Ive been using the Shipping Store since it opened. I enjoyed dealing with the then owner Joe, and the service was outstanding. Joe retired, and the new owner Sam and his employees continued the excellent service and friendly demeanor.I had a minor problem that needed resolution and Sam went way above and beyond what it would take to get the problem fixed. Absolutely the best.

Fed Ex does not provided independent stores the equipment needed to scan/provide receipts.Shame on FedEx corporate for not providing needed equipment to its independent stores!

I absolutely love this The Shipping Store! The prices for printing copies are the best around! My copies are usually under $3 and I have absolutely no problem at all paying cash as this is the norm for most small businesses. Thanks Sam and Staff, youre the BEST!

As for reviewer Michael Humphrey on the other hand: Sir I’ve had a mailbox here for over 6 years now and have experienced nothing but first-class customer service. For you to take an unnecessary jab at this store to earn “Google Points” is about as low-class trash as you can get. I suggest you get a job/life, move out of your parent’s basement, and keep YOUR poor service out of our community.
