I really appreciate this business owner and his shop. On a road trip, our car needed attention after getting caught in flooded roads during a late night thunderstorm. A&G fit us in first thing in the morning on a Monday with no appointment to help us get back on the road. Our vehicles issue turned out to be minor (but without fixing it, we could go no further!) After spending close to 30 minutes to fix and inspect our car, they refused to accept any payment for their time and service. We had nearly 2,000 miles to travel before we got home, and we had no further issues - thanks to their help. It makes all the difference to meet people far from home who are willing to help! Had an emergency problem on 5th wheel while traveling through on way to Wyoming. They fixed a solution to hold me until I get home. They were very prompt and stopped their regular work to spend 15 minutes getting me back on the road. Great service!

Mechanics need more help alot of cars to fix like they not make progress

The blower quit working on my rv a/c. I bought a blower from the Ford dealer but they had no time slot open for repairing my vehicle. I stopped at Auto Zone in Dumas and asked for help in finding an honest repair shop. A&G was called, they made room on their lot for my rv, started the repair immediately and were finished before I finished breakfast across the street at McDonalds. I was charged an honest price and wad treated respectfully. I wish all repair shops operated like A & G.Thank you.

Unorganized, uneducated, took several weeks just to order parts and 2 more months to do an incomplete job, changing the diagnosis several times. Vehicle was returned with damage. No price reduction for lengthy time or damage.

Good, honest, Christian auto shop. Broke down 300 miles into a 600 mile trip and they let me stay in my small camper on their lot for 2 days while they fixed my vehicle

I ran out of gas 5 miles outside of Dumas, they took the time to stop what they were doing and bring me a few gallons of gas so I can get to a gas station. they were very prompt and courteous and only charged me for the gas. The next time I have any trouble this will be the first place that I call.

This guy is terrible paid him 2500 to put a transmission in my Nissan Xterra. It took him forever to get it done when I got it back the transmission started messing up in less than a week so I took it back. He told me to keep driving it and he would get a different transmission headed this way. I kept calling him and asking him because my car was getting worse but he said it would be ok just keep driving it. I did until the motor messed up because of the transmission problem. Then it took him almost a year to fix the motor and the transmission. Everytime I have talked to this joker he has lied to me whether is face to face or over the phone if you want you car to run go somewhere else cause these guys suck

This place really will do everything to take care of you at a really affordable price super nice people
