I purchased two granite counter tops for my basement bar from Countertop Central in Duluth (2730 N Berkeley Lake Rd NW, Duluth, GA 30096) at a cost of $1701. They came out and installed them last Monday March 5, 2018 but both counter tops had major crack as shown in the pictures attached.I asked the installers about the cracks and they told me that the cracks are natural and I would have to call the office with any concerns. I called the office and they told me that the cracks are natural and I would have to pay for another installation if I want it changed. They offered to do a small bathroom free of cost as a compromise but I refused.I went to three other counter top companies, showed them the pictures and they all agreed that the cracks are not natural.I asked Countertop Central to either replace the counters at no additional cost to me or remove it and refund my money but they are refusing.

Had a great experience with Counter Top Central. We found the quartz we loved (Spectrum Quartz in Pristine) and started to research the quality fabricators at a reasonable cost. After receiving a quote from Countertop Central which was ~$20 per SQF less than Panda and others we were skeptical but did our due diligence. Ben and Jorge were very helpful, professional, and the installation crew did a great job. Will be using Counter Top Central for future projects

Have used this company twice for major improvements to two different residences. Work was done professionally, on time and within budget. His crews are fantastic. I didnt have to oversee any of their work as they do it right with no shortcuts. Recommend them with no hesitation.

Went to this business after lunch during the work week expecting to find a slow period to receive assistance. My friend and I walked inside and a store associate was at the desk with another customer. He didnt greet or acknowledge us and walked to the back. We stood at the open door and saw 7 people and were trying to decide if there were other associates to help us and no one acknowledged us for 5-10 minutes. We asked if anyone worked there that could assist and a man came out. He couldnt answer our questions, so we left. Definitely poor customer service at this location.
