I will never recommend anyone here, I’ve never wrote reviews, but as a travel Lab tech coming to this Duluth location has been a nightmare, I was so frustrated in the customer services I was given was HORRIBLE, I could not stop crying for the way the service Manager Jake handling things, I travel from state to state as an Healthcare worker for the Covid-19 pandemic to help their city, and was cornered with their service team attacking me on what was said as if I was liar. It hurts and it bothers me for the way I was treated at this Ford Dealership, all I want was my car to be fixed so I can make it the hospital for work or a shuttle ride which was offer AFTER the fact. The way things were handled was beyond me. I walked out crying because I was so angry on how I was treat, and NOT one person came to check on me. Until an hour later wanting me to pay. I called corporate gave them the story. Currently waiting for them to get back to me with this matters.
Easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had!! I was blown away by my experience! Mike T and Cory were incredible to work with and took care of me after I purchased. I highly recommend shopping for your next vehicle here!!
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They told me it would be a wait of 90 minutes and turn out to be 45. You cant beat that.
Outstanding service, super friendly and helpful staff, very accommodating and they understand my time is valuable too!! The shuttle service was so helpful and convenient. I wouldnt have been able to get my recall serviced or the cruise control issue diagnosed without that ride service!! So grateful to the entire team! From arrival, check-in, wait-time to pick-up and check-out; they did exceptional work--truly a great experience; highly recommended!!
Thank you workers at Northstar Ford in Duluth, MN! I am very pleased with the performance of the service and parts department… sales N/A for me rn. But I bring two Ford vehicles here and Northstar Ford keeps them mechanically safe for me to drive home or wherever the fun may be at. Thanks 😷
Update: The sales manager was very nice and polite. He was willing to listen to me and understood what I was saying. Theyre other sales reps seem to be good.Tom Moerke was very unprofessional. I told him the circumstances I was in, and that buying a car was a possibility but I needed to figure a few things out first. He tried to force me into an overpriced car, and they brought the price down by checking my credit. They told me it would only be one inquiry but ended up being FOUR! They also didnt even let me know that they were going to take MY CAR for a test drive while I was test driving a new car. They only told me that after the fact even though I hadnt given permission. I later found the car for $2000 cheaper on their website. When I called him back the next morning, trying to be polite, and tell him I will not be purchasing the car, he promptly hung up on me. I will never be buying a car from them.
Dave and the managers were extremely helpful with finding me the right vehicle.
I was in for routine service a week ago and was informed I had another issue that could be resolved by the service center under my bumper to bumper warranty. I was told to walk over and schedule an appointment. I took the service paperwork with and set up the appointment to have the work done. I showed up early for the service appointment and was told they would have someone look at it and see if they had to order parts for the work because they dont stock them. I stated I was told I was informed I was coming in to have the work done not another inspection. I was now informed they would check and let me know and that the repairs would take about 2 and a half hours. I said I would wait. An hour and a half later I was informed yes the problem stated by their own service people does exist and they can do the work but will need to order the parts now and schedule a new appointment. Clearly this service department is very dysfunctional as I overheard 2 other customers heartedly complaining of problems getting their service issues taken care of. No apologies just we will give you a call.
There are not enough words to express what NorthStar Ford did not only for me but for my husband. I was in a car that didnt fit my busy life as a nurse and grandparents of 12. Quentin V. work with integrity and understanding to our situation. We are now proud owners of a beautiful fast lightening blue Ford Fusion. This car brings a smile on my husband face and I couldnt ask for anything more. Thank you so much Quentin and the other staff at NorthStar Ford.
The Service Department was very professional explaining the repairs that my car needed! I got my car back it a timely manner with quality work!
I had a recall that needed fixed on my Ford vehicle. My husband scheduled the appt and they did not have a loaner car available at the time he made the appt. I called the week prior to see if this would change as I need a way to get me and my kids home from NSF when dropping the vehicle off. They did not have a loaner vehicle (apparently they do not do this anymore due to lack of cars…??) but have a courtesy car; however that only seats 4, and I needed one to seat 6. After going back and forth w the sales man, he was not able to help me. I eventually was transferred to Jake (Manager) and he was extremely helpful. He said they can come pick up my vehicle in the morning, and drop it off in the evening when they’re done. This was a nice extra step he did to insure my recall was able to get fixed. I only gave 4 stars due to being given the runaround from the sales guy about not being able to do anything or help me.
If your in the market for a car and nothing else this is the spot for you. In the door and out the door plus a few hours of waiting in a chair with also little to no customer service. After purchasing a car here I can say I had more fun while signing up for the army. Was passed off multiple times from different sales people to different finance people. When it came time to sign the finance paperwork was helped by a guy on autopilot pointing to the spots to sign and when I asked questions I was told he didn’t know and I would have to ask someone else. After my great experience, I then was Walking out to my “new” car (new to me)I put the key in to discover the gas light is on. I went back in to ask if they always sell vehicles with the gas light on, and was met with the response of “is it new or used?” So apparently my business and hours spent waiting on them, isn’t worth their 30 dollars in gas. Car is good and I’m happy with the car so far. But as for the service. If they NorthStar offers the ability to purchase online I would recommend it. I’m sure You’ll have a better experience that way.
I would not buy a new or used vehicle from them. I have seen one bad deal. They should be talking to the the Minnesota Attorney General. What this dealership did was wrong. I wouldnt put up with it. I did express my opinion to Sales Manger. I was also looking for a new truck to pull my RV.
Ive heard good stuff about this place and they have a good selection of Ford trucks.
If I could do no stars I would. Had to bring my truck in for a recall and it was a terrible experience. They kept pushing when they would get to it back. After almost 2 weeks they said it was good to go and when I went to pick it up and the brake lights were stuck on and it was in limp mode. There was nothing they could do that do so I had to wait yet another day. Finally after going in there not happy they fixed it right away. For any repairs go to benna or cloquet Ford.
Everyone at NorthStar Ford was very helpful and kind. We had a great experience and met some new friends!I would highly recommend them when you are looking for a new or used vehicle.
They were so helpful and attentive. Ill definitely be recommending them 8f any is looking for a car.
Very helpful and worked with me while I was in town and had a service issue. Was able to give me great advice and tremendous communication.
Didnt enjoy my visit here at all, we was treated like we didnt matter to the NorthStar Ford Family one bit. And to top it off we were denied credit when they actually claim to accept No Credit, Bad Credit, Bankruptcy but we were still denied, needless to say Ill take my business elsewhere thank you very much...!!!!!
I test drove a vehicle with Russel and he was a great salesman. Very honest, polite, and accommodating. If you shop at North Star- Russ is highly recommended. He gets 5 stars. The rest of the process and experience at North Star Ford was a nightmare. I was shamed and belittled by the other staff. They were dishonest about the credit pull process. It was stressful and I will never go back to North Star Ford.
Quick oil change ... the young lady doing the scheduling has excellent customer service skills. They most likely have a new customer.
Oil change service was excellent by Don Johnson and the service rep, Joe Scates provided value-added service!
The PARTS DEPARTMENT is THE FINEST!!!Sales... I would never but a vehicle here.Parts... these guys are the best!!!
I had a pleasant experience working with Jeff in sales. I drove to Duluth from 5 hours away in order to purchase a 2015 pickup with less than 75,000 for a sticker price of $20,000. This is the newest and most expensive vehicle I have ever purchased, and I put most of my savings account into this vehicle. I used North Star Ford because I had heard many people say it is generally a dealership of integrity and I really did not want a project vehicle. The truck looked nice in its pictures and drove well during my short test drive. I am not very much into mechanics so the appearance and low milage were the factors that I used to convince myself that the vehicle was worthy of purchasing. However, the next morning, after a several hour drive home, I noticed that the vehicle was very cold on the inside despite having started it and let it run for 20 minutes. It turns out the heater is not working properly, only kicks in at higher mph of vehicle operation, and when the vehicle is not moving, it blows out ice cold air. Could be an easy solution, or a relatively time consuming and expensive solution. Either way, I really did not expect to be getting a project vehicle. I contacted NSF and informed them of the problem. It has been less than 48 hours since the sale, and the manager with whom I spoke said, word for word, once the ink has dried on the paper work the sale is final. I would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership. Every dealership I have ever worked with in the past has offered 7 days money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, no questions asked. I assume this is because they inspect their vehicles thoroughly before putting them on the market for $20K. This is something that NSF clearly did not do. I am contacting consumer protection agencies since I believe it is my legal right to return a bad vehicle within 72 hours of purchase, but again, NSF is attempting to fight this tooth and nail.
Your classic shady car dealership. I went there to get my Ford F-150. I liked the car but I wanted to make sure it had no prior accident or other issues. So I asked for the carfax report. The salesman went to his boss, then his desk, and then after sometime he said theres a technical issue and that he cannot give me one, but that the truck had no accident. He gave me some in-house print out, not Carfax, that did not have an accident marked on it. Well I believed the guy and the paper, got the car, got home, and then on close inspection uncovered some seam misalignment. In the glove compartment I found a bunch of receipts from the previous owner, and sure enough the front of the vehicle was crashed and fully redone. Disgusting business practices I would take them to court if I could. Stay away.
Still hasThe Works oil change for$39.95. You cant beat that when other Ford dealers are charging $51.95. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Quick service, fair price.
Customer service is top notch, very accommodating, got my vehicle in and out in a timely fashion on a busy day! Service manager cares about customer satisfaction! Always a pleasure doing business in Northstar’s service Dept! Highly recommended!
Staff was great bought a vehicle from this is is only my first day so far happy with it time will tell if Im still happy...
I had an excellent experience at Northstar! This was my first car buying experience and I think it went smoothly and Kaiden was really friendly and easy to get along with! I definitely recommend coming here! 🙂
Great Customer service everyone very helpful. I called to get a service they were very upfront and told me I could come in it might be awhile. I highly recommend Northstar Ford Quick lane .
The place is very clean and the employees are very friendly and helpful
When I arrived I was explained the car I wanted, and they started the loan process. The man I worked with said I had to buy a car more expensive and less miles then the one I originally wanted in order to be approved by any bank. In his words he said “you won’t get approved with a car like that” although they hadn’t tried yet and that was the car I had my eyes on. I called my bank and was approved through them for the loan, so I let the loan manager know I was approved through my bank so they could stop running my credit and looking. The loan manager was shocked that I went through my bank instead of them and asked “what type of interest rate did they give you? How many years is the loan? What kind of payments would it be?” I told him the interest rate and the payments and he seemed surprised I was approved for such a low interest rate compared to the one they were offering me (20%). After that we did paper work for the car and he was rude. I had explained I was a first time car buyer and I didn’t know much about any of the process. When he asked if I wanted a warranty, I said “yes is there like a year warranty or how long?” He said “If you’re only going to get it for a year might as well not get one at all” after I finished the paperwork I told them I’d be back on Monday and when I returned with the check the man who helped me wasn’t there so they didn’t know what to do. Overall I love the car!
Went in for an oil change, they Put my jeep up on lift damaging the rocker panels then said its fine its only plastic happens all the time
The worst Ford dealer we have ever bought a vehicle from! We bought a vehicle about 3 months ago and have nothing but problems from the getting the plates, our information from the bank, and other promises they made and were in paper when the car was bought. We will never go back and never send anyone else there. Now to add to it the car has a check engine light made an appointment with them and get down and have to wait 4 to 5 hours to get in even with an appointment. Just to run a computer scan.
Why can I can get in for an oil change within an hour at the Twin Cities quick lanes, but I was told 3 hours today at your dealership in Duluth? The people behind the counter almost seemed happy that I couldn’t wait that long! Your customer service could use some work...
I bought a truck 6 months ago. Yes it was AS IS, however i have put probably 5k into it. Now there is problems occurring that have always been a problem but i never knew until now. This is now the 2nd time i have gone through them and i have gotten bent for it. If you want a place that will actually do you good, go to Benna or anywhere for that matter just not northstar
North Star Ford wasn’t very helpful the last time I brought my car to get serviced, and I wouldn’t trust them to look out for your safety if I were you. I went in for an oil change and the included inspection, but my car had just started struggling to stop a little bit and was making a terrible grinding noise. I paid extra for them to rotate my tires simply to visualize my brakes and let me know if I should change those, as I wasn’t sure if this was the issue. They said my brakes looked perfectly fine. I was worried about my safety, so I didn’t drive my car until the next day to a garage where my boyfriend could take the tire off and look at my brakes himself. There was no pad left at all in the front on one side, making it so my car would grind slowly to a delayed stop. Also, in the inspection I don’t think they checked my tire pressure. On the slip they wrote my tires were at 35 psi, but the next day when I checked they were at 45-50 psi (it just started getting warm outside again earlier that month). This is what my brake looked like, and they considered it just fine. I’d feel safer having the squirrels in my alley check out my car.
I was pleased with the purchasing experience while at the dealership, but when I called the sales department about the service engine light coming on in my vehicle after only having the vehicle for a little over a week they brushed it off. Not very much honor in there product..
Dont bring your car here to get serviced. I brought my car in to have a simple sensor replaced, told them the issue. They said they could fix it no problem. Two hours later theyve been trying to get it to act up and havent fixed anything. Not only are they trying to charge us shop fees for doing nothing, they hung up on me. The rudest kid Ive ever dealt with and completely unknowledgeable.Do not trust this place!
Good place to get a truck
Refuse to call me back. After I submitted a thing to see if I can get a car they just avoided talking to me as much as possible, Alex or Adam is trash
Brought my Expedition in for an oil change. Check-in was quick and easy. Everything was finished within 40 minutes or so. Great job.
God my first car a couple of months ago! Tony helped us right away and helped us find not exactly what we needed, it was actually even better. We didnt get our second key because he couldnt find it, but we hope when we are in Duluth we can get with no extra cost. Process was super fast and service was great!
Horrible management.... My wife and I bought a car here about a month ago and Im still upset. We dealth with Russell, like someone else mentioned he is a good guy very knowledgeable but his management team just is not good. We bought one of the nicer cars on the lot and expected to get decent service. They talked a big game every manager stopped by and talked to us and bragged about the car and all knew what was going on. We were told the car couldnt go home that day due to an issue (recall) that supposedly Ford wouldnt fix until the car was sold. They assured us the part would be fixed next day becasue the parts would be overnighted and it was an easy fix. Well, that was a lie. There was a storm the next day and we figured we wouldnt be driving it anyways, but were very eager to drive it home the following day (the 3rd day). Well the wife stopped by to drop off the deposit check the next day and the floor manager met her and was saying remeber me Im the one that sold you the car (not true it was Russell) but he insisted it was him and is playing the typical sales man friendly game while in the mean time nothing was happening with the car nor were the parts there or would be, but they didnt bother to mention that. Day 3 comes by, no storm and we want the car. Well they knew she was just in yesterday and said nothing, and still havent received a call or anything saying hey, the part was a day late or hey, we have to fix the part before we can spray it. There was nothing no call. I then called in the afternoon 4 times and asked to talk to a manager and was transferred four times to voicemails. Finally after I called again the girl was starting to get an attitude when I told her I want to speak to a manager, not their voicemail and explained the reason. She then put me through to someone who claimed they were a manager and knew nothing about the car but assured me he would speak to someone and call me. That didnt happen. I waited another hour and forty-five minutes just to call three more times and get directed to voicemails. Finally my initial salesman called back, Russell and got an earful. It was day 3 and the car was just apparently fixed but not sprayed. If they wouldve done what they initally said they were going to do and spray the car next day we could have picked the car up that day, but again, no communication and they didnt bother calling either one of us to keep us informed on what was going on. I told Russell that we were picking up the car on Friday regardless and If it wasnt done id take it somewhere else. He assured me it would be done and called the next day to tell me it was ready. Not one of their managers called nor has called back still. We picked up the car only to be asked for a deposit check which we had already dropped off the next day, but as stated ZERO communication here!!! We are on week 3 with our new car and havent been able to open the hood. There was obviously something wrong with it so I finally got it opened just to realize there were parts just lying around in there. I can only assume they slammed it down at Northstar too hard and broke it. The car only has 600 miles on it and it definitely was not us. I assure you this car will not be serviced by them and will go to Benna from now on.
Wanted to do half a star even. Terrible service department. Ive been trying to get a 2 year old recall fixed for the last 7 months and they have cancelled 4 appointments on me. 2 of them while I was standing in the service center. Safety doesnt seem to be a priority when it comes to NorthStar Ford.
Bought my first car from here. Ended up with a nice mazda6
Easy experience you can have buying a car. Ryan and Dave are the best!
Everybody was extremely nice. Nobody was pushy at all. It was a great experience and if anybody who reads this is in the market for a new vehicle, I would definitely recommend this dealership.
This is my 3rd vehicle with northstar Ford, 4th vehicle in my lifetime. The sales team is great to work with.
Had a small issue with lug nuts. And they paid for brand new ones with no hassle. And have owned 2010 truck, bought used 2 years ago put 30,000 miles on it. And have not had even one issue with it!!!!! Very good dealership and people. Be back for next vehicle! Thanks!!!!
Bought a car from here was a good experience. Parts department is helpful as well
Great job, the person at the counter, Danielle, did a great job explaining the work done and the inspection
Hands down one of the best dealerships around. Weve used them for almost every Ford weve purchased. From the GM to the finance folks, everyone treats you with respect.
Big Shout out to Tommy Moerke, good honest product specialist. I enjoyed talking with him, someone I would definitely seek out if I was a new shopper at Northstar. Knowledgeable and sincere.
Low income used car shopping stay away - sharks!
Bait / Switch tactics. Unfortunate. Shop elsewhere.
Theyve been very helpful following the failure of a recalled part.
Service was fast and very friendly!
Sales team was vary helpful answers all my ? Today.
My experience was excellent Ryan, Dan, Tom and Kevin were all personable extremely helpful and very efficient. I came in they all took care of business and I left with an awesome truck thank u guys very much appreciated
Have received quality service and warranty repair from Alec
So, so happy with the Service Department! Repaired my 2012 F-150 in a very timely manor. Jake Ojard was outstanding. He got things going the minute I got there. He explained everything that was wrong and how they were going to fix it. Between he, and the Technition, Tyler Tiesson, made my day turn out to be a real good one. Thank, Butch
Worked with Mike McLean to trade in and purchase a new vehicle. The experience was fantastic. Quick friendly service. Would recommend Mike for any buyer that is wanting an honest buying experience.
Very nice salesman (Austin). The used SUV I tried out was not serviced before it was put on the lot. I dont believe they checked anything mechanical on it, like the air bag warning light. They did shine it up nicely though. A big disappointment.
We have brought both of our cars here for oil changes and both times they have left the oil reservoir plug loose. This has lead to many issues including having to bring my car in for engine issues twice. Please do not go here for oil changes they are incompetent!!
Mike and Joe are 100% the best guys ever. If you have any problems I recommend contacting them. If your car salesman didnt explain stuff to you they will 100% explain everything to you and help you with any mistakes the salesman made. Make sure you talk to the right people and you will be helped to the fullest extent. They have been helping me refinance for a while and we are almost there. Thanks Mike and Joe.
Computer system antiquated, but good customer service.
Awsome place ! Very helpfull !!! Buy a FORD !!
A BIG thank you to the folks at Northstar Ford. I started my car shopping with Steve and had a great conversation about my options. Later, even after purchasing my vehicle with an EcoBoost engine out of town, I stopped by the service center with questions about its function as the blow off valve was abnormally loud. I got the straightforward answer I was looking for, on the spot, without having to make an appointment... Thank you all for doing what you do. From the sales staff to the service center you show remarkable level of professionalism to all that walk in your door. I applaud you all... I know I wouldn’t have had those questions if I bought the car from them... 🤦🏿♂️ I won’t make that mistake again! #GreatInThe218
NorthStar Ford took really great care of me while I was visiting from out of town and had a major car issue. They were able to get get my car in within a few days, diagnosed the issue and repair it within a few days. They kept me updated on repairs and picked me up when my car was ready to go. Every employee was really kind. I appreciate everything they did to get me going again.
Great dealership! The service at Northstar Ford is second to none. We love our new Explorer, it’s the perfect fit for our family. They steered us in the right direction on this vehicle and made the whole buying experience a pleasant one. Already looking forward to our next visit to upgrade the truck this fall!
The service is great! Ryan Carlson and his team really know how to take care of their customers. Dave Rutherford is my sales guy and you can tell he cares about customer satisfaction. Good follow-up on all of my questions/concerns, no b.s. The finance team is also top notch. We have worked with both Mike and Kevin over the years and both are pleasant, professional and just good guys overall. My experience getting my vehicles serviced at NorthStar has also been professional and fair. I will continue to buy/lease from Northstar Ford!
Absolute worst dealer ive ever been to. Bought a 2012 f150 xlt eco boost with 65k and it was right back to the dealer for bad rotors, caliper and breaks. Had to pay to have it fixed they covered the parts. Month later right back in the dealer with the same problem. Now they say its the rear rotors asked for 480$ to fix the issues i decline . Very next day after being in the service dept i get warning lights saying service advance trak. No help from anyone at the dealership ans they want full price to fix all issues. I Do Not Reccomend this place.
Traded in my vehicle here! Excelled customer service. Excellent people.
Everyone was extremely helpful and not pushy.
Sold my daughter a great little car
Brought a 2014 F150 i had bought new for failing door locks here for repair. They talked to me about hourly rate 3 times and then charged a Ford flat rate and told me I could not have my truck unless I paid the full $750 full price for 3 hours work. Regret. Should have brought it elsewhere. But now i know i can shop eslewhere.
I bought a 2014 Ford F-150 with a $3,500 extended warranty. I was told this warranty was I Quote (Bumper to Bumper warranty). That it covers everything past your three year 36,000 mile warranty. My sales person and North Star ford manager will have you convince this is the case. After bring my truck in for a wire issue that caused the components not work. I was given a call four hours later that my Bumper to Bumper Extended warranty doesn’t cover this component because it’s the faulty wire that has caused the component not to work. My extended warranty turned into a $4,268 warranty wow. I asked the customer service manager why this issue doesn’t cover I was told the extended warranty doesn’t cover wiring issues I told the manager the wire is part of the component. He told me I would have to talk to ford about this that he couldn’t help me any more. So paid the $689 dollar fix. North Star Ford sold me a 100 percent Lie on extended warranty’s. It’s an a injustice this is what they are saying to new vehicle buyers. I will personally never ever buy another brand new vehicle from this Dealership I recommend no one else to do the same. $3,500 for an extended warranty that doesn’t cover bumper to bumper they sure have some people that sure know how to lie working there. If your looking at buying an extended warranty think again. I can’t wait to see what the responses are to this issue. You’ll never ever see me buy a vehicle again from North Star Ford all because of a extended premium warranty.
Best Ford dealer around!! NorthStar Ford is one of the best dealers you can find anywhere. Id dare you to find another Ford dealer that pays as much attention to their customers. From Dave in Sales, Kevin in finance to the service team including Rob, Tom, and Carlos, to the team at quick lube including Mike, to customer service including Keith who is great at making sure every detail was covered. Of course Brian the owner orchestrates everything so incredibly well and it shows with the consistency I see as a customer and the service I get every time I walk in the door! I know there are a lot of other great people working in the background to ensure my vehicles are on the road running that I didnt mention! I thank everyone at NorthStar Ford the excellent work they do!!! Im sorry I havent met everyone yet, however, at the rate Im going Im sure I will! Keep up the great work!! You cant go wrong by choosing NorthStar Ford, they have the inventory that people want, they have the sales and service everyone deserves, and the coffee is always hot and fresh! What more could a person ask for really?
Great customer experience. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.
Awesome customer service!
I purchased a 2019 Ford Escape Titanium from NorthStar Ford October 30, 2019. I had an extremely happy experience dealing with NorthStar Ford again. I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. I highly recommend Sales Specialist Trevor Homeier as he was very informative answering every question very patiently. I drove approximately 240 miles to this dealership which in my humble opinion was very worth my time to say the least. Again, I wanted to let you know that I greatly appreciate the effort of your dealership especially your sales representative. Your great customer service is highly appreciated. Thank you NorthStar Ford!
Dont use this company. We brought our key to get it programmed. They charged us $87 and said it was good to go. Key never worked after. Year later they said the key was the porblem and they had tried to program it but it didnt work. So they straight up lied to us.We also had issue with our van after crashing a deer. Steering was off. We brought the van in ans said it was insurance case. They checked it and charged from the inspection but said they dont do insirance cases but can change the power steering pump for $800.We will be bringing the key to other Ford dealership and getting our van fixed under the insurance after talking with adjuster and different Ford dealership.Other Ford dealerships said we should get our money back for the programming.
I purchased a car from Matt Coy a couple years ago. My daughter then purchased a car a couple months later. My daughter traded her car in with Matt again in March. My parents just purchased a vehicle from Matt. He is a great sales person. Considerate and caring. You know he enjoys his job and enjoys finding the right cars for his customers. Thanks for always being good to my family MATT!!!
Wonderful Experience! Trevor was very helpful and put up with our family a couple times while we were looking for a new vehicle. We came in with a price point we wanted to stay within and they helped us find a car that met those requirements while offering a couple of nice upgrades. We are very happy with our purchase.
Im a ford man, i love my truck. But i think they could of gave me a better deal for buying brand new. But ill probably buy here again.
We enjoyed our experience and love our new Ford Edge.
I will never be going back to Northstar Ford. I should have known better after buying my car there but the warranty I was sold needs to be used at a Ford Dealership. I made an appointment on the website to have it looked at for an issue, and never received a confirmation. They did have me in the system when I arrived, I was given a loaner and sent on my way. Then for the next day and a half I had to reach out to them consistently to get any answers as their communication is horrible. I had to call to get updates, which there were none. I left a message with their service manager, who never called me back even though I was told she was in the office. I finally went to pick up my car and was charged without ever authorizing any work or being told what I would be charge for work being done. I then asked for a manager but instead had to talk to a service advisor, the same one who didnt call me. I told him my concerns and that I was never contacted and he didnt have any answers for me. When I started to show a little frustration he actually started to yell at me. He said and I quote I cant understand how you expect to come in and get free services from a business, its ridiculous as he walked away from me. I didnt want free services, I wanted communication about services being performed so I could AUTHORIZE them. Do yourself a favor and never go to Northstar Ford.
Super awesome people working here. I went there to get a a car not knowing if I would be approved or not. The all worked together and got me a new vehicle. Special thank you to Dan C. You were friendly and explained what was going on. I would very highly recommend going here if u are looking for a vehicle or for servicing. Thank you northstar ford
I have had to go in a few times now with my van, and I have to say that the service I get from Carlos in Service is AMAZING. Hes quick, he gets the answers, and he doesnt assume that I know nothing and try to pull the wool over my eyes in things that need to be done. He knows from the first time that he has helped me that my time is short, and that I cannot sit and wait without a vehicle, and he gets things done as soon as he can, and makes sure that my wait time is as comfortable as possible, and gives updates as he has them. Prices for my luxury van are cheaper here than at its original dealership, and the work is still top rate. HIGHLY recommend.
