I had my skateboard stolen that I bought off Amazon and a small skate company reached out to me to give me a new one and sent me a deck then contacted this skate shop to get my parts. They were super cool and chill and came outside to pick up my board and within five minutes they had my whole board put together. Great service and just great people10/10

Stopped in to help my son build a skate, the gentleman that helped us was amazing, offered insight and asked the right questions to get us what we needed and didnt push the upscale though did let us know options at varied price points

The guys were awesome here. Shop had a good variety of gear. Small store but packed with everything you need to get started or update your old deck.

Got my first skateboard Sunday, and everybody was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I also had a chill time talking with everybody there as well. I went back today after skating for a few days to get a new pair of skate shoes, and they were super patient in having me try on shoes to get the perfect fit for my double-wide feet. This shop did NOT disappoint! They recommended some amazing goggles to my husband since he wasn’t very fond of his current ones. They had so many selections of goodies and the only shop I’ve seen with so many boards! Can’t wait to visit the place the next time we travel this North

Nothing is fresher than some local hospitality! My buddy and I are pretty frequent shoppers and love the personable staff. Even with Covid, Damage sets shopping up so it is safe and easy. Definitely recommend the gift cards for your friends with different setups! Thanks Damage Crew!

We stopped into Damage today (on my daughters 13th birthday) to get her a new skateboard before leaving Duluth to come back to the Twin Cities. We could have gotten any board from any local shop, yet last minute we decided to check out any local Duluth shops first and IM SO GLAD WE DID! Its a small shop with many items. The guy who helped us was amazing and I wish I had his name to share here. My daughter didnt know exactly what she was looking for and he helped with many ideas. We did buy a board here and she is happy with it. The guy we worked with was helpful and knowledgeable. We walked in knowing about skate boards and we immediately felt confident with him helping with the best choice with her, instead of us talking her through. He treated her and us with kindness and even told her where to find skate videos with girls in it if she was interested. She also bought a sweatshirt with the shop name on it and when we arrived home she immediately put it on and went out skating... in almost 90 degree weather! Hahaha. We talked about how if we had decided to visit a local shop here in the twin cities we would not have had the same experience. Not that they are not good or knowledgeable, just the way he immediately helped make her comfortable with her choice and being there in the store. Thank you to the person who helped us make her 13th birthday a memorable one. We appreciate you and will visit again when we are in town!

One of the best board shops in MN

5/5 great local shop. I haven’t skated in years but due to COVID thought I’d get back into it. I came in to build a cruiser board. The guy working was super nice and helped get everything I needed. He didn’t pressure me into getting anything in particular. The one thing that stood out the most was he actually measured the board to find the perfect fitting trucks. My last board I made was at Zumiez and at the time I didn’t know much about that. I ended up getting too small of trucks and couldn’t return them so that was awesome that the guy knew what he was doing. He gripped the deck for me and I decided to put the rest of it together at the park. My own preference todo that but again great employee didn’t feel pressured or judged either great experience check them out 🤘

Cool staff obv, they can give you some knowledge about skateboards to get you started. Overall online is cheaper.

Best in town. They have full knowledge of equipment. Employees are all skaters so they give advice on how to ride and tricks you may be working on.

Have never bought anything from them. Im loyal to The House in Little Canada. With that said, Ive seen a lot of traffic from here and Im a fan of small business owners who sell a product or lifestyle that they live or love or hopefully both, which I know this owner does.

These guys at Damage are genuinely nice dudes. I started snowboarding a few years ago and was using the cheapest equipment I could buy. It turns out that my boots were too big for me and my board was too narrow for my boots. Luckily for me, Wyatt hooked it up fat. I am by no means an experienced rider and Wyatt was able to help me pick out the board, boots, and bindings that best suit my needs AND that fit properly. I could not believe how comfortable my boots were! I am incredibly happy with my purchases and I am even happier with the service they were able to provide me. Would highly recommend!

The guys at damage are without a doubt A-W-E-S-O-M-E. The caps lock is very much needed. I have gone multiple times to buy clothing and snowboard gear for myself, and the guys there are always welcoming and kind and treat you as though you are more than just a customer. Due to my positive experience, I have brought multiple friends there as well. They have bought snowboards, bindings, helmets, gloves, jackets, goggles, skateboards, etc. They are all incredibly happy with their purchases and experiences and have always wanted to go back from a trip to Damage. The guys are always knowledgable and ready and able to answer any questions you might throw their way. Support your local board shop !!!!

Best shop in town! Super knowledgeable, and always promoting the local scene. Owned by shredders, for the shredders. Unlike the other chain store over the hill, where most of the employees dont even shred! How lame is that? If you shop at damage, you cant go wrong.

Great skateshop! Picked up new trucks and wheels for my longboard

Bought my daughter a longboard. It ended up warping after one day(not their fault). No questions, No hassle, no problems.....they handed her a new board. Thats great customer service. Ill have no issues spending my $ there. Thank you!👍🏻

Grew up down the road from The House in the cities, Damage has much more knowledgeable staff and the latest/top of the line boards and accessories. You’re doing yourself a disfavor if you visit Duluth and don’t stop in.

Never been to a boardshop, nor have I skated before. The store was laid out nicely and the staff were knowledgable, helpful, and great at what they do. Very welcoming environment that made me even more excited to begin skateboarding- plus the board they created for me is sick as frick.

Just moved from Vegas and I found this shop while looking for a new longboard. They where extremely helpful and know 10 times more then zumiez. Thanks again
