The service here is great. They are attentive and when my sandals didnt hold up, they replaced them. Unfortunately, the sandals didnt last me 6 months despite all recommendations from the staff and extra money buying stuff that was supposed to help. I am not hard on my shoes but they are not for me i guess. I will not be buying here again which is too bad. I wish there was a way to talk to or review the brand directly but so far I have not had luck.

My wife hasn’t bought new boots in YEARS! We came to find the perfect pair. The staff was so friendly and fun. They were super helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. They laughed and joked with us for an hour while my wife tried on every boot in the store. We found the right boot for the right price. Will definitely be coming back for more shoes.
