Dragute apartamente si bine compartimentate. Vederea din jur lasa de dorit. Pe de o parte ai hale care folosesc drept depozite si pe cealalta parte un teren viran foarte mare pe care la un moment dat ar trebui sa se construiasca cel mai mare spital din Bucuresti. Una peste alta arata bine in interior desi au preturi mari dar nu am putut trece peste faptul ca nu se respecta dimensiunile din schite. Una se promite si alta primesti. Pe releveu camerele sunt in realitate mult mai mici. Ai o sufragerie la 3 cam. care are in jur de 17mp desi in planul prezentat iti spun ca are 22 mp. Ca sa se ajunga la 22mp iti baga si holul din zona de living. Baile sunt mici si se simte. Taxa de mentenanta si paza in jur de 250ron la 3 cam. In blocul in care am intrat noi era intradevar o tanti de la paza la un birou pe post de receptie unde avea si monotoarele de la camerele de supraveghere. Dansa statea pe telefon si nu ne-a intrebat de sanatate. Poti foarte usor sa ajungi la apartamente. Deasemenea accesul se face catre parcare direct din lift. Oricine poate avea acces la masini.
