Just got my granite installed! Beautiful! Joel was wonderful to work with (thank you Joel) Josh who did the install today was stellar! The whole process was so easy. I had the Mona Lisa installed and it is beautiful ! I could not be happier! Thank you Granite Works!

Granite Works did a phenomenal job with my new home! The owner helped me select all of the countertops for my kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room and made it so easy. Theyre knowledgeable and got the entire job done on a super tight deadline, which just made it that much more impressive. Ive used Home Depot for previous projects; Granite Works pricing was incredibly reasonable, selection is MUCH better, and installation was SO MUCH easier than the DIY stores. And theyre a locally-owned and operated business. You get to see your stone right there and you can see how they cut and polish it. I was impressed all the way around - what an excellent business to have serving our area!

Simply measuring correctly and listening to the contractor would have resulted in a better final product. Imagine attempting to match 1 1/2” pieces of granite into the back splash. Employees were responsive, the owner very dismissive. Can not recommend.

My mom is having her bathroom redone and went to Granite Works for her countertops. She has been trying to get her delivery scheduled since April 1. At first she tried to call or email to set up a delivery, but no one got back to her, so she went the physical location and was told it would be delivered in two weeks. Two weeks went by and she had heard nothing, so she called them - she wasnt on their schedule! Since then she has received the run around from multiple employees, all saying the person in charge of scheduling is not available. We will get back to you. No one has EVER called her back. To be clear, she has paid for the countertop! Horrible communication system. This is a terrible way to run a business. If you like clear, prompt communication, stay as far away from Granite Works as possible.
