I love this grocery store. They have Indian groceries from almost all parts of India. The store is clean, well maintained, and staff is nice. The best part about this store is their kitchen that serves authentic South Indian food! Its hard to find good dosas in Atlanta area, however, theirs hit the spot for me! Love their food - clean space, amazing flavors, and great customer service. You can also call them to setup a pickup order.

Incredible service and my go-to for grocery shopping. I have been coming here since the opening of the store and its been my go-to since. One of the workers, Narjis is one of the reasons I keep coming back to the store. Each time I see her in the store, she is always smiling and maintaining a positive attitude. She treats all customers with respect which is shown through the amount of time she spends helping others. Even if the task is not part of her job, Narjis goes above and beyond by trying her best to help . The service is improved so much especially because of Narjis and employees who treat customers like family.

Never experienced this before here, but we found lot of GRB Kesary mix expired . They exchanged the item but if people didn’t pay attention to the expiry date then it may have ended up bad.Ask the management to check the shelf life is all items periodically

The kitchen inside sells some puff pastries you are suppose to keep it in a warmer they dump it in a tray and cover with paper towel, asked for 12 samosas wanted to give me cold samosas as they wanted to get rid of those first, bad customer service gave attitude like they were doing me a favour by taking my money not going back.so just adding to my review after leaving the first one still went again as they replied to my review to see if they have taken care of the issue.so this is how they take care so this time instead of putting the the pastry on top of the counter they put it under, I asked the employee if they were hot she said yes so I bought it opened to eat and they were freezer cold mind you it was a egg pastry I think the authorities should be informed.when I called and asked why was I lied to that they were hot she said we makeat night leave it in the freezer take it out next morning and sell it .the samosas that i bought were gone bad I could see the potatoes inside were sticky and smelly like really .your bussiness doesnt have rights to play with peoples health .this is the worst restaurant Ive ever been to.and this time for sure never going back .if you love your family and want to keep them safe dont go here.

My favorite indian grocery store. Very clean. Wide aisles. My only complaint would be they run out of the dosa batter I like. Ive tried different days of the week to shop, and its a hit or a miss if they will have it in stock.Their restaurant is open now! Very excited to try the items. I had some chai and samosa last night. The girl helping me last night was very nice.

Ive visited this establishment many times and I have to say, this is my favorite Cherians (Ive been to all 3 locations) I love the great selection of produce, spices, candies, sweets, cookies, etc. They have a restaurant in the back with some South-Indian classics as well. They also have fresh chapathi/roti that they make everyday.Visit this store! Dont listen to some of these negative reviews that people have posted. More than half of them are false!

The restaurant staff has a bad attitude and there are many things missing at this store and when you tell them what is missing they don’t take any action. Bad customer service!! Totally mismanaged!! I do not recommend Indians to shop here.

Good Big Indian store which has lot of South Indian products (especially Kerala / TN products) . They have enough parking. Products are arranged properly and staffs are friendly. They now have a pantry also which kitchen serves limited food. They provide delivery also.

We went to Duluth cherians today. The store is excellent.Store is very organized and neat.We didn’t had any issues on finding products or the prices. They have a variety of brands and products to choose from at a lower price than other Indian stores. Very helpful employees especially our Cashier Ansy was very helpful and happy to guide us to find all the products. Overall a very pleasant visit.

Absolute horrible customer service. Seems like everyone who’s working there has a lot of negative attitude. I visited this location to purchase some groceries as well as to get some roti’s from the bakery section. As I approached the bakery counter, I was immediately told to go away by one of their employees who happens to be really rude for some reason. No proper greeting, no proper behavior. If they were out or were about to close they could of said it in a better manner. There was a young Indian guy there at the bakery counter who has no knowledge of customer service and also has a horrible attitude with customers. Never going back here ever again

Today visited newly opened Cherians store . It located in nice location with good parking space . Shopping cart have small and large size . Store is big enough to have all necessary Indian and Asian items . Vegetables section is small but have all necessary vegetable in small quantity . Rice items are good with some option to select . Duluth location don’t have any big Indian store compared to Cherians . To attract customers store need to compete with Patel brothers which is very huge and have lot of option in each item with better price . Looking forward for offers every week .

It’s a great clean store. I just don’t like that there’s no customer service. When you want to look for something, and you ask someone.. you don’t know who to go for. The workers don’t speak English but they can at least direct to someone who does. I have hard time finding someone to find items. Good business but be attentive to customers please.

Great indian grocery store, you can find any asian product here but the allies are tight and overcrowded. People leave their carts in the middle and dissapear which makes it hard to move

The cleanest Indian store that I ever been to. Best customer service. I drive about 30 min to go to their cafe to get Dosa and Chapati. The only draw back is, if I want 50 or more Chapati’s I have to pre-order at least a day in advance. I always get soft and fresh Chapati. I’m so spoiled, I don’t make Chapati anymore. And their produce are so fresh. Their prices on groceries and produce are cheaper. They provide fresh vegetables and many varieties of rices, spices, noodles, flours, pickles etc... (mainly for Indian dishes). Looking for ingredients for your Indian dish? Explore Cherians. Oh! They also have a small restaurant inside. I love snacks there. My favorite is fried banana.

Very poor customer service.May be owner or employee who behave like owner, I only talked about price is changed, he lectured me about world economy by talking in bad attitude. I said I do not want listen this, he said then I do not want sell. Used to go every week never have any issues. Seems like management is changed and works very rudely.

Absolutely the neatest Indian grocery store in Atlanta - nicely stocked and wide aisles. Veggies were not all that great, so I didnt purchase much. We mainly went for the cafetaria inside and though it took really long, the utthapams were huge and so tasty. Everything we ordered for carrying out was well prepared and at incredible values - lasted us for easily for 2 delicious South Indian meals. The sambar that comes with the utthapam/medu vada was too little, so next time Ill order an extra 16 oz like some others were doing.

Great selection of fresh veggies and some fruit. I get all my Desi stuff from here, too. They have a large variety of spices (whole and powder), dried herbs, ginger/garlic pastes, and jars and bottles of achaar and sauces. My favorite sections are the ones with all the desi snacks, cookies, tea biscuits/toast, and of course, TEAS!!! We go here at least once a week. BEST Desi grocery store in all of Gwinnett County!

Excellent Indian store with lots of great options. Quality foods and rare finds, especially the sambar! Their cafeteria is also really good...fresh chapathi, freshly squeezed sugarcane juice, and lots of other great options to choose from. This is also the only place where I was able to find moringa in its natural form. This is a new grocery store and it’s always kept clean. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Clean, fantastic, and accessible location tucked behind Satellite Blvd and Steve Reynolds. Fresh produce, excellent service, nicely priced products... and now their takeout cafe is open! Cafe food is fresh, well-priced, and tasty. The owner Matthew is wonderful and hands-on. Wishing lots of success for this location---will be stopping by for lunch and plant-based foods!!! They even have faloodeh ice cream in the frozen section.

I went to Cherians Duluth today, what An amazing store! Ive been to many Asian stores all throughout the metro-Atlanta area and this is hands down the best store Ive been to. They have a great selection of products and its a very modern layout. Even in the midst of the COVID pandemic they are doing everything they can to make sure the customers are safe.Good job!

They are mismanaged. Ownership should take notice. On a Saturday afternoon,they had only 1 register open when the queue had like 7 carts waiting. They had workers replenishing but none of them cared about the long queue till I had to go tell someone to save my time. The lady who did the sugarcane juice didnt even bother to wear gloves. I doubt they have a good manager here.They dont pay attention to the variety. Dont carry all the Deep or Nanak products. Last time I came, a guy wrote all things down and said next time we will have everything. I come after 3 weeks and they still have none of the items. All those items are easily available in Suvidha or Patel Brothers in Suwanee.Their roti quality is not as good as Patels. It is closer to my home but I would rather drive 4 miles more and go to a Suvidha or a Patel Brothers in Suwanee who have better variety and customer service is more quick.Hope the mgmt takes notice. I wont be coming here unless I am in area and it saves my time to shop here.

Closest grocery store from where I live. They have a wide variety of Desi groceries. They have even made a restaurant at the back of the grocery store. A very small and cozy place for a lunch. All of counters and utensils were clean and the food was handled with gloves at all times.

Update: be careful before buying snacks from this store it may have hair in it like the one in the attached photo. Also their billing system requires so much touching and may spread virus. It is not suitable for situations like Covid-19. Minimum 3 touch requires for check out: 1. Select payment type, 2. Amount ok? 3. Sign 4. Touch less credit card doesn’t work, you have to insert or slide it. No one is sanitizing payment system after each use, no arrangement for cart sanitation. Parking is mess and they do not have employee to collect their carts. Short staffed. Only good thing left about this store is it’s location.This is a newly opened store and they usually carry all the Fresh Indian vegetables. They also carry wide varieties of Indian groceries. It’s a medium size Indian store. And sometimes carry limited inventory. They have limited varieties of Indian Masalas and cosmetics. It is very close by from other major stores so location wise it is a perfect location. There are Costco, Lowe’s, sams, Asian grocery stores and Walmart nearby. So if u r someone who visits multiple stores for your regular groceries then this is a prefect location.

Finally, a Cherians in Gwinnett! Ive been going at least once a month since the past year. Everything is top class. However, the ambience is a little poor. They only play Bollywood music. I hate to be a critic, but I enjoy Bollywood songs/Hindi songs, but listening to them every single time I walk into the store just gives me migraine. I think they need to upgrade their music/playlist to entirety of India, not just Bollywood. They need to play a variety of Indian music, like Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, and Telugu music.

Great place to get all international groceries. Had a quick chat with the owner George. Place is a decent size and the store is laid out well. Fruits and veggies seemed fresh and stocked fully. Good selection of various Indian veggies and spices, rice etc. Made a few suggestions about some items I try and the management was very receptive. Special not to all, the more the foot traffic, the more motivated Cherians will be to stock good variety at a decent price. Very close to Costco and Sams. This is a great location.

Clean and spacious supermarket. Not big as the Cherians Supermarket in Decatur. Cafe is not yet open. They sell fresh sugarcane juice. There is not much crowd here and billing is pretty fast. Only thing is that you may not find all products that is available in Cherians Decatur. We will get fresh vegetables here.

They have a new dining place in the back of the store. Unfortunately you are unable to dine in currently (they do have tables and chairs but cannot use them). I ordered a masala dosa with sambar. The sambar was excellent. The dosa and masala was lacking salt but I was glad. Better less salt than too salty.The grocery store had a wide range of items. I just came for the food but Im looking forward to shopping here.

Poor stocking (most items are thrown in random places), carts are not sanitised (though a board says so). Items you expect, after repeated purchases, may not be available.

I know the owners of this fine establishment and have visited all three locations! This is by far my favorite location. The layout is very simple and easy to maneuver through. They have great products and great service. I will continue to shop here.

Its very basic that once you load the items to your car, keep the cart back to its place which could be 20 steps or 30 steps. People who do this I wish to say “ Do not leave footprint like leaving the cart 🛒 wherever you want”. Use your brain to keep back the cart 🛒 to its place. Cherians @ Duluth should also manage it to have this Cart management to be done in a proper way.

Went to this Place this evening First time ever Good and clean place nicely organized everything at his Proper Place but one thing worried me the most is the price everything is Over Priced please keep an Eye on that for example Royal Basmati is at $23.99 whereas the same exact Rice at the old Spot is $17.99 so please keep on eye on this type of things as every Penny counts.
