They replaced front grill and rear bumper on my 2018 Honda Accord. They had to paint it to. They did a really good job making it look new again after a small wreck. The paint job, looks great. Matching perfectly. I am extremely satisfied with their service. I would also like to say they were very nice here. They even drove me to get a rent a car while my car was their. Thank you for helping me, cause I was gonna have to walk to get a rent a car.

I will NOT recommend this place. They do not call you to tell you anything about your car. They give you attitude when you call them because you want input on YOUR own car. Never have I ever even met them and theyre so disrespectful. They only care about the money. Customer service was absolutely terrible. My car has been in the shop for over a month. I really hope you dont get the same experience as me. I have never regretted a decision so much until today. They have no consideration. Please take your car to a body shop that actually cares about you and the best for your car. Im also now looking at the past reviews of this place and I am not the only one that is receiving this type of service. They dont care and only respond to people who rate 5 stars who they probably had to ask them to do because theres no way in hell United Collision deserves a 4-5 star.
Hello, What can I say?! Jim Weaver provided the WOLDS BEST SERVICE with a smile. This is my 2nd time visiting to get my car repaired and he always delivers EXEMPLARY work! First of all they did a fantastic job, I hit a deer with my BMW 330i and now it looks like new. Secondly, the communication was great and the drop off and pick up process was very easy and fast. They worked with my insurance company and got some additional necessary repairs covered that weren’t part of the initial estimate.

I had such a great experience at United Collision, unfortunately my minivan was rear-ended and the damage was severe. I was nervous about having such a large repair done on the van I put my family in, but Penny and the entire team at United Collision took great care of me and my van. Spend your money elsewhere. You have to keep calling to get updates on your car, because they will not inform you. The lady at the front desk gives inaccurate updates so you have to ask to talk to the person working on your car. Their card machine will take your payment from your account and they claim it’s not showing on their side when clearly the money came out. Worst experience ever.

Repair quality was 4.5 stars. Painting matched on my 2020 330i, time it took was OKAY. Not 100% sure how long it takes to fix a right front bumper that was hanging, and a rear bumper with scraps. Headlight was also scratched was able to obtain a new one from them. This is 4 stars because You can tell the car was repaired on by looking closely at the bumper. Other then that I’m back on the road thanks Emma for ur service!
United is amazing!! Emma made the process so easy as well as kept me updated throughout the time that they had my vehicle. The shop is conveniently next to multiple rental companies which makes it a very quick process to drop your car off and get in a rental. When I got my vehicle back it was clean in where the damage was looked amazing... as if there was no damage at all! I would definitely recommend them for any of your body work needs (especially for BMW!!)

The faculty is incredibly neat and they have people serving for you right away. Unfortunately, I had a bad technician who forgot to fix my alignment issue and handed my car without fixing it. I was almost about to pay for that at the service center when I realized I had mentioned it to him and called the collision center to report it. The manager was extremely nice and helpful and helped me fix the alignment for which I am giving 4 star. The only thing is that I would have had to pay out of pocket if I hadnt raised this issue to them.
I was rear ended. Turns out the bulk of the damage was internal. Emma was a total professional from beginning to end. Kind, informed and she follows up as promised. My car was fixed much sooner than projected. It looks like new. Great work.

After calling and visiting a few body shops I finally ended up at United Collision. From the time I arrived until my car was repaired I was very impressed with everything. The facility is very clean and organized. Everyone I came in contact with was courteous and knowledgeable and they did what they said they would do. Mike in the body shop worked hard to get my car repaired properly by the insurance company and he kept me informed of what was going on. I would definitely use them again.

If I could give United collision 10 stars instead of five stars I would give it to them. I took my 2019 Corolla hatchback to be repaired here after a recent accident. All I have to say is that I Received excellent customer service, when I first walked through the doors from collision estimator Emma Hasic. She was very nice, explain In detail the process and work that would be done in fixing my car. I also appreciate that she kept in contact with me by email through the process of my car getting fix. When the day came my car repairs were complete she called to inform me of my cars completion. Finally When I picked up my car it looked brand spanking new in the front of my bumper were it was damage, as a bonus my vehicle was vacuum and clean in the inside. Anyway I want to give a special thanks to Emma Hasic and the mechanic crew for fixing my car, Oh yeah a thumbs up to United collision center for fixing my vehicle. 👍🏻
They had a 2-week wait just to start the repair estimate. It took 3-4 day before I heard back. The technician who did I the estimate was very curt and was very forth coming in responding to questions. I have had work done here before and know the quality is good, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

United Collision Center repaired my car to new car standards. Tan, who was assigned to my claim handled everything with my insurance company and kept me informed on the progress of the repairs. They finished my car a week ahead of the schedule. Perfect match on the paint (my car is a 2016) and it drives like new. I truly recommend United Collision Center for any body work and/or refurbishing. Very friendly staff. The manager is very accessible.
My car had front passenger side impact and was still drivable. Their estimate already exceeded my cars value. They did not check if the chassis was damaged or not because it was useless to do it at this point. I think they are too unreasonably expensive.
They did a fantastic job on my BMW. Could not tell it needed body work. The facility is great, the people are wonderful. Their post repair review calling is another story its close to harassment with no record of if you completed the survey or not. Almost, liquidates the quality work the body shop does.

They treat you like royalty at United collision center. Seems they have thought of everything. The front desk clerk is on the ball and from all appearances has an impeccable record of knowing what youre going to ask before you even speak it. The transactions were quick and smooth. They actually completed the repairs to my BMW 12 days prior to what they had predicted. Everyone was courteous and spoke with intelligence and due diligence. The work appears flawless, however, having the lifetime guaranteed to back up that work has help me to sleep at night all the more. Top-notch institution there! Highly recommend!
Had my 2017 Honda Accord sport fixed and repainted after hitting a deer. Loved the service and Mev was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Overall I am pleased with the quality of work. There is a slight concern with the paint job. There are some dull-ish areas on the clear coat on the hood and fender. They are only visible at a certain angle and lighting. I would rate the work 4 stars because of this issue but since overall experience was very pleasant 5 stars is more fitting. Time will tell with the paint/clear coat.
The service they provided, I am completely disappointed. Per estimate, it should complete in 4 days. But it was completed in 10 days after spoke with manager. They used wrong parts (front bumper) does not fit properly in my car. It generated a big gap in both sides. They used old used parts and charged for a new parts with with $300.00 more. They do not like to give me a deadline for completion after I dropped my car. The jobs I requested, not performed completely. As I did not like to use my insurance, they intentionally a made a high bill for me. Overall I am not going there again and will share my experience to all of my friends.09/14/2019: Based on my previous review, United Collision Manager called me on 09/09/2019 to see the issue. Accordingly, I went to collision center on 09/11/2019 and explain the issue. They said because of used bumper it did not fit. Again they said if I replace front part of left door then it will fit because it is broken etc. While I asked, once you open the bumper, you changed the estimate from $2000.00 to $2580.00, that time you did not inform me about front part of left door is broken. Then manager was quiet (no answer). Actually they do not have any valid responses. Now I realized what they did, it is by purpose.

Beware of this company! The front desk associate has no need pretending to be anyone else other than a receptionist. I ask for a manager she acts like she is. The manager is no one special either avoiding my calls about an urgent matter. Why are you in your position? They were given our check and withholding it. I would highly suggest yall head over to Lucky Auto Body and Paint down the road. Eddie is amazing. He has a 4.9 rating, while they have a 3. Atlanta Toyota did them a disservice using this company. If you read their reviews, trust it and go elsewhere!
WORST customer service experience ever with Shawn.I went to United Collision at Duluth last December. Shawn was busy watching his IPHONE VIDEO EVERY TIME. I filed out the form on the side. My car was there for a month, and I was told it would be ready in a week at the beginning. When I finally got my car back, the paint job was unacceptable, there are paint dots all over the car, and I saw there are couple scratch spots. Shawn was there during the inspection, and he said he will order the paint because the color is special. And let me know when it’s in, so I could get this touch up done. It’s been about 4 months now, I have not hear anything back. I decided to call on my own today, and asked for Shawn, he stated he couldn’t remember anything about it, and it was my fault that I didn’t follow up, with the worst attitude I’ve experienced ever. And he said “do you know how many customers I have to deal with every day, yes it is your fault that you didn’t call” he stated it was my fault and how busy he is few times, AND ARE YOU BUSY WITH YOUR VIDEOS? Then I asked for his manager, Stuart came to the phone, he told me that you mix the paint in the shop I just have to come and get it touch up, which is not what I was told since last December. My insurance company spent about 6k at your facility, and this is what I get. At this time I just want this to be taken care, and hoping everything else will be fine since the works should be lifetime warranty. I would never recommend you to anybody.
Mev Coralic provides the best customer service experience! I brought in my sisters RAV 4 for paint service and Mev Coralic did a fantastic job taking care of us. He is a effective communicator and does a great job! I will definitely come back to United collision Center because of his customer service skills. Keep up the great work!

I have never had my BMW worked on at this location - but due to the rude/unprofessional customer service I experienced over the phone I already know I will NEVER bring my vehicle here for any reason.OWNER OF THE BUSINESS not only am I complaining about the customer service at your location but also a huge amount of other people that have already reviewed your location. (I really should have checked them before even thinking about coming into your location.)Last week I went online and checked out the website for United Collision Center after my vehicle was damaged. On the website I clicked on a tab entitled Get an Estimate - I followed the prompts to have the tool sent to my phone. Followed all the directions received and email indicating I would receive a call and after about 4 days not including the weekend - no call.I called into the location and a woman who did not provide her name (was she doing this on purpose since this location already has people named along with their poor review?) answered very shortly. I went onto explain how I had went online and submitted the request through the tool - this person went onto to tell me we dont due estimates over the phone. I explained myself further that I had not done anything over the phone nor had I spoken with anyone at the location. I explained that I used the estimate tool that is located on their website. Rude pants kept on repeating we dont do estimates over the phone/email. Frustrated I then explained I received an email that my estimate request was received and that I would receive a call shortly. The response I was given was, Yeah theyll call you to set up an appointment thats what the tool is for.My response: Okay maam can I go ahead and set up an appointment.We dont do appointments - we do drive ins you have to come here with your car and drive in. No sense can be made from those responses.Okay so what I have gotten from this business is that you falsely advertise on your website and then abuse those who call in to question what you post out there for the public. Now if your employee is having a bad day - send them home. Overall - get it together. I am insanely disappointed that I have to now take my BMW somewhere else - all due to your customer service over the phone. Change your website and/or educate your staff please.

So, taking your car to a body shop is a nightmare. Youre dearest friend, your car, is hurt. Youre worried about the cost, about the time without it, about getting a rental and you think...I need a 5-star experience.Well look, you cant please everyone all of the time, but MY experience was 5-star all the way. It may as well have been concierge service--the only way I could rank it higher is if they picked me up from my house and bought me lunch on the way. Those wont happen, but they DID make everything else easy and hassle-free.I dropped my Honda CR-V there on an accident claim with State Farm (my fault) because SF suggested it. Even with the mixed reviews, I decided to go along with what insurance suggested. And Im sure glad I did. My entire front end just about had to be replaced and hand-to-God it looks better than when I bought it!They fixed it sooner than expected, did a thorough job, made it all match perfectly, cleaned it inside and out, had the rental car place pick me up initially, and even accepted my rental return at the counter when I picked my baby back up. No need to coordinate with my friends or coworkers to take me back and forth!They made it a quick process and Alisa was the single most courteous customer service person I have ever engaged with, ever. She explained things to me and walked me through the process end-to-end. If there was a way to rate just her, Id give her a 12 out of 10.Everyone has a different experience everywhere, but with a lifetime warranty and a piece of mind driving away with my beautifully fixed car, Ill come back in the future (if I have to lol) and Id recommend it to you, too.

Bought my truck in last week, my insurance company has been out to assesses the damages and verified what needed to be done, but I cant seem to get Mickey or whatever his name thats assigned to my work order to call me back? Do you respond to your customers? Ive been trying to reach him all day. I need an ETA! Thats the least you can do for me. I have yet to received any type of authorization forms either! I only went with you guys because Toyota said you were a reliable collision center and the truck was bought new last year. If I knew this is the type of service Im getting I would have went elsewhere! Terrible!
My experience with United Collision Center has been nothing but amazing. Emma and Mev and their team has been extremely thorough in their work. Emma made sure I was updated with all information regarding my vehicle whether it was big or small and Mev was very detailed about explaining what was all done to my car before and after the work. In addition Mev shared some very useful details about my car that helped me in the moment and long run. Terrible service. Took forever to fix my car. The only person who helped us out was Jim, who thankfully is the manager there. Everyone else gave us a hard time. I was pregnant when I brought my car in and they told me the car would be fixed in 10 days. Called after 10 days, the rep on the phone was extremely rude to my husband and me. We just had our baby and my baby was crying(hello he’s a newborn), and the rep was getting annoyed. He was not willing to listen to us and kept on talking-this person was a rep of the company not the person who worked at the actual location. We had such a hard time with this location and the company. They know how to talk to get the customer but when they don’t know how to get the job done well and how to treat their customer. I would never ever bring my car back to this location or company. And would never recommend it to anyone! The car got fixed after 10 weeks and they had to reimburse me since I was charged extra by the rental company which took forever to get as well. Please go elsewhere to save time, money and your effort.

This United Collinsion needs to change entire staff. I had my van repaired since July 7, 2018. Very poor service. I came back they ordered the new parts. 1 months later I called back to find out what is going. Parts were not order. After so many phone call. No one event know what is going on. After until December 3, I finally get it repaired. It is the most ridiculous repair shop I ever deal with. Poor services and management staff.

These guys charge excessive amounts. dont use . They did nothing to my car, I wanted to have it moved to another shop when the lady told me they were going to be the most expensive. they would not release my car to the towing company unless I paid them $440. charges included the tow, 125 admin fee and additional charges to write the ticket into the system.I had no choice but to pay. ridiculous and they are very hard to reach, they put you on hold and then after holding they ask you to leave a message which they dont check for a long while. this goes on every day. very poor service. I feel ripped off.then I finally get through to pay the invoice rip off and they put me on hold so long I forgot who it was I was calling. Note to owner Hire some people to improve your poor customer service.
I am very satisfied with the repairs that was done to my car. The employees are very courteous and Ill take my car again should another situation occur again.
Took way to long to fix my car. Then I paid for a high speed detail. They told my wife they do high speed waxes. They only do machine and then charged me what I would spend for a full detail. Will Taylor the detail manger while standing next to me told the rep to take 50 dollars off so we dont have to see them again. And walked off like I was the bother of his day. Then I asked for a manager and shes walked past me 5 times with nothing said even though a tech told her I want to talk to her. I am posting real time as I am checking out. I will never suggest this place to anyone. They are very poor on customer service. And I am happy to be done with this. I have a black CTS and it is important to have all things matching. Interior messy in the cracks. Very poor service
I just want to thank the gentleman who quoted me double the cost to install a side mirror that I was quoted over the phone by someone else at that location last week. It made me get estimates elsewhere and I found a shop less than 1/2 a mile from my home that will do it at the original price your guy quoted me over the phone. I WAS a repeat customer, but your greed has allowed me to find a collision location much more convenient for me. Thanks again.
Took car in for replacement of rear bumper cover on a 2011 BMW 328i. Time to repair was adequate. When I got there I noticed the trunk lid was full of scratches. I had them buff the trunk lid and they removed those scratches. I got the car home, and when I got in my shop I noticed the car had thousands of swirl and scratch marks, like someone took a dry cloth over a dusty car and pushed the dust into the surface. Note, that I just spent over $400 for detail work just before the car was hit from behind, so I know, minus the rear end, those werent there. Ill also mention that there is significant orange peel at the bottom of the bumper cover. While I understand this company is in this for a business/profit, the workmanship and attention to detail is severely lacking. I really dont want them touching my car anymore after what I have seen and do not recommend others do either. I will also mention that when I brought the scratches to their attention they were very hesitant to do anything about it.7-Dec-2015:In response to the Uniteds comment regarding my experience: Call me old fashioned, but if you were really concerned with my experience you would have done the job right the first time. In addition, you have my contact information and are welcome to call anytime to discuss. Lastly, while the car was being detailed, yet again at $400, it was discovered that the right rear tail light was installed crooked, bumper not flushed (Bulging out at seem between body), as well as several missing screws that hold the bumper on, not to mention the orange peel at the bottom of the bumper which has to be wet sanded and polished. Given the circumstances, and my time to go behind you to correct these items, what do you feel is fair remediation ? Just for clarity per my original review, working on my car again is not an option.
I had a truck with lots of miles. They were excellent with all details rental, insurance, repairs Fabulous. Color match was superb. April was great. I will be sending everyone I know
