They are also open on Sunday unlike others which is nice. It can be more expensive for somethings which is why I shop at other stores too. The coupons they give can be kinda lame. The location by my house usually is clean, organized, and stocked. They staff is always friendly and accommodating.

Found molds, apoxy resin, and a cool bowl for my new fish. I get all my craft things there. Lots of selection, I love this story. One of my favorites

Michaels is an awesome place for creative enthusiasts out there! They have things for painting, crafting, decorating, and other things. The workers there were really helpful when I went. I was searching for silicone oil to do some pour painting, and someone was nice enough to help me find it. otherwise I wouldve been there all day looking for it.

If you need something professionally framed, go to Michael’s and try to get in to see Matthew! He is the best! He worked with my husband and me for over an hour to make sure we had the perfect frame for our marriage contract and helped us out immensely. The level of service, expertise and professionalism went above and beyond my expectations.

FIrst I like Michaels. Im a fairly new customer on a regular basis. They have good sales, however there are many times I go in and cant find what Im looking for, example color of paint, or odd shaped canvases.I have had good customer service. However, there is one lady that works there, and I swear, she never smiles, and every time I go in she is snapping at other co workers. I think its rude and not professional. I hope that she gets to see this.

I didnt go to this store for years because everyone said it was super expensive. After going there I found that is not the case. They have a variety of good quality supplies to higher quality supplies.

Other than a very few things, most of them were in stock. Staff person was very helpful Im finding stuff which we were not sure to find. It will be more helpful if isle signs also list popular sub-category items.

So I opened it wide and told him to just ask next time instead of giving me the creeps. Not going there again.Rather got to Hobby Lobby..

I love this store however I wish they would update the system to use things like Google Pay. I also was told I could use a coupon on any full price item in the store only to be told at checkout that the coupon did not cover expensive item. Other than that its an overall good store for all of your crafting needs.

Michaels has great coupons on full price and great deal every week. Can look up coupons online in store or online. Grabbed an Elf on the shelf Last one for the season surprise for the kids while we grabbed some embroidery thread colors for bracelets.

Michaels continues to be a shining light to crafters of every persuasion. Bought yarn and new needles for a great quick project, finished some Christmas gift shopping, bought online and pick picked up in store.

I found what I needed easily and I always love their fall/Halloween section. I wish wreaths werent $60+ but Im also kinda cheap when it comes to decorating. The girls working were friendly and helpful.

Me and my girlfriend both think that we could start our own business off of the stuff that Michaels has, its always decently priced and pretty straightforward on where things are, even if they move things around.

Generally its not very different from other stores in the chain, but as Michaels go the staff does well here from the times Ive shopped there. Usually quite nice. The selection is very solid and seems to be well maintained

They pretty much any crafting thing you would like to do!

They had what I ordered ready which was good but I stood in line nearly 10 minutes with only 2 transactions happening with the 2 clerks. Numerous calls for leadership to solve the prolonged guest questions at the registers (thank you Karen #1 and Karen #2). Even with leadership coming up several times, another register was not opened for myself or the large line behind me.Once we got to the register it was a fine experience.

I found what I was looking for what I had looked for everywhere

Michaels also didnt have what I wanted at that point in time.

The largest Michaels I have ever been in.

My family came here looking for model paint and glue for my sons Model Ford Pickup Truck. When We walked in I had no idea where to find these supplies. Thanks to some wonderful service from the female working in the back we were guided to where all the model paint and glue were. We were in and out rather quickly otherwise without the help we would have been searching all day 😂 I know if I need anything to do with arts and crafts or models I’ll be coming back. Great service, great products. Thanks again! I’ll attach some pictures of my sons model once we complete it together 😉

Went for yarn and they had a sale going on so a lot of it was out which was nice but they were low on stock and completely out on some. Then I picked some upon sale for $2 according to the sign on the bin, but it rang up as $9.99. I asked the cashier and she said it wasnt on sale. Its my fault your stock wasnt properly organized? Whatever. Ended up paying $8 too much. 2 other rolls I bought were the same but rang up different prices.Just be careful about prices if you shop here. I got ripped off.

Dulutians, among other cities have the advantage of having a Joannes fabric store, Hobby Lobby, and Michaels. I have been a customer of all three. The Duluth Michaels is on a different level. One could argue customer service is customer service. Not so at Michaels. Michaels although no as big and well appointed as Hobby Lobby, has well informed employees, helpfull employees, and their secret weapon. Matt. I usually find Matt in the frame department. He is unassuming, of humble bearing and a wealth of information. One could say he preforms miracles. If you need framing done, questions, information, seek out Matt. You will be amazed and hooked. Thank you Matt and thank you Michaels.

This big chain hobby and craft supply store is a well stocked source for craft and home decor. They have a great framing section and reasonable prices. The always have seasonal supplies to create decorations for the holidays Winter, spring, summer, or fall.

All the crafting supplies you could want ranging from inexpensive items for children to high-end supplies for professionals. Helpful staff and reasonable prices.

Very nice store and staff, even with all of the holiday items it is easy to move around the store.

We easily found everything we were looking for and then some! With reduced prices throughout the store, 30 to 50% off, the 3 items we stopped for turned into 3 bags full. The store was clean and neatly kept. The staff was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. Not one of them answered, I dont know to any of our questions. The cashier asked if I had or would like to sign up for a loyalty card, offered a coupon for 40% off 1 item at check out. The best shopping experiences we had all day.
