I didnt know that I was going to be coming here today. In fact I didnt know I was going to be coming here 3 minutes before I pulled in, but I picked up something in my tire and when it dislodged I heard it hit the bottom of the vehicle carriage and my tire pressure light almost immediately came on. Not good news!This was the first auto place that I saw so I immediately pulled in. The nice folks there told me that they didnt have staff availability to plug a tire but they would put air in for me so I coukd get a mile down the road to a tire place. Well it turns out the puncture was bad enough that they went ahead and plugged it while I waited and I was able to drive even a little further than I expected in order to get it repaired. These nice people went above and beyond what they had to do to help somebody who limped in at the last minute needing help. I definitely want the kindness to go appreciated and to encourage people who are considering using this business to know that there are good people here. I am extremely grateful!

Make/Model/Year: Toyota / Sienna / 2012Description: Was rear ended by a Dodge Ram 3500. Rear door was completely smashed in.Review:I cant say enough great things about this shop. From start to finish, they were very professional, very friendly and most importantly, communicated very precisely about the work, progress and how things were looking. Glen from this shop is awesome so definitely ask for this guy. Im a huge fan of this place and if I ever need anything else done, this is the only place Im taking my vehicles. Im not an unreasonable person by any means, so if something comes up, and its communicated to me in an appropriate fashion, I can deal with that. An example of why Im a huge fan of this place is this. Initially, I was told that the van could be ready around Dec. 4th. Something happened and there was a part that was on back order. Glen immediately reached out me, let me know what the hold up was, apologized and asked if they could get me a rental for the inconvenience. This in itself showed the dedication to customer service and accountability these guys have. I already had a car to drive so I declined their offer but it was appreciated.My van looks completely flawless and the workmanship seems top notch. Give these guys a call or check them out if you have the unfortunate need for body work and repairs.

After having Glen from Tri Circle help me out today, I will ALWAYS come to them for any of my car needs and will recommend them to everyone I know.I had a bad accident this morning where a car turned left and hit my back bumper causing me spin out and hit another car. I wasnt at fault but my airbags deployed and the car was no longer in drivable condition (pretty much totaled). It had to be towed to a compound in Atlanta. I called Glen for help and he immediately told me what I needed to do. He had his guy come tow my car back to his car shop so that we wouldnt have to pay the towing company the fees to keep our car there. He helped me call the other drivers insurance company to file the claim and provided me with a trustworthy lawyer to help me submit a case. My auto policy didnt have car rental coverage (I didnt even know I could add that on) so Glen allowed me to rent a Camry from his car shop to use for a few days until the insurance company receives the police report, admits fault and covers the car rental costs. Im really grateful that my friend referred me to Glen. He and his family helped me figure out all the logistics for this situation and it helped me out so much. Thank you Tri Circle Auto Center!

Not long ago, I experienced a roadkill hitting a deer. Apparently, the bumper and grill hood fender headlights were smashed, so I asked Mr. Fame Auto, who is trusting, that Samwon Body would do better than himself.I saw the boss and heard the detailed explanation, and the boss said that the insurance company quoted the cheapest parts in China. You can fix the car cheaply, but he said that it should be repaired well, and he said that he would fix it well without burdening me. It looks good as a professional, but its a problem radiator, and every small part is billed to an insurance company. 10 days later, I went to look for a car, but the car became a new car. Even though I didnt use cheap tea, I asked to paint the side mirror and added it to me. The rear seat also had a new problem that the gear could not be fixed when the gear rolled back and it was pushed back.As a trainee who is leaving for a year, there are some places where you can just fix it and get money, but this place seems to be 100% trustworthy. I will reciprocate, so I only have a review and leave a long review.If you have experienced road kills or if your car exterior is quite damaged by car, meet with your boss here to discuss it.I hit the deer a few weeks ago. Car insurance company estimated the least cost. But Tri circle body shop repaired very well. They dont care the money but care customers satisfaction! I trust this conpany 100percent.
