Hands down the best experience Ive ever had at Toys R Us! A nice man greeted me upon entering the store and began to help me. The store can be overwhelming to those unfamiliar with it. 7A young man named Melo, I believe was phenomenal! 4 days before Christmas and he helped me find almost everything on my daughters list! Very knowledgeable about Barbie dolls, and the products in the girl section in general. He kindly offered assistance with everything I needed. And Tiara was incredibly patient and pleasant when she checked me out.

Store still has good amount of stocks. It wasnt crowded. Found good deals on track set. Wow another iconic store going outta business. R.I.P toys r us

I sure am gonna miss this place! It smells good inside. When my mom used to take me there, I always play with Thomas the tank engine. And then this was the very last 2 that I bought there; Teletubbies jumping Po and Shimmer and Shine dancing Shimmer.

This is a futile review, being that they are going out of business. However, all toys are being liquidated & many have terrific discounts! Get your Christmas shopping done early if you can....they will be closing for good in June 2018. Heads up though.....no refunds, no exchanges. All sales are final so be aware! It truly makes me sad, Toys R Us has always had such great selection and was a fun place to shop!

The store was very clean and organized. The staff greeted us as we walked in and our cashier (Trish) was very friendly. Great first time experience in this particular store!

End of an ERA! It was incredibly depressing walking into the store. 95% if the shelves were empty and the store was a complete mess. Not the happy place I remembered as a kid. To be fair...the store was in its final 3 days of business and was one of the last ones in the country, to still be open. Goodbye to one of the biggest and best toy stores that ever was!

Waited for about 5 minutes at the register without a cashier though the number was lit indicating lane was open. Only lane lit. Brought to gentlemans attention and he responded rudely. Great toys, but need to work on customer service.

Sadly they are going out of business across US in June 2018. Online store is already closed.If you want to grab discounted toys or anything from here, this is a good opportunity to stack up. You go more towards they closing is more discount you get. But you never know, better things are selling out fast.Caveat: This is the final sale, no return or exchange. Check your existing gift cards, you might already have one from ToysRUs. :)

Took my son here for the first time for his 4th birthday. He was in absolute amazement! We went there for the Geoffrey the giraffes Birthday Bash then he walked around for about a good 45 minutes before he decided on a toy that he wanted. Experiencing that day with him and seeing him become a Toys R Us kid is something that I will cherish forever!

Going out of business. On a weekday it might be ok, but on a Saturday they have 2 checkouts open and a roped line to wait in to get to one. Expect to have to search for a lot of great deals to make it worth the wait.

I loved their online shopping experience. Walked in straight to a register, simply mention my name and thats it. The item was brought to the register and i was on my way.

Very very pricey store. They have big sign outside that they are going out of business but I don’t see good discount on items. Most of the toys are very pricey and once they go out of business you will have no where to return or replace.

It was probably the busiest day theyve seen in a long time. Another iconic store going away.

The (MOD) was very rude and did not recognize their price match policy. I asked if I can speak to the manager or regional manager. She proceeds to tell me to call 800Toysrus. I did just that and they honored the price match policy and sent me the coupons to get the item at the price match price. It was priceless to go back into the store and see Tina try to figure out what happened. I should have thanked her for putting me in contact with their customer service line. Shame on you Tina for not knowing your own policy or trying to go above the call of duty to help. I will continue to use the Duluth location thanks to the Customer Service line... And companies try to figure out why their numbers are so low!

Great staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Good prices and easy to work with on returns. Very clean.

Good experience. On a weeknight, so not crowded. Staff was helpful, even helping us load a large box into our CRV.

My son loved it here.Its kind of amazing how much knowledge a 3 year old can hold and articulate about all these toys.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The store was advertised as open until 10pm today, both online and on the printed calendar posted in the store window. We arrived at 9pm and the doors were locked, but we could see workers and customers inside so we went in when a family was coming out that had been asked to leave. Other people had been outside hoping to go in as well. A worker came out and very rudely told us that the store was closed, and that we could not under any circumstances check to see if they had an item, telling us to go online. We had come to see if they had a single item, which online said was limited stock. He forced us and others to leave the store, including families with very disappointed and crying children. Irritated, we told him they should change their hours as we were walking to our car. He claimed the sign said they were open 9-9, when it clearly read 9-10. There we more than enough willing customers to warrant keeping the store open until their official hours, but these workers were so lazy and selfish that they kicked children and others out of a toy store early, and extremely rude to us.

Great place to toys. Love their special events for kids too.

Originally I enjoyed shopping at toys r us because of the wide selection and their ability to price match items. However this Duluth branch is terrible. The customer service is dreadful with. I can understand being understaffed and having many customers. What is absolutely apalling is the fact that management is incompetent and unwilling to work with the customer to better the experience. All in all stay away from the Duluth branch at toys r us.

Going out of bisness! Good sales if you need any toys get in there before toys are all gone.

I had gone with my daughter early this week and she saw a keychain that she liked from Clairs items. I was like maybe 3 steps away from her at the most and the lady working in that area didnt see me standing there. Idk why but she told my daughter not to touch anything and to put the keychain back. I stepped out from where I was standing and her face dropped. Instead of saying hello may I help you pick something out out or may I help you the whole time I was there she had a mean look on her face as if she was agitated with us being there and just watching my daughter and I. I chose to put my items back because she made me feel so uncomfortable. I dont know why people choose to work in an environment where there are children if they dont like children and dont like to work. I will never come back to this store.

Cashier was awesome. despite the long lines, due to last minute Christmas shopping (Im guilty of this), I was able to be in and out.

This place is overwhelming. They have tons of selections on toys and all things baby/kids. I gave it 4 stars because I didnt understand how the store was structured. Its too complicated when youre trying to find gifts and specific things.

I have come to this location for years and it was ok. Today I went in a realized that they had this seasons most popular toy (LOL Dolls) hidden behind the register. I asked the cashoer Kassandra were they already bought and she just replied no. I asked why they had the boxes on the floor of the eegister stand she said because people want to buy too many and there is a limit. My issue is when coming into the store if they are not visible people will leave thinking they dont have them. Kassandra had a nonchalant attitude she was uninviting. They should just do their job and let people know its a limit and not HIDE PRODUCTS AT THE REGISTER ON THE FLOOR-

I really like this place ñues you can find the games you want ...the attention of the people who work here is very good ...but the only thing that should improve the service or the cleaning care of the bathrooms.. 👍👍

Up to 30% Off, Nothing held back signs everywhere. Most during liquidation is 5-10% off their full retail tag price. Little selection and it is still over priced. Only gift bags and a couple fidget spinner were 30%. Nothing worth pulling out the wallet for yet.

This toys r us is at bit unorganized. We went to the birthday club celebration, the manager told us to go to the register for the birthday gift and then the cashier had no idea what I was talking about.

Toys r us is going out of business for a reason even their going out of business prices is too f-in expensive. I dont get it. They could have saved their whole business just by adjusting their prices and/or doing real sales and discounts but nope.. They need to learn a thing or two from Walmart...

I love this place because I found everything my son need.

Not that many selection than toywiz or amazon. I only go there when I feel like I dont have to wait for shipping. The lego selection of star wars isnt that promising.

Last Thursday, this Store was poorly stocked on Nintendo Consoles, I had to wait for days, but they kept restocking 5 or 6 consoles. I heard they are bringing more soon so I will rate it a 2 star

Very disappointed with the way they handled their birthday celebration. They were unprepared and Geoffrey wasn’t there. They told us they were not gonna do it and while we were walking around the store they started with another group of kids.

Closest one which is not close, toy collectors (eBay) take everything as soon as it hits the shelves. Cmon and give a kid a chance.

Good Toys R Us. However, if you need to return an item, you wont get all of your money back. Be sure to check the return price if you think you might have to.

This Toys R Us basically has everything any other Toys R Us does, but they seem a little short on staff. Any time I go, there are only a couple of registers open, while there are several people standing in each line. Its possible to be standing in line for 15-25 minutes depending on your place.

Good selection of kids bikes. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.
