Small dance store with not that much variety. We went in to just browse and there was a limited stock. The store was kind of dim.

No one is here, no one answers the phone. The hours said they were open today. What a pitiful way to run a business!!!

The choreographer told my son to bring your blacks to the dress rehearsal. As this is his first year in musical theatre, he didnt know what blacks meant. The two young ladies running the store at Center Stage II were very helpful.They explained that when the director or choreographer tells you to bring your blacks, they generally mean black tights, black t-shirt, and flats. My son told them that he already had black t-shirts and jazz shoes, so he only needed the tights.One of the young ladies led him to the extra long tights and the dressing room to make sure they were long enough for his 63 statue. They were, thank goodness (We have not had the same success with size 14 jazz shoes).Great service from the two young ladies running the store. Helpful, pleasant, and made great conversation with me while I waited. I also liked that they didnt try to oversell me or sell me anything we didnt need.

We just left from there because someone took one of my jazz shoes out of my bag and I needed some for dance ASAP so we came here and asked if they had any and they did! Perfect fit LOVE ❤️

I get all my dance shoes here, and I love it. Being a very muscular dancer, who started at 13 and not very skinny, I was worried about being judged at shoe fittings, but they were amazing! I even got my first pair of jazz shoes here, and they were really good about teaching me how to care for my shoes, and make sure I have the best fit.

This is our go to dance wear store! From shoes to tights! Love this store!!! Staff is always helpful and nice!!

Everyone was so helpful. As an adult dancer, finding the right fit for pointe shoes is vital. Thr staff helped me select the right shoe and ordered it in a color to match my skin tone. Excellent customer service 🤩👏🏾👍🏾😁

Don’t go this place. If you bought defect products, you have to take it. They don’t let you exchange. They will ask you to buy another one . The customer have to Bear AND Pay defect products by themselves. This place won’t do anything and they don’t care about customers. The people work over there are so rude. Don’t go this place!!

Salesperson was good. Didnt have the size nor color of ballerina slippers I needed.

My daughter and I were looking for pointe shoes and the sales people went out of their way and stayed late to help us get the perfect shoes. They had to order two sizes, shipped them to our home and swapped out the one that wasnt perfect. We recommend that them to all the dancers in our dance troop. Great people!

Best pointe shoe fitting we have found. They are really good, patient and just plan old nice. Plus they give you a discount when you return to buy again.

As my daughter ran to the door to get some tights this devil ran to the door to lock it as she saw her. It was 5:57. Instead of politely telling us their where closing she locks the door turns her back and says its 6 o clock. It was 557

Good and nice people, but waited for an hour and a half in line to fit point shoes, but they didnt have my size so I they had to order me one. Another 30mins to buy ribbons and elastic. Lol have fun if you are going there.

I have been going to this place for ten plus years. When i was younger there were former dance teachers fitting children for shoes. I am now older and a professional dancer and come here for new pointe shoes. The variety of pointe shoes are scarce and sizes are limited. I also do not like that there are inexperienced young people fitting children only because they will probably not have young women or men in the right shoes. It is pivotal that they be put in the right shoe for their level of training and foot structure. Seeing there are not many dance stores for ballet attire in Atlanta, I just want this store to remain available for young people and be a good place to go. Other than the pointe shoes, the variety of ballet leotards for young children are great, tights and ballet shoes.

Understocked and didnt have the brands we needed

They have good selections of ballet apparel, but the fititng room system is ridiculous because it required a staff member to be there at all times. Almost always you will end up waiting for 10 mins just sitting there because the store requires a staff member to assist you. The service is WAY TOO SLOW. Seriously, I have not mentioned it enough. They also have a wide selection of clothing, but it most of the time doesnt fit.

I went to Center Stage this afternoon and arrived at 4:00 pm. I had to get my 17 year old son fitted for Jazz shoes, which considering he normally wears 14 1/2 wide shoes, I was not optimistic about being able to find Jazz shoes for him, lol. Anyway, the young lady that helped us was amazing and very helpful and I can’t give her enough praise about how friendly and amazing she was AND she was able to fit him with comfortable, perfect fitting shoes . THANK YOU ! !! I also had the chance to observe a girl being fitted with pointe shoes and just as I mentioned in the paragraph below to Ms. Spruell, there is NO WAY that you could do a fitting in less than 20 minutes ! The staff there were just AMAZING👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻So, MaryEllen, learn to manage your time better and not wait until a store is about to close to do your shopping.........MaryEllen Spruell, your lack of planning does not constitute an emergency on the part of the store’s employees. Clearly you have never worked in a retail store where customers walk in right before the store closes and they expect full service as if they think the employees have absolutely nothing else to do the rest of their evening. You walked in 2o min. Before closing time, do you REALLY think they can properly and adequately fit a toe shoe in less than 20 min.? I bet you are one of those people who leave their Christmas shopping until the last minute and go shopping on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day when you should be at home with your family and therefore making it less profitable for retail stores to stay open so that their employees can be home with THEIR families.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ARRIVED AT 5:37 only to be told they WILL NOT FIT Pointe shoes one minute after 5:30!!! I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM EVER TO ANYONE!!!

This was our second visit. The first visit was for leotard, ballet shoes, and tights. Service was ok. They had no internet service, so had to pay with a check. The second visit was for second pair of tights because the first seemed too tight on my daughter. Two days later, before her ballet class, as I was helping her with her tights, I noticed a hole in the crotch area. We had just opened it and had one foot into it. Had my daughter took it off and took it back for a replacement. They would not exchange it because she had one foot in it. The hole wasnt due to us pulling on it too hard. It was a defective product, but because we took it out of package and put a foot in it, they wouldnt replace it. The owners were behind the store, and wouldnt even come out to talk to me. They had a teenager walking back and forth repeating its store policy. Defective product requires replacement or dont sell defective product!
