Abra was respectful and helpful. Since this was due to an accident they were helpful in obtaining a rental and had it delivered to me at Abra’s. They kept me informed as the repairs were made and willingly showed me my auto at different stages of repair. I am happy with their professional work and their treatment of me as a customer

This place is a joke. Will not check suspension on a front end collision. Took back twice for a laundry list of issues after their repairs. Body lines were absolutely horrible. Telling me frame pull was done correctly but the fenders hood bumper and the pillars don’t line up at all. I complain about the paint on the front bumper where a clump of clear coat was and so they just peeled it off and threw touch up paint on it said it was all good terrible service the manager or who ever he was that I was showing all the issues to instead of taking responsibility of the issues they did he argued everything. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Take it to Arrowhead auto body they are perfect with their work and customer service.

My truck had some paint damage that needed work. Abra gave me a few choices from fully fixing to partial. I opted to go partial and was very pleased! Very affordable. Great staff, always greeted with a smile!

I was very impressed with ABRA. They were so professional and they worked wonderfully with my schedule. Their customer service was superb! They did a great job on my jeep too. I was pleasantly surprised when I realized that they took the time to clean the inside of jeep in addition to the repairs I had done. I highly recommend them!

Wonderful customer service, good rates, and job well done. I had my sliding back door latch on my Kia minivan replaced here and they did phenomenal. They fit me in to the schedule and charged reasonably. I am so grateful for how helpful and kind the employees here were and how timely and well they treated my car. I will come here in the future if I need anything done and will highly recommend.

ABRA was very prompt in their service, great communication for the repairs start to finish. My wifes Subaru that was rear ended they did a amazing job! It looks brand new in the rear! Also they vacuumed the car and gave it a quick wash!

I picked up my vehicle during off hours after a week of work. The quality of the work was superb, and the extra effort to work things out for pick-up during off hours was much appreciated.The car was cleaner inside and out then when I dropped it off. All staff (Joel and Kristy) were professional and most helpful. I had a rental car issue and Kristy just dealt with it. Scheduling went exactly as expected, and I will be back to work with these consummate professionals again.

First of all the charged me twice for my deductible and are stating the didn’t and have to get legal paperwork from my bank to dispute one charge and they are still fighting me about it. They will not even return my calls. Also they told me the work would take up to three days and when I called to see if the vehicle was going to be done on the third day the said three more days. They never called when done. Very poor service, I will never consider using them again. Still cannot get the second charge taken care of after almost 4 weeks.

Not impressed with their approach to setting prices, however workmanship and speed are good. Quoted me $350 for a new windshield. Technician expertly installed a windshield and told me the price was $283.11+left a itemized receipt for $283.11. I was pleased. Abra instead charged my credit card for $350, even, and can’t explain the discrepancy between the technician’s invoice receipt and what they decided to charge me. They said only that they didn’t know what happened and “I know it looks strange on your end”, offering to send a new receipt for the $350 charge. Without a better explanation, it’s hard to feel like there is a fair & equal approach to pricing.

We were on a trip and we got a crack in the shield, requiring a full replacement. Everyone was booked until Wednesday at the earliest, but Abra went so far as to offer to bring in a tech early and get it replaced on Monday.If I were that tech it’d be hard to hide my resentment but they truly seemed pleased to assist. Turned a stressful situation into an incredibly manageable one.

I needed some work done on my van after hitting a deer recently. We chose ABRA as they seemed to be the most accommodating to get us in quickly. The van was finished today after a week and a half, which was how long they originally thought the work would take. The van looks good and customer service manager Joel kept us informed at every step of the process.

DO NOT GO HERE..MY WARNING TO YOU. We had minor body work done...picked up vehicle when they said it was done and ready....The check engine light was on...power mirrors and dome light not working..we had to wait for them to hook wires back up...a month later the brand new bumper started to pull away from the car..they seemed annoyed to have to fix it...like it was my fault..months went by and I was driving it, on a very windy day and I hit a bump and heard a loud pop noise.. I pulled over to discover that the bumper clip on the driver side of the car had popped off and it caused the bumper to crack on the lower bottom of the vehicle..I called them up explained what happened..again they seemed irritated but told me to bring it in and they would take a look at it...when I arrived two of the guys..john and Joel acted like I wasnt even there..another guy..came out and fixed it with a zip strips and automotive tape.and said that was all he could do..Im like I didnt even hit anything the guy agreed and said I know.. I never saw any animal fur or anything..so that was there safe way of fixing my car...my bumper was still under warranty..I didnt even call them back I went through my insurance company..they told my insurance that I hit something..which was a lie...PARTS ARE SOMETIMES FAULTY..you cant tell me that all car parts are perfect all the time..I was the one to get a faulty bumper..that wasnt Abras fault..however the way they handled it was..I could of taken my vehicle anywhere ...I trusted them...Thats huge when you have a large family and money is so so tight... two of my kids under the age of two..and I didnt feel safe driving it anymore..I recently sold it...taking a HUGE FINANCIAL LOSS ..I had to disclose to the buyer of my car what was wrong AND ALSO USED MY FIVE YEAR GOOD DRIVER BONUS UP WITH THE DEDUCTIBLE plus $500...I warn you if it happened to me it could happen to you..BAD BAD BUSINESS !

Ive had two experiences with this Abra location. Both were for body work following a collision.The first visit I had was acceptable. They worked directly with my insurance and the dented door was replaced quickly.The second visit I had was terrible. I spent two months trying to get a single piece of plastic ordered for the bottom of my vehicle. Part of the problem was my insurance company dragging their feet but that did not stop the staff at Abra from telling me the part was ordered when it wasnt; multiple times, for weeks. Upon having the part installed, it was apparent that the techs had not attached the plastic molding properly as my vehicle made noise immediately after.This shop will do fine work and the people there are pleasant but you have to push to get anything done more than the bare minimum.

Went in for an estimate due to truck being hit by a semi was very quick and professional got me in and out in under a half hour

Joal and his whole team are amazing!! I had my whole passabpas side replaced from a younger women who backed into me and it only took them 10 days to do all the work. They even vacuumed inside for me even though my car wasnt very dirty to begin with they went all out. I recommend them to anyone needing body work done right.

I have never had a bad experience here. I have to get body work 4 times in the last 10 years and each time brought it here for prompt and excellent service.

Theres no better place to take your car for any sort of glass work these guys are awesome. And the best part as theyre much cheaper than the large chain glass companies like Safelite

They told me it would be a month till they could get me in. Then when the time came they told me they didnt work on vehicles like mine. After they had already inspected it in person. Thanks for wasting a month of my summer. Now i have to call another shop and start another month long wait. Who needs a car anyway right?
