I wish I could give this location zero stars if I could. First of all, I bought a “stainless steel” chain that turned my girlfriend’s neck green within a week, after being advertised as stainless steel. After that, we purchased a faux leather collar that fell apart, again, within a week. It also smells like death. Very stimky like green bean. Save your money and time. I’m never coming back to this location.

OMG This store is amazing! Stephanie and Nadia are the absolute best! Nadia is so friendly and eager to help and Stephanie was so informative! I had no idea what I wanted but Stephanie was at my side right off the bat to help me. I have been visiting Tokyo Valentino for about 4 years now. It has pretty much everything for that adventurous an intimate side that you keep hidden. The prices are very good and if you are a part of the awards team there are great deals and discounts that comes with it. The staff are great and knowledgeable about the products they sell. The assistant manager she is the best I cannot think of her name but shes awesome, just ask for the assistant manager.

On the night of March 25 at 2045 the craziest thing occurred. A young lady was helping a customer and when they were finished she addressed me I said I was ready and she said hold on and as a couple walked to the register she asked them if they were ready to check out...now the clerk was Latino the couple was white and I’m a black man. I shopped here all the time but never again white privilege is real, I will post this on all my social media, not right not acceptable I was in aww.

If i could give this place zero stars, I would, but there was a larger selection than starship. My husband and I were not greeted when we walked in or not even asked to be helped both girls were behind the counters just vaping and not with a customer. Once others came in, everyone else was greeted. Customer service was terrible. I wont bring my business here. First impressions are always important.

Every time I visit I get great customer service Stephanie always very helpful and polite kaitlyn has the best energy and always on top of what I should be looking for every visit and lay always seem to keep the best conversations and always make me feel welcomed before I even step in the store “hiii welcome“ I could stay at the store all the team is amazing especially those three you’ll always get great service when one of the three are on shift (all three ladies have outstanding knowledge on everything in the store you’ll never feel shy or awkward )

This was our 1st time and last time every going here. I just took my family that was visiting from out of town and as we were looking around the man at the counter called the girl and told her to come watch them. She says who and he says them nodding towards my family member which was four Black Women. She stood at the cameras watching then he notice me looking at him. I said really, we dont need to steal anything and I politely told my family lets go and we wont spend not one dollar in this place! Not all black people steal!!

First off, This location is nothing like its other locations in atlanta. It looks like the goodwill version of the others. There are a lot of ripped open boxes on discount. who cares if its discounted. i dont want a toy that looks black from dirt. and i definitely dont want to buy something from someone who looks like they might molest children. he was very pushy on products i was not interested in and would not leave me alone or respect my budget. upon checking out, i was offered a rewards program where i had to give him my number. why would i give my personal number to a sex store, and a man working at one none the less. i was very uncomfortable with my entire experience and will not be returning.

Went in to buy one (1) product. Was sold an adiditional product that we didn’t need but was told it’d only work with a computer if we get it. Called to try to make a return on the USB adapter (only works for windows but wasn’t told that) but we couldn’t although the cashier wasn’t informed on the product or any features. Wasted $20 because the cashier wasn’t informed on the products but wanted to push one anyway. Thanks Renea.

I do hope they close this thieving place down. Literally purchased an item and the person never put it in my bag. They swear its my fault and that I would have to talk to whomever I dealt with. This is why we cant support thieving businesses. I literally called and talked to whomever was mod and they told me to come back.
