Price gouging at its finest..IE; TWO sidemarker bulbs they quoted $179 for $6 bulbs from any parts store.....Id say pay for a diagnostics and take your car else where for the service.. These are side markers that go on the side of the car ( NOT BLINKER THAT IS LOCATED IN FRONT OF THE CAR OR BEHIND A BUMPER), no labor needed, just pop off the marker cover and plug IN the bulb) after market or factory its a bulb, $6 bucks ..I have reported the price gouging to the BBB

I bought a 2009 Infiniti from this dealership. I have to admit it was my first luxury vehicle and it was a bit of a sticker shock to maintain but we got used to it. When it finally came time to replace the FX, I thought about going here but I wanted a EV and Infiniti didnt have EVs.I remember only one issue with the car where there was a recall and I got a little nervous since this is the car my kid rides in. How they addressed it was what won me over. They took the initiative to call me, set the appointment and give me a clear understanding and informative paperwork regarding the changes. They offered a courtesy vehicle but I was okay without one given their reasonable timeline and I never want something that doesnt belong to me If I dont need it. Thats just who I am in general. I go out of my way not to bother peopleI now have a jaguar ipace and its not with this dealership. I miss your dealership! When I moved I had to use Roswell and I didnt ever really liked it there, 😐. But I always knew I could go to Gwinnett if it ever got bad.I wanted to take a few moments to say thank you for taking care of me and my vehicle for years. I think some of you would be happy to know that the FX was donated to veterans.I hope everyone there is safe and healthy. Thank you again.

My experience was great. I actually saw the car I liked online. Reached out on a Sunday but they were closed. Surprisingly, a sales rep responded and answered all of my questions. Basically, she walked me through every step up to our final purchase. Thanks Clara🙂. By the way, the pics do no justice. The car looks so much better in person. I love Dalynn😂❤ I would definitely shop here again.

Im writing this review as Ive been waiting outside for someone to get to me so I can have the maintenance done. Been about 20 minutes and still waiting. There are no other customers outside. 2 out of 4 of the techs are just sitting behind their desk with no customer at their desk. The customer service has declined drastically in this location! SMH!

Excellent job by the staff here, especially Devyn! Went in for a no charge air bag recall. Showed up 45 min before my appointment. Was taken right in. Great customer lounge. Clean facility. A timely repair was made and no effort to up sell me on any paid services, which says a lot about the professionalism here. I highly recommend this place if you are in the market for a vehicle or service of existing Infiniti

My experience with the service department may be unusual but here it goes. I was quoted for a repair on my vehicle, which was about $2800. 1200-1300 of which was Labor and the rest 1500-1600 was parts. I asked if they could itemize the parts so that I may see if could get them cheaper from elsewhere, and after some hesitation, they provided me with the parts numbers necessary to repair my vehicle. They told me that they dont accept parts from anywhere else accept Infiniti USA dealers/OEM parts. This made sense to me as they dont want to guarantee their work if its not OEM parts. This is where things get really weird for me. I ordered the very parts they said were required from their own parts department website for slightly over half the price of the quoted price. The parts arrived at their shop and I requested that I get an updated quote for the repair as I already paid the discounted price for the parts. They sent me the repair quote (now only with the Labor fee included) and I promptly signed it, under the assumption that work would commence on my vehicle. One week later, I find out nothing has been done yet, because they are not aware that parts have been at their Parts department for nearly 2 weeks and the service/repair department and parts department do not communicate with one another. I truly cant fathom how they made me, the customer, feel as if I am doing something wrong by not informing them that their other department has the parts when I made it clear I was ordering it through the Parts website. The people are nice, but the whole system is dysfunctional and reeks of price gouging. I own 3 Infinitis, and I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.I dont ever leave reviews for anything, but I felt like I had to for this.

Service not fast enoughSome dishes are good and some are mediocreIf you would like to be quiet this is the ideal place, it is quiet, not too crowdedI like the decorations on the walls
