Their system is getting so much messed up as time goes by. Especially, counter sales. Close at 3:30? Ask another person? What the heck are you doing guys? I guess Daryle is the only person who is working good. I dont go here anymore even though I have been going since 2006. Damn

Worst customer service experience ever. Called my material in ahead of time and still waited an hour and a half for six solar panels I sat at the loading dock and looked at for over an hour. There was my order and there was dozens of people walking by but no one but the guy behind the counter taking a walk up order could help me. Again I called this in ahead of time to save time. Then to make matters worse I expressed my frustration and they came out and loaded the material haphazard scratching the solar panels and leaving them laying on top of each other surly to be damaged if I left that way. I called the gentleman Brian I’d been speaking with all day and he refused to answer the phone. Wish I could share the photos that I took. Again the worst customer service experience ever at any business what so ever!
