I bought a dozen roses mixed mixed babys breath and greenery and was amazed at the quality for such a low price! I also bought a quart size bag of rose petals. Both were intended to use as decoration for my friends wedding night hotel suite. I put the flowers in a vase with water and flower food immediately after trimming them and popped the petals in a larger bag before putting the petals in the fridge so they would last. Everything was in pristine condition still by the next day and looked beautiful. I will be returning for all my flower needs and advise new customers to give this florist a try!

We got our wedding bouquet and boutonniere from the Rose Man, and I highly recommend this place! Julie was very kind and polite: she took the time to hear exactly what we wanted and had great suggestions. Our floral arrangements were perfect, simply GORGEOUS, and personalized to us! It exceeded our expectations (which doesnt happen often), we got lots of compliments on it... and working with Julie was a blast! =)

The Rose Man is a perfect store to purchase flowers, no matter the occasion. They’re located in a fairly busy, trafficked area, but the building is very easy to spot with its bright pink exterior. They have a huge logo on the front of the store, so one can’t miss it. The store has a visual appeal on the outside of the store with the small variety of flowers grown on the outside of the complex in addition to those on the window sills. Upon entering, my ears were pleasantly greeted with the sweet sound of songbirds. They have a small bird cage in the store! Inside is full of huge glass cabinets containing a large variety of flowers you can think of to meet your needs. They have pretty good prices on individual stems, but amazing deals when you purchase a dozen. The store is very cozy, and the staff is very happy to help you out. It’s a wonderful experience every time I go there.

This is the only place in the twin ports I buy flowers for special occasions. Customer service is excellent, and the quality of products is unmatched! And all for a reasonable price.

In fact she was with me every step of the way and made suggestions and improved my ideas for the floral arrangements. Our flowers were fresh, full, and absolutely perfect. AMAZING!! Julie designed the most beautiful bouquet ever. It was amazing. We ordered flowers for a 40th Wedding Anniversary Party. Her selection was great and the customer service was outstanding. My husband bought me a small bouquet of flowers in a vase for our anniversary, and in less than 24 hours they were wilted and dying. I called and asked if there was anything they could do for me, and she said they were fine when he left with them so I dont know what you did to them. She kept saying I dont know who your husband is or what flowers he got. She said this multiple times. I asked if there was a manager to talk to and she said no, so I then asked if there was a phone number for a manager, and she said she was the owner. I could not believe the owner of a company would not rectify this small issue and make the customer happy!

Julie did a fantastic job getting flowers delivered to my girlfriend. She took care of everything over the phone, texted me a picture of the flowers right before she delivered them. Fantastic service. I ordered roses from Omaha and it was no hassle at all.

We got our wedding flowers from the Rose Man and they were absolutely gorgeous. I had no clue what I wanted, but I sent a few pictures from pinterest to Julie and she did the rest and I couldnt be happier with how they turned out. She called several times throughout the process to make sure we were on the same page, which I really appreciated.

I ordered theater flowers for the Annie production at Marshall High School a few hours before I needed them. The shop created the MOST beautiful bouquets. I was extremely proud to present them after the show. Highly recommend them !!!!

I heard this place is good, but the customer service needs A LOT of work. I called multiple times, at different times of the day, for a few days during their open hours and my calls were never answered. I also left a voicemail with my number to call back, which hasn’t been responded to either.Now, I just called for probably the 6th time and it was finally answered, but while I was asking my question the lady said goodbye and hung up on me. Awful service.

Bought flowers for my mom for her birthday. The first dozen did not open. They were replaced (no charge) and the second dozen did not open, either. Contacted store owner who accused my mother of not knowing how to take care of roses and would not refund money or replace flowers. VERY disappointed; first and last time utilizing this store!

The sign said it was open, the hours posted on their facebook page said they were open.All the lights were off at 2pm. I tried calling them, but they did not answer.
