Do not going This branch they dont have mecanic here. I loose my money without any solution my Truck.As a technician once check engine problem I came 5 times They dont give me solutions still the engine light on They changed money things by guess every time but the light is on for my last service even they do not tight so mony things1. The Top of the radiator hose clamp its came out when I drove all radiator culant drain on the road they see on the house clamp bolt adjustment 20 washer they dont care and they dont charge .2. The bottom of Engine oil leaking They do not tight enough inlet oil linesBut I expend 27,000.00 usd I dont want no more trust this brunch.

Great staff. Chris Adams is the only one Ive had interaction with so far and hes awesome. Other staff members that pass by in the hallway are always friendly. The lady that does the cleaning throughout the day does an awesome job. Everything is so clean.Im disappointed that the 2020 Mack Anthem I drive has already had some issue but Im very satisfied with the level of service I received each time.Lastly, your driver lounge is great. I can easily sit there comfortably and relax while my truck is serviced.Mark - Potts Bros.

I recently bought a Hino box truck from this location. Everything went smoothly and Kevin was helpful, but the Finance Department did not release the title until a week after the purchase. Absolutely ridiculous given the down payment was provided via cashier checks. Then they proceeded to blame it on everyone working from home... LOL. If you need a truck fast, this would not be the place to get it.

Yes, my husband own his truck so we are very concern about brake downs and the cost but that wasnt a problem with Nextran they only kept the truck only 2 days and guaranteed the work for year and if theres and trouble my husband can stop anyplace thats a Mack truck dealership and the price was you pay for what you get it was ok but REMEMBER owner operators save that money. Oh yell yes theres a Warranty .🙃🙃🙃

“DO NOT BUY A USED TRUCK FROM NEXTRAN”!!!!!! 7 months ago I bought a Mack from Nextran and it’s been a nightmare ever since. As soon as we drove it off we had electrical issues and grounding issues and 3 times we have taken it back to Nextran and the problem still exists and they have the audacity to make me and the warranty company continue to pay out of pocket cost, tow trucks and lose thousands of dollars of work because the truck lives on the side of the road or at Nextran. I just got charged $1,500 yesterday from Nextran due to the same electrical issues and now I’m on the side of the road. I’ve spent money out of pocket and the warranty has put money out of pocket except the TRUTH is this truck was bad since the day I got it and they are the only one not trying to make it right for the CUSTOMER! there’s no way a decent slightly used truck out of a so called great Nextran dealer should have this many issues right out the gate. I WAS SOLD A LEMON! and the GM Terry knows it!! DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE IF YOUR A VETERAN ESPECIALLY. THEY SELL MILITARY MACK SHIRTS BUT DONT OFFER A MILITARY DISCOUNT??? ALSO STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY ESPECIALLY PARTS dept. Alexander was the only good highlight of this nightmare but this is over his head and management is unethical.
