I ordered for a Birthday Delivery at 10:20AM for same day delivery.... It is Now 05:00pm on the day of delivery and no delivery has happened yet!! Such a let down for a surprise Birthday Gift. Money well wasted!! I will never do business with you again!!Oh Thanks for the Reply however the story gets better.... Wrong delivery made!! I was supposed to have Rainbow and Butterflies with Happy Birthday Balloon but my Friend received someones order of Choc covered strawberries and a cheesecake.... had no idea who sent it! Not a pleasant experience. Waiting on my refund as promised, we shall see if it happens. Before you replied you should have looked up the order for details because it does not make you look any better.

Super cool. Expensive but makes a great gift

VERY poor customer service. Please do yourself a favor and dont order from this store. We ordered an arrangement as a gift for the friend and the delivery driver was VERY rude to my wife over the phone because he couldnt find the apartment our friend lived in. He then proceeded to spam my wifes phone with rude texts complaining about how he couldnt find the apartment and how annoying it is. We called the office to inform them of our experience and they were very dismissive of our experience with their driver.

Annie the owner, and her team are GREAT, and provide consistent attention to detail. I consistently use the Satellite location although there is another that is far closer. My orders are always delivered timely, are fresh, and have become great appreciation gifts to my clients.

The staff a great. Very clean environment and professional. Quality arrangements made daily. The fruit is fresh and the desserts are delicious! I highly recommend them for any occasion!

Got fruit basket delivered for mothers day when it arrived the fruit was warm and i put it in the fridge ate some stomach has been hurting every since will not get this again. cost way to much for this.

Omg!!!! This is my first time ever placing an order with Edible Arrangements. I’m so happy that this location is my first place of order. All I know is my husband birthday was today and all I hear is good things. With everything that is going on it made the people in the office day just to have someone cheerful coming to the door to deliver. All exciting and bubbly brought so much joy to others. She could have burst out with the bday song. For a man to be happy just from hearing positive news was good enough for me. He called with all smiles and positive energy. I don’t know what it was about today but thank you soooo much for today! It touched lives, such a blessing thanks again!!

I had an amazing experience! I called at the last minute to get an arrangement to my Ill Aunt. When I arrive for pickup the customer service was incredible. The arrangement was beautiful, fresh and tasty.

Didnt deliver my complete order and refused to deliver the cheesecake. Asked for a refund. She had the nerve to say, It is only $5. I live in a different state but happened to go to GA the next week. She promised free samples when the cheesecake was picked up BUT when I got there, she wanted me to spend MORE money (min. $29).

Shop went the super extra mile to open Christmas day so we could get our edible arrangement fresher. WE had missed several attempts and phone calls and messagesl for the delivery xmas eve. Arrangement was beautiful and the fruit so fresh and delish. Kudos! And most of all... the owners and employees really care.

I have ordered fruit bouquets from other locations, but I’ve decided to try the fruit cup here and it was really good! I ordered it online and they had the fruit cups right on time (early morning). It’s convenient and good customer service. Thank you :)

I arrived to place an order and got there right close to their 5 pm closing. (On the door posted as 6pm). I was waiting outside per their request of only 1 customer in the shop at once (there was a customer inside). Person working was getting something in the back. At 5:08 she came back to front of the shop and came outside and said they were closed. I own a small business in Duluth. And during these tough times I would be happy to help a potential customer. I was ready to spend close to $100. I will not go back. Someone else will get my business

I was truly disappointed with the professionalism of this store. I made a same day delivery order and i did not get a call or anything for not receiving my delivery. i kept calling to reach someone to explain why my delivery never arrived but payment was made.. I was left on the phone waiting to talk to someone 15 min. when I finally did get through someone excused the error but never offered to discount or anything for the inconvenience. She continued to apologize but the damage was already done because the event had to continue without the gift. She asked if I wanted to cancel or have it delivered the following day.. I truly wanted to cancel but this was the one wish the teacher had for her Birthday in which she waited for each year traditionally. I did not listen, even when I was told this is the worst place to order. Nonetheless, the delivery was confirm for the next day after the initial date was not completed and I still had to call again to see when it would arrive because it was not as early as they claimed it would be. I will never order from there again and avoid anything referring the to or for the school.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME and MONEY with this location!!!! I wish I had taken the time to read the other reviews before placing $150 order! What a disappointment! Ordered a large special arrangement for my sisters 50th birthday, and this location did not try to deliver my order until I called the store after 3:00 pm to check on the status of the order. The woman I spoke with could not find my order and then she said my driver is leaving the store now. From the womans reactions on the phone I am convinced the staff had not started my order that I placed online this morning until I called the store. By the time the driver got to the delivery site my sister had left work for the day, which makes no sense if the driver was leaving the store at 3:00 p.m., the store should be within an hours drive of the scheduled delivery site. The surprise for my sister was RUINED! The staff simply apologized and rudely stated my order would be delivered the next day. Im so disappointed! And no discount offered off of my $150 order! Edible Arrangements should screen the owners of their franchises more carefully. This location has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Ill stick with the other location I had used many times before and had no problem! Lesson learned!

I came in for a free birthday 12 count dipped fruit arrangement. The attendant was super nice and wished me a happy birthday. I wasnt expecting that level of service for a free item. I was very impressed!

They delivered on time and the fruit was delicious. The box it came in was better quality than expected. Over all it was not to bad for an easy way to show someone you’re thinking about them.

Ordered Cheer Me Up and used it for Fathers Day for under $40. The fruit was fresh and sweet, beautiful display. Did not use delivery but picked it up. I will definitely order again.

Did not receive an email confirmation for my order after I placed it online. Called the store to find out what time my arrangement would be delivered no one picked up the phone. I called all day and the phone kept rolling over to a fax machine. I had to call the corporate office to get some information on my order. Surprise... they had some issues with their phones as well. I could not hear a word the representative was saying. I had to hang up, be placed on hold again and gave my whole speech over to another rep. After going through hoops to find my order the rep then said my delivery has been in transit since 9:51 a.m. Thats almost 5 hours ago! I asked what is the ETA on delivery... The answer was...thats all the information I have. I cant give you a time as to when your order will be delivered. You can call the store to find out. I just explained to this rep that Ive been calling the store all day and no one is picking up! Its almost the close of business day and my delivery might not make it. Terrible customer service. Wish there was a way to give 1/2 a star.

Awful,It says all over the site about same day delivery. I figured Id be nice and order an arrangement for my girlfriend. I get a call saying I ordered it too late and they would not deliver. I asked to cancel it and I would reorder when I knew her schedule for the week. They said they couldnt cancel it, a manager had to approve it. 3 days later, I still cant get a manager on the phone. They apparently only manage for a few hours a week. But my card has been charged and nothing was ever delivered. I dont know if all of the stores are run this poorly, but I would not recommend this one at all! Very disappointing experience!

I got my mom an arrangement from herr fir her birthday and she absolutely loved it!

Smoothies are made per order from fresh ingredients. Very delicious. Also the staff is nice and kind. Higly recommended.

These are a huge waste of money. They only last a day or two and require a ton of refridgerator space. We have received these on two occasions and threw them away the both times. The most recent, I took from delivery driver and walked to trash can and dumped it. Simply not worth it for anyone involved.

This is The WORSE edible arrangements in gwinnett placed my order a day ahead and called all day on the delivery day and finally got a hold of someone and put me on hold over 30 minutes to tell me the order was out for delivery and its 6:54 and still not delivered. I need my money back, dont waste your time with this sorry ass place. 0 stars if possible.

For my moms mothers day she was supposed to receive a balloon with the order and when I mention this their response was Oh, my bad. Today, September 18th, is my older brothers birthday and for his edible arrangements all white chocolate was supposed to be used. When we open the box it is all dark chocolate... the store was called and there was a note left for them when it was ordered online... they reassured numerous times it would be white chocolate but to no avail. Now I have to drive to dunwoody to get another edible arrangement for their error after calling corporate on them and getting a resolution. I should not have to be this inconvenienced. Avoid this location at all costs!!!!!!!!
