Awesome customer service. I live 70 miles away and needed a large screen repaired from a patio door. I dropped it off on a Wednesday and mentioned I would be back in town in 3 days for another different appointment ( which was on a Saturday ).Aaron was kind enough to offer to come down on a Saturday morning, when they are not open, and met me so I could pick up the screen. That saved me from making another special 140 mile trip round trip just to pick up the screen. Thank you Aaron, I appreciate it very much !

From the moment I walked into the store I had nothing but great service from friendly people. I had a basement window fixed and the experience was so good I had another window replaced not long after. With such a friendly and knowledgeable staff and very affordable prices I’ll use Glass Guru every time!

Wanted a glass shelf for a kitchen window. Was very specific about something thick enough that it would not sag across the expanse. They recommend a tempered 1/4 inch and then waited almost 3 weeks for the special order ($70). Got it home and what do know it sagged. Returned it but since it was a special order no refund and no credit toward a new order of thicker glass. Never heard back from Dan (owner) either.

Guy came out to look at my windows, and said hed send an estimate. He never called or emailed me back. I called the office a couple weeks later to see if they were ever going to send me an estimate, they said theyd get back to me right away. Never heard from them. Use someone else, Glass Guru seems pretty flaky.

They wasted a month of my time. A guy came out to my Superior home and measured and gave us an estimate. When he came back from his vacation and I went to make a down payment, he then told me that we would need to hire a separate contractor or pay more for them to hire a contractor that is licensed on Wisconsin. They never mentioned that they were not licensed for Wisconsin even though they came to my home to measure. Now we are a month behind on windows and waiting on them in cool months which we were trying to avoid initially. They also didn’t not explain the process when they came out to measure so I was left asking many questions about everything.

Great to work with. They sell a nice product, organized the work to fit my specifications and budget. Staff were helpful and professional. Would work with them again for future projects.

I had a very large picture window replaced by Glass Guru. I was pleased with the professionalism of the entire process: the estimate, the communication, the measuring, the crew, the installation and the final result. They were very courteous and clean and I wouldnt hestitate to use them again.

Excellent service, came out for a free estimate and then a quote, within a week they had the custom piece of glass ordered and installed after it was shipped to them! Great business to deal with!

Glass Guru was very professional, fast, and very reasonably priced. They kept me in the loop about the progress on the repairs of my storm windows. The came to my house, uninstalled them, took them to their shop, and returned them to me just a couple of hours later. Cant say enough good things about their work. They even washed the windows after reinstalling them!
