Doing a job in the area. 2 weeks ago I ordered a tavern club to go. Got back to the job site and found no bacon on the sandwich. Oh well, my rotten luck. Yesterday, I ordered a tavern club to take back to the job site again. It looks like I got the scrap pieces of ham from the bottom of the barrel .

Honey Baked Ham is so good and this location is no exception. I have bought ham, turkey, ham bone for soup and lunch sandwiches here. Everything I have tried is so good! They cut everything fresh for their sandwiches, and if you have a coupon for BOGO the $7.99 price is a steal. Their ham bones have a lot of meat on them, and again, if you have a coupon you will get a great deal. I highly recommend signing up on their website, and visiting this location any time of the year.

Definitely recommend this store esp during the holidays as there are lot of counters open and line moved fast. Compared to one in north point pkwy this store had less crowd. Honey baked ham is yummy but pricey and side dishes available as well. I like their green beans casserole. They are organized and prepared to deal with holiday crowd which is a plus. Good location with Outdoor seating and free parking.

For an easy meal. Buy the soup mix and ham bone throw everything in the crockpot and enjoy for days.

While waiting in line to pick up a pre paid order, an employee came out and said, if anyone has already paid, come up front to pick up your order. After picking up my order and losing my place in line, I asked could I add a smoked Turkey breast to my order. I was told by the manager there, who handles the transaction, that I would have to get back in line to do so. As I looked in the lobby area of the store, I noticed the lady that was previously standing in front of me in line earlier was at the register. I pleaded with this manager as she said, have a happy Thanksgiving and walked away.Went back outside to find that the line had tripled in length! Cost me an additional 45 minutes of my time.

Absolutely the best honey baked ham. And if holidays are super busy and stressful with tons of family and a tired wife from entertaining the out of town guests. The honeybaked ham store is the place to go for a complete Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner!

Honey Baked Ham is always delicious, but Im really disapointed with their customer service for catering. I ordered 80 Signiture Honey Baked Ham sandwiches and I received 80 Regular Honey Baked Ham sandwiches. We were also supposed to receive napkins and silverware, but did not. I contacted ezcater to tell them about the mistake. Ezcater credited our card for the difference between the two items. I requested for them to ask Honey Baked for a discount for the inconveince, but I never heard back. I would not take a chance on Honey Baked catering again for our companys catering needs. The regular sandwich was too small.

Accepted a reservation to kick me out of line at 5:30 Thanksgiving eve because I didnt prepay. Whats the purpose or reservations then? And how do you know your prepaid customers will be serviced? Youve single handedly RUUNED dinner. Happy Thanksgiving.

Line moved pretty quickly, as many years before. I’ll be in line next holiday.

After reserving a ham weeks ahead of time, we went to Honey Baked Ham only to be told its first come first serve.What was the point in RESERVING the ham?

Not sure what happened but the ham I bought was not near as good as previous purchases (dry and hardly any taste). Customer service was not good either when I called to inquire about reasons the ham was not good. Will not be going back.

Didnt hate this place. Didnt actually go inside. I think they changed their hours for Corona virus but they were dark and locked up tight an hour before the posted closing time.

Best ham I have ever tasted. Perfectly prepared with a crusted honey glaze. If you try their ham you will never want to eat any other ham as they just wont come close in flavor. I highly recommend Honey Baked Hams.

We were the only people in the entire store. I said no onions, please. I got onions. We both ordered sides, they forgot all about them, we had to go back in. Pleasant humans, just not fit to be making lunch for hungry people.

This location has a new General Manager who also happened to be making the sandwiches when we eat there. Its the first time Ive ever had a sandwich anywhere that actually looked on the plate like it did in the pictures. Stacked high with meat, nice red tomatoes and bright green lettuce. Give it a try.

There was no chicken salad..

It took 4-5 people to get our order correct...and even after all that, it wasnt correct. And, they barely put anything in our veggie sandwiches.

The smoked turkey with Swiss on multigrain bread was the best sandwich I have had in a very long time ! And the honey lemonade was delish ! Im hooked 💕

This is from my husbands feedback to Honey Baked Ham:The cashier, possibly store assistant manager, took my order and after paying I realized I forgot to add onions, no mayo, and toasted. The store manager was very annoyed at my request and kept asking me if I needed anything with a loud condescending tone of voice. I am an American Latino and did not appreciate her attitude, especially after treating a Caucasian woman with the utmost respect after my order. After washing my hands I walked out of the restroom to hear the cashier speaking about her dislikes in people like me, who are complicated. Your location staff did not demonstrate the best practices and core values your organization claims to have, which one of those is respect to others. If the stores organizational climate steers with rudeness, it will eventually lead to discrimination and a potential lawsuit. I am very disappointed. I hope you address this matter. Thank you.

I go to the north point store for lunch all the time. I was in the area so i stopped at this location instead. What a mistake I made. I eat HBH so much I have the frequent sandwich club card. I decided to use mine at this location. The cashier seemed irritated by my request and even questioned the authenticity of my coupon. They made my sandwich and when I went home to eat it I found 4 dark black hairs in my sandwich. My hair is blonde and my house is very clean and I live alone. I hate to think what I think...but im 99% you jerks put hair in my food. thanks. i wont be returning ever.
