Very nice place to rent a compact loader. Staff very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

We have used Ziegler to service our buses, rent and have purchased new and used equipment. The experiences have all been expensive to say the least but that doesn’t even matter the customer service is the best in the buisness. We got what we paid for every time.Friendly helpful staff across the board! Craig in service struggled with our bus for better part of a month, in the end they got it fixed and did what they could to make it a fair price. Josh in sales has been great to work with, brought a used loader up from Iowa so we could see it in person before we bought it and then fixed all the little things that weren’t visible in pictures. Rental has been second to none, we threw a track and had a door break in the same day, neither was charged to us. Was it our fault I don’t think so, but they didn’t even ask, just did what it took to get us back up and running. Had multiple leaky lines on a brand new rental loader, they were out onsite in minutes all three times. Thank you Ziegler!

Great rental program. Ended up buying the machine I was renting. My monthly payments were applied to the purchase price. Josh down there was great to work with and the service was top notch.

Im giving them one star because my truck does run. However they had it for 4 months and over charged me thousands for labor when there were weeks that they did not touch my truck.Instead of ordering all the parts they needed, they only ordered one part at a time plus we had to tell them multiple times to do specific things, you should only have to tell someone once.Theyre very lucky we had another truck or we would have been screwed!

Stopedin to do a check on my ECM on my Cat motor in my pete, very helpfull staff not even 10 min and Steve one of the techs was out with his lap top, he pinpointed the problem in no time .will visit again with pleasure great place

My Semi Truck airline for brakes broke.I called many places in the area. No one was available to help fix my truck. I called and talked to the service department and they told me to come right over and they would be glad to fix my airline. Customer service must be a very high priority for this company. Will gladly use their services again in the future if needs arise.

They let us park for the street drags! A-ok in my book!
