My toddler shook and spilled a Tupperware container of chicken parm. I brought my car to this establishment and selected the most expensive vacuum, cleaning/detailing, and wash package ($35). This was the end result, I should’ve taken more pictures to show all that was missed. I was told “you’ll need a stronger cleaner to get this off the dash..” well my generic brand of lysol wipes worked just fine as I had no choice other than clean it off myself since they didn’t. The workers were friendly enough, I tipped $10 for their service but I will not be back.

I love this place. Get my oil changes there and the price isnt bad, plus you a free car wash. Every employee has been great over the years. Even the basic wash has guys hand wiping your car dry and cleaning windows inside and out. Kinsa fun to watch your car run thru the length of a thorough system.

The staff were all outstanding. Their service was above and beyond and they actually seemed to enjoy serving their customers. The tall guy was especially engaging and took the time to ensure we had everything we needed. If I were his employer I would do everything possible to keep him around. Very impressed. I came in as a new customer because I couldnt get into my regular service station but I am now a regular customer thanks to him.

I really wish I could leave a better review for this place. The quality of their work is pretty good....but the staff can be incredibly rude. Certain staff make you feel like your presence is a burden on them, and they scold you for doing what is asked of you (like coming inside to announce your presence, as the sign out front instructs you to do). If this place can start enforcing some standard of professionalism, Ill gladly come back.

Im sure some people have not always had the best experience here but, I continue to come back. Even though I live out on 80th West, I go out of my way to get my oil changes done here. Been a customer for years, I know theyre going to do what they say and the price is right. Would highly recommend!

I have been taking my car here for years. The last few times now they have gotten sloppy with the work. I upgraded the carwash after my oil change. I still had to clean my car out. Things were not wiped down. Fluids were not toped off after my oil change. reciept states that they were. ( washer fluid, ) staff is ok most of the time.

Kept my keys in the cabin of my vehicle as asked and they locked the keys in my car. Then with out my permission begain attempting to break into my vehicle via the classic methods. I wasnt comfortable with them quickly trying to jimmy my locks.

They did a really good job cleaning the ins and outs of my car and very quickly! It was first time there and I was a little confused at what was going on at first, so a little more communication would have been appreciated, but that did not subtract from the experience at all. Super friendly guys that clearly take pride in their work!

I wish this was better. We really dont have another full service option in town other than Miller car wash also under same ownership. Building itself is pretty dirty and pretty much falling apart. The staff is not very friendly or welcoming. Truck ended up clean but still lots of water drops on it and for the exterior price should include tire shine and rim wipe down. Ive had a few vehicles detailed here and I wouldnt pay for it again. A shop vac, 20 minutes and a bottle of armor all will get you the same results.I urge this owner to go to the downtowner in St. Paul and just observe the best there is for customer service. Id rather pay a few dollars more for exceptional service and quality washes.Here are what my wheels looked like after a recent exterior wash and wax.

Decided to give these guys a try, versus going through an automated wash. I was disappointed to see the wash was an automated style; some one had told me this was a manual wash.The good: I had called about hours the day before and the person on the phone as well staff in the store and the guy wiping the last few drops of water off the vehicle today were friendly and courteous.The bad: Regarding the wash, I saw no difference from the automatic wash at the Holiday station in Lincoln park. The doors still had dirt on them; I was able to draw on the drivers door! There were still dead road trip bug guts all over my mirrors, bumper, roof rack, and headlights. There was still dirt on the black trim on the lower part of the body and bumper, plus the tires were still dirty. The vacuuming didnt get into the corners at the edges of the floor mats but the easy dirt was removed.I should have spent the time here in my drive way doing it myself. Thats what Im ending up doing anyway. I cant recommend this place.IMO, not worth the extra $5-10 over what Kwick Trip offers; the vacuuming was a nice touch, but quickly done. I dont see making a special trip to return.

Got oil change and a full 9 yards carwash. The oil change prices are competitive with other places offering full synthetic and blends. The service was fairly quick and convenient. The car wash was decent and since the basic is included in the cost of oil change a small up charge for the 9 yards was reasonable.

I’ll start by saying I’ve brought my vehicle here multiple times and have been pretty satisfied with the service, until today that is. I brought my vehicle in for a basic wash and they scratched the heck out of my brand new SUV. My insurance will be taking them to court & I won’t be back!

I had an asthma inhaler stolen while my truck went through the wash. I asked to speak with a manager. It took a while to find one, but he came out and listened to what I had to say. I was going to file a police report on general principal, if this operation has employees that are stealing from customers, the police should be aware. The manager told me to wait a few minutes while he spoke with his employees. He came back a few minutes later with my inhaler. He just shrugged and said I dont know what to tell you. It was not clear if the thief would face any discipline. I think stealing from employees warrants an immediate firing. If they dont fire employees who steal from customers then expect that you might have things stolen if you bring your car here.I was in a hurry so I did not file a police report.

Had an oil change and upgraded my free wash.The oil change was unexpectedly upgraded to full synthetic. I understand now that this was based on my request for full synthetic previously and the need to use this oil, but it would have been nice to be told of this before the presented bill at double the price. I waited a long time to get my car, saw other car wash customers come and go and went to check. My car was placed in line sitting behind an industrial vehicle needing extensive cleaning, all the while other customers drove up and went immediately through the wash. When I got my car, my items in the back seat were placed on top of a heater vent they had apparently knocked out of place when vacuuming the back floor. POORLY vacuuming, as my back seat was left full of sand. I complained about the part and sand to an office staff person, asked the car wash manager what this part was; he said what it was and put it back in place. Had I not moved my items back in place, Id never have known this part was removed or where it came from. I called some hours later to express my disappointment, was sent to the same car wash manager who only said I put your part back and no one told me you had sand left in your back seat. No interest in customer retention. Ive used this service for years for multiple vehicles. NEVER again.

If there was a way to give this place 0 stars I would, absolutely horrible place to bring your car to get detailed. I paid the highest dollar to get full detail with shampoo and under the hood detailing. I went to pick up van and there was still simple water stains on seats that I couldve easily scrubbed out by hand along with dog hair all over back of seats. Not to mention they didnt touch or clean anything in the front, the entire front and center counsel were untouched. The only thing they cleaned inside the van was the windows and top of dashboard. To top it off, the stuff they sprayed on the wheels to make them look new and shine splattered all over my van after driving it for awhile. Also, they only wiped down the plastic materials under the hood, which would take me less than 5 minutes to do. After I left this place, I spent 3 hours properly cleaning the inside of my van. Beyond disappointed with this company. Wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy (if I had any).

Disappointed with the detailing service I recieved. Played a little over $100 and while the car was cleaner there were still stains, dog hair, and dirty spots that I ended up just cleaning myself. Im not too hard to please but the lack in attention to detail has left a bad taste, youre better off cleaning your car yourself or driving down to the twin cities for professional detailing.

Had the interior of my car detailed. Looked brand new when they were done. Took about 4 hours. $100 included an exterior wash. Would absolutely recommend.

Decently fast car wash and oil change. Make sure not to leave any of your belongings in your car though. My aux cord went missing and when I spoke to the manager, all he said, was bad luck.

I purchased the Whole Nine Yards car wash which was the most expensive and was supposed to get my car the cleanest yet they barely even vacuumed and didnt wipe down my radio or anything. I ended up spending longer cleaning it myself than the 20 minutes I waited there for my car to not get clean. Very upset with the results.

I spilt a quart of white paint in the front passenger floor of my car. I called London Road Car Wash and they had me come in immediately. They were able to completely clean my floor mat and carpet of my car. They even went above and beyond and salvaged my favorite shoes that I thought were hopeless. Absolutely excellent service, quick, extremely kind, and very fair priced for an emergency situation. Would highly recommend them to anyone in the area!

Have used this car wash over the years. My experience last Saturday was not good. None of the inside doors were wiped down. When I called to tell them about the problem, the manager told me that they only vacuum the seats. I paid for the Whole 9 Yards, because I wanted a clean car. No discount and no apology so I wont return.

I took my Jeep here after having a soda explode all over. Paid $200 to have them clean the inside and it was crap. I couldve done a better job myself. They didnt even clean the center console!!! A full service detail is the WHOLE car. They didnt even get the soda off. I will never take my car there again. $200 flushed right down the toilet.

In normal times the wash is substandard with poor attention to detail. At worst, one of the guys tried to drive my car off the line but put it in reverse with the driver door open and backed into a concrete pylon, bending door. Door had to be replaced and I’ve had to go back to the body shop twice so far for followup adjustments. Big PITA!! Better look elsewhere.

Poor work quality. Gave me my car back without my floor mats or my boot for the convertible top. Didnt clean everything. I spent around half hour to 45 minutes cleaning my car after I got it home. Lots of wax left in the body, and the head rests were still dirty. I also had to clean my rims to get the dirt and runoff water off the chrome. I will not be returning for another run.

In the past I have visited it had been good service however my most recent visit about a week ago was not good. I got the most expensive basic wash and interior cleaning (the whole 9 yards) and had to have them re-vacuum afterwards as many spots were missed. I also noticed a few days later my spare parking quarters were missing in the spot by the wheel I keep them. I know its only a dollar or two but its the principle of the matter. I will not be going back especially at that price. Only reason it is not one star was because the few times I went in previous years it was alright, I once got overcharged but was refunded easily. Still though, not impressed.

I took my truck to the Miller Hill branch for a bumper to bumper ($172). The did a good job on the interior, but I had to take it back to clean the engine and a few spots they missed. When I got home, I discovered they did not do a good job on the undercarriage and mud was not pressure washed off as one would expect paying this much. I had the owner call me back and explained it to him. He thanked me for letting him know but did not offer to have me bring the truck back so they can finish the job right. I will not support them again as I feel I did not get value for my money.**Update: Now that my carpets are dry, I realized they did a poor job on that too as all the salt stains are back.

Great guys. Super quick and helped me diagnose a problem I thought was a much larger deal. Will return in the future.

Been coming to this place for 44 years and like other people I’ve had good and not so good results. This review is for todays visit August 2 ‘18.Stopped in to see if I could get my car hand waxed before I go out of town tomorrow and being unscheduled I wasnt sure if it would happen. Well they got me in right away and first washed and vacuumed the car then got to waxing immediately following. I was in and out in 45 minutes and I have to say the wash and wax were fantasic! I have a black car and wow!Thanks LRCW I’ll be back.

These guys are great. Brought the Wifes car in for an oil change and they cleaned out her mess and washed the car. I will be making this my regular oil change and wash headquarters!

Dissatisfied...Barely any effort cleaning the door jams and the dash. Guys using dirty rags to sham the car doing more harm than good. Ill be going to Kwik Trip from now on.

I give it a 4 just for the name of the business. Otherwise its a good place to get the oil changed.

They did a shoddy, half assed job detailing my car. We ended up having to go through and wipe everything down again. Very overpriced.

Never again, nothing done but the wash, still had stuff in the side doors, dash not even sprayed and wiped, looks like no vaccuming, still got dog hair, so now i got to go home and do it myself and im handicapped, never ever again...worst car wash place.....

The car washes here are always thorough and leave the car shiny - as a response to the other person who had the issue with the missing auto parts, they will throw out anything you leave on the floor that even remotely looks like trash.

Went there to get my car washed, the whole nine yards, the sign said $18 and I got charged $37. They washed the outside well but halfassed the inside. Overcharged and a bad job. Will not be going there again!
