After seeing TowPro’s glowing reviews, I didn’t hesitate to make an appointment there to get a trailer hitch, even with a 100+-mile drive round trip. I anticipated them - specifically William - to be awesome, and I wasn’t disappointed. They educated me about all the aspects of the hitch after it was done - very important for a single, elderly woman. In addition to doing the hitch installation, they discovered that my high-price subwoofer had gotten disconnected and not only reconnected it, but reconfigured its wiring to prevent disconnection again without charging extra for it.I can’t say enough about how great TowPro and William (the owner) and the staff are. This is my second trailer shop that I have work that I am not going to name the other one but I am going to say that the team that I am working with here at tow pro is a lot more experience and thorough and making sure that everything is up to standard meets the customers demand and the owner of the company is usually in the shop turning wrenches alongside me instead of hiding in an office his education and experience with trailer repairs & installing hitches is like no other. Hes not going to lie to make a sale hes going to tell you straight forward if its going to work or not. And if its the best choice

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Worst place to shop. Receptionist “Tiffany” is lazy and cursed me out because I needed the vin number on my trailer. William was also rude and did nothing about Tiffany. Wouldn’t shop here again if it were the last place on Earth. Plenty other places to go.

A great place to pick up replacement parts for trailers.

This place are born to lie. One price over the phone, and than force you to buy more items that without those items you cant even tow a chicken.Beside this bring blanket and a sofa with you because it wasnt fun to wait 3 hours in a cold ugly witing corner.

Connected the 14 gage wire to a 18 gage smaller cigarette lighter wire in the rear. Manufacturer recommends running the wire directly to the battery... We discussed this before they did the work and told me over the phone that is why it cost so much. Also the trailer connection is inside the car while the hitch is designed to have it mounted on the hitch.I have a friend that refered me to this place with the same vehicle I have. His went well, was cheaper and was done correctly a few years ago.... Im afraid if its the story of another business getting greedy and lazy.I will not be back.

Im extremely satisfied with this company. I dont even have a Gmail account so Im asked someone else to to login so I can compose this message. My three kids and I just bought bikes and had been transporting them to trail after trail around town for some much needed family time and exercise. Although it was worth it, it was difficult loading 3 big bikes into the back of a minivan, when is just me a petite lady and two kids ages 10 and 14. Long story short, while we were grabbing some things in Oreilys in Suwanee I asked around if anyone knew where I could get a bike rack install the one gentleman behind the counter almost instantly said TOWPRO in Duluth! He even wrote it down on the receipt for me. TOWPRP installed a hitch on my minivan and assembled and installed the bike rack for me! All the work was done in an hour! They were professional and kind! Now loading and unloading our bikes is fast and easy! THANKS TOWPRO!😀

This place has the most horrendous customer service I have ever witnessed. Human communications is key to a good business and they just don’t have it. I would rather drive an hour away then come back. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Went in hoping to buy new wheels for my 2017 toyota tundra. Blonde female working was not pleasant at all and had a horrible attitude. I believe her name was Tiffany. Took my business elsewhere.

These guys installed a hitch receiver for my Mazda3. There was a rattle due to the position of the exhaust so I took it back they were able to adjust the receiver and fix the problem.
