Nextecs skilled technicians professionally installed cabling and wireless electronics that met the needs for each of our rooms (sanctuary, fellowship and classrooms) and allowed us to broadcast our worship services throughout our building. The system also allows us to post services on our Churchs web page. The quality of the equipment recommended by Nextec is unmatched in the industry. Top notch service and very quality products. I worked at a health club where Nextec installed and build all of the audio/security/projection system. Everything exceeded the expectation of the systems installed. Very professional clean look that was done with exceptional quality. All the audio was sectioned out in the health club (locker rooms/lobby/fitness room) and it was all controlled through a mobile remote. Very convenient. Really never seen any audio system like it in a health club, we could of had a rock concert in there if we wanted. Nextel installed all our security, camera, audio video system and wireless internet. Weve been in our home almost a year and were happy with everything. Jerid helped us when we were trying to work through problems with our internet supplier, which was very much appreciated!

Very unprofessional experience with this company. When my husband was building his house he paid a very large amount to have their full system installed. Over the past 4 years its had many problems and we have spent the last 5 months trying to get NexTec to fix our system but they constantly reschedule or never show when they say they will. For our next system we will be looking into another company. The support and timeliness with NexTec is extremely poor and I would not recommend them.(In regards to jareds reply, I have met him several times and have documentation of several missed appointments and ignored messages. We voiced our concerns many times and it was never acknowledged.)
