I am thrilled with the floors and the level of detail put into my job. They put luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout my house, even in the bathrooms and carpeted my stairs. They trimmed out areas of my house left by previous jobs and went above and beyond just a good job. The job cost exactly what was estimated and the estimate was $2000 under my previous estimate. I would highly recommend Trinity One Flooring!

I recently refinished my hardwood floors and stairs, changed the stain color to ebony, I used Trinity One flooring and wow! they did an excellent job. The floors look fabulous. Their quote was reasonable and quality of work was outstanding. Through out the process Kennedy explained the process and kept me informed so there were no surprises. I dont like to deal with a lot of companies because they have pushy sales who are unprofessional, unpunctual, and their workers are even worse. We were recommended by a friend that trinity one did such a great job for their floor and we went with them too. They are not pushy at all, Kennedy provided the quote the second day and emailed it to me, how great. (please understand that we had someone who provided the quote on-site and just sat in my house and waited for me to decide, and if I say no, they will continue to talk. No.) The installation process was painless, the workers showed up 8:00 in the morning and got to work. The floor came out flawless and matched my furniture so well that I cant believe it is the same space. They are just so fantastic!

Contacted Trinity ONE Floor for a quote on engineered wood, showed up the next day and took measurement. Then they proceeded us with installation contract, install was done in 2 days. Moved all furniture back to its place. The entire process took less than a week. I am amazed. Fasted project weve every done for home improvement.

Purchased water resistant laminate and vinyl from them, and the process was so smooth. Kennedy, our sales, even came by and dropped off some samples we looked on their website. She also gave us advice on color selection with our current wall paint and furnitures. The price per sqft she gave us was awesome compare to the other stores we visited. The delivery and installation was smooth and fast as well. Never thought it would be this easy to replace our old floor. In fact, I think their customer service is beyond excellent.

Trinity one flooring did such a great job for our stairs! We first went with staircase companies for a quote, then compared with what trinity one offered. The difference was huge. Trinity ones quote was awesome. After reviewing some of their past stair projects, we decided to go with Trinity One. They did such a PERFECT job for my stairs, we love the oak stair treads and trim, the lines are clean, stain color is exactly what we have. I was a little skeptical about the stain color at the first, because staircase company wanted me to go and get the stain myself, meaning if i chose the wrong stain color, they will not be responsible for it. However, Trinity one floor mixed stains in front ot us and ask our approval. This is what makes them legit. They want to acutally help you to get the work done right. Thats the right attitute right there. The process was quick, they cleaned up everything after the project. I am just so happy we went with them!
