Tint job was ok. The rear window has visible slivers and a bubble from where they cut around the upper light. It looks like they spilled adhesive on the floor and didnt clean it up, a broken door clip laying on the floor in the back. I had a 9:00 apt and the car wasnt done by 4. I assumed from the price they charge, they would have done a better job.

Tinted windows today 9/21/21. They did an outstanding job! I communicated with the front desk about all my questions and concerns way before I scheduled an appointment. Once I finally did, I arrived their and was unsure what percentage tint I wanted for the windows I want tinted. One of the gals was able to help me decide what tint was best for me, which is what I decided to go with. Turns out she was right-it looks stunning. It ended up being 15% for rear cabin, side cargo, and rear windshield, and 25% on my front two. No tint on the windshield. I highly recommend! Able to drop my car off the night before too. And they even threw in the extra $60.00 for my front two quarter windows. Thank you guys!

New ownership now has better prices, no more overcharged cash only for certain levels of tint. I booked an appointment in under a week from the phone call for 2 front windows to match the factory tint. Dropped of my car via drop box before work. They called me when they started my appointment to inform me my rear windows were tinted by the previous owner down to 1%. I had no idea! We discussed options for the front level of tint before they started. Was very satisfied with the level of customer service, quality of installation, and pricing for the top tier tint film. Will recommend to anyone looking for tint in the twin ports! Thanks Elite!!

Well I just got my front windows tinted yesterday so I cant say much about it but they definitely look good! Very friendly staff and seem to be very knowledgeable about what they do

Excellent service! Remote starter had stopped working on my car during cold snap before the Holidays and Phil got me right in to take care of. Quick diagnosis showed I only needed antenna replaced. Saved me money by just doing what was needed and got the system working quickly.Highly recommended.

Placed a large order for business graphics with short/weeks notice with a critical deadline to be met. Her colleague we had been working with got very sick and our deadline would not have been made. They handled a large window tint job for me; their pricing was upfront and honest and the end result was very professional. They responded to all questions and concerns in a timely fashion. Some complications arose on my end but they were very accommodating and worked within my limits. I would certainly recommend their services to anyone looking for top-notch work.

After just 5 days of having tint on my boyfriends car it started to peel off and still had water under it with air bubbles. Brought it back to the shop the guy told us with the year of his car the tint wasnt gonna be “perfect” then proceeded to scratch the top of the tint and never told management we wanted a refund and the tint removed. Awful costumer service in my personal experience. Very rude and pushy.

Had my windows tinted by them. I was told 4 hrs when I made the appointment. Dropped my car off at the shop a 6 am. They werent done until 4:30. Called around lunch time for a time estimate. The guy said Im not at the shop right now on lunch but should be done soon and Ill call you when I get back to the shop. He never called me back. I should up at elite at 2:45 expecting my car would be done wasnt done. And the guy at the front desk told me a couple hours still and I said that doesnt really work for me he instantly got an attitude with me. They have horrible customer service and way over priced. I dont recommend them at all.

Marty did the original tint on my windows and I wasnt 100% happy with the results the day it was completed. I thought I might be able to live with it but after others noticed too I went back to ask about redoing it. Phil told him to redo it. I arrived a little later than the appointment was scheduled and Marty redid the window. He told me he wasnt happy with the way the other one looked so he worked that one too. He said it would be about 30 minutes but it was about 1 1/2 hours. Needless to say it looks GREAT and am happy with the results.

My previous 3M vinyl design/lettering company closed up shop. I found Elite Tinting online and was able to explain the changes I wanted to my van in email. The pricing was below what I expected to be charged for re-branding my logos and changing phone numbersI know first-hand that the 3M products are worth the money. In 3 years since their original application, there has been zero flaking or peeling, which makes the slightly higher cost well worth the cost.Thanks guys!

They did a great job! I wish I could have gotten factory tinting when I bought my new car, but it was much too expensive. Instead I went to Elite and they gave me what I needed. Amy (person who answered the phone) and Phil (who did the tinting) were fantastic, knowledgable, and friendly. I would definitely recommend them!!PS: I bought my car in the Cities and expected the dealer there to recommend someone there. Instead they recommended Elite!!

Came from out of town & needed to get custom lettering done for my pro rmk! Stopped at Elite Tinting & Graphics, they were very helpful from the moment I walked through the door. Incredibly expensive. Called to get price and was told $520. Had the same work done at Black Diamond Tinting in the cities for $284 AFTER tax on a2019 Fusion. This is the 2nd vehicle Ive traveled to the cities for. Id rather deal locally, but Im not going to pay nearly twice the amount! For the cost of Elite, you could go to the cities, tint your windows, hotel it for the night, grab dinner and still be ahead!

Phil and his crew provide very professional service! They have done several vehicle wraps for us here at DBS and we will continue to use Elite as we add more vehicles to our fleet!
